Fit was a little big in the bust for me but the dress held its shape up top so it didnt matter. The quality is incredible and it's even prettier in person! Highly recommend!

I didn’t realize that this dress was made out of a stretch velvet fabric, which is soft and adds warmth for a winter event. It still has the column dress effect but the stretch allows it to snatch in at the waist and hug the bust nicely. I was really worried about the zipper based on other reviews but I didn’t have any problems getting it zipped/unzipped. Being short this hit me just above the ankle vs the calf but that works for me. I also appreciate with this fabric and cut you can wear a regular bra and full panty with no lines. I would say it fits comfortably TTS and would feel good eating/sitting/moving in this gown.

because they did not have a 10. Sometimes dresses run small in areas so I was hoping I was safe. It was so big and looked like a box on me. Depending on the clothing I am a 10 or 12. I would definitely love to try it on another size smaller.

This dress was perfect for a black tie event. I am normally a size six and was able to wear that size although it was a bit tight, it turned out to be quite comfortable all night. Received a lot of compliments. Highly recommend!

Perfect fit. Silver flowers were a tad scratchy. Very difficult to zip over the sash.

The dress itself is stunning and was perfect for a holiday party. But the zipper was extremely difficult to work with. It was a bit choppy going down past the sequins, and I couldn’t get it past the ribbon waist. I was able to squeeze it on but it probably took me 15 minutes. To take it off I literally had to have someone pull it up over my head for me. Is it worth it? That’s up to you! @dressuncoded

Unfortunately this dress was too long :( As you can see in the picture I look like I’m levitating and have no feet and I’m wearing heels (not that you can tell). It looks so elegant on the model but I needed this dress to be four inches shorter. Wish there were a petite option. This would look great on a taller woman for sure. Besides the length it fit great! I did go up a size (6) since it’s a structured dress and based on a previous review but am generally a size 4. Would have loved to wear this to a wedding but instead returned it. The only other thing to note is the zipper was very difficult! It was hard to unzip and zip and this was before I even tried it on. Just unzipping it from the hangar was a real chore, so that was annoying and unexpected from a dress worth $360. With that said, if I were a taller woman, I would’ve worn this to my event.

Came NWT, fit great, although long for 5’4”. Didn’t realize it was velvet, so I would not wear for a warm weather event. The bow is fixed so unfortunately, can’t be adjusted. Definitely gives 1980s taffeta prom bow vibe, but the rest of the dress is really pretty.

Obsessed with this one. Wore it to a classy holiday dinner and it was perfect. TTS. Amazing, would rent again!

Like many of the other reviewers, I had trouble with the zipper. But I was able to get it over my head and it fit great. Felt true to size ND got lots of compliments.

The dress is completely dipped in sequins and the rest is velvet. Such an amazing dress. It came in impeccable shape I never had to steam it. I would totally wear this again!! True to size.

I am normally a 10 but ordered a 12 and it was huge/not wearable - very well made, heavy material. So disappointed as I didn't have time to re-order. I'm also small on top and think it would look better on someone who was heavier chested. Great length for a tall woman.

Wore this to a gala and it was a showstopper. So chic and classy. The bow at the waist was very flattering. Highly recommend you won’t regret it. Got tons of compliments.

I sized up 2 sizes to an 8 based on reviews, but it was too big. Sizing up 1 size to a 6 would have been perfect. This is a gorgeous dress. I will try it again in the correct size now that I know it.

I did not wear this dress. The zipper was very difficult to get open upon arrival and that alone made me nervous to wear it. Overall the fit was good, but I am short waisted and the bow/belt felt too high on my figure. Since it was sleeveless I chose a long sleeved dress for my occasion .

Stunning in person and so classy. True to size. The only thing to note is the zipper is HARD due to the thick fabric and sequins. There is no way I could have worn this without an extra person helping me in/out of it.

It was very striking on, but the cut up top made it feel a little matronly. The sequins and velvet were beautiful. The zipper had a hard time getting over the belt part, so make sure you have an extra set of hands to get you in and out of it! It ended up being a little too formal for my affair so I didn't go with it.

This dress is beautiful and fun and could've been great for the "creative formal" wedding for which I rented it. I read in several other reviews that others struggled with the zipper but thought I'd be fine. Girl, no. I could not get the zipper down to try the dress on and then, after a lot of effort and swearing, realized that even if I could get the zipper open I was not up for repeating that level of effort to get back out of the dress and then in and out of it again the day of the event. I was not able to try it on but my guess is that it would have been mid-shin length on me (at 5'4") which would have been a little long for the style. The material is velvety and has sequins so I would not have been comfortable using hem tape to temporarily alter the length due to concerns of damaging the material.

I didn't wear this one because I wound up feeling worried that I would get stuck in it. I even had 2 sizes of this one, but the zipper was just not strong enough to deal with the fabric that was gathered at the waist. It was nearly impossible to unzip - and I couldn't get it back up on my own.

The dress is cute, but the zipper is a nightmare to zip and unzip due to all the sparkles on the dress and extra material on the belt.
