I wore a small, 29 weeks pregnant, 150 lbs. I added a skinny belt because the dress just hangs and does not fit over curves. The dress is very elegant, nice material, and comfortable.

Was a little tight around the waist area, but all in all a good fit for the third trimester!

I wore this dress to a bridal shower. Both flattering and comfortable for my 27-week baby bump. I worked with the maternity team at RTR to help me find the right size. I am wearing a size 8 (belly is 40" and 160lbs) in this picture. My pre-pregnancy size is 6 in dress size (36B) and I weighed 130lbs for size reference. The fit was very nice; not too much fabric where I felt I was swimming in it, and just enough to possibly wear it in my third trimester.

I wore this to a November wedding when I was 30 weeks pregnant. I order a medium and large, based on other reviews. I'm wearing a medium in the picture, but could've likely worn a small. I was SWIMMING in the large. I felt great in it, though, and received so many compliments. I highly recommend checking this dress out!

I am 5’3 approx 165 lbs and 18 weeks pregnant. The medium dress was perfect. I ordered a large and a medium and I was swimming in the large. The medium was an absolutely perfect fit. As others have mentioned the sleeves are open but hide all the right places. Was a great dress to wear to attend a wedding!

It fit my bump fine, but ran small in the chest. I've gone from a 34B to a 36C this pregnancy (22 weeks here) and it definitely was snug in the chest area. Otherwise, comfortable.

I wore this at 32 weeks pregnant. I am normally about 125 lbs and have gained about 25 lbs this pregnancy. All of my other maternity clothes are XS or S. I ordered both of those sizes and was surprised that the XS was much too small and the Small was tight through the chest and shorter than expected. The material was nice but not quite as great as expected. I wanted to love this dress, but in the end I just liked it. An added bonus though was that it was comfortable and easy to dance in.

This dress was so comfortable - drove 1.5 hours to the wedding, stayed for 2 hours, and drove 1.5 hours back and was never desperate to change! I'm very broad-shouldered, so needed the large, although the medium fit me perfectly! I wore this to a wedding at 32 weeks pregnant; it was very flattering and I got so many compliments! The sleeves were weird to me; I thought about trying to tape them shut but they didn't fall right! But overall was a beautiful dress; hit right above the knee (wore it again the next morning for some maternity/family photos before shipping it back! Ignore my jacket!) and everyone loved it! Plus, it was super comfy! The only thing - I gave it 4 stars because it smelled a little funny to me? But pregnancy nose....it could have been the bag it was mailed in, or a funny scent from the dry cleaners, etc!

Nice material and fit. I liked the sleeves but maybe my arms are huge because it didn't look like the picture on the model.

I had reserved this dress in both medium and large. Unfortunately the large was not available and at 36 weeks pregnant I'm between sizes. I wore the medium to a rehearsal dinner but the bust was a bit tight since I'm a 36 DD. The dark color was slimming and the sleeves added some flare

I was able to wear the XS but it was just a tad too tight in the chest/shoulders. I would have preferred a size Small - consider sizing up if you have a large chest (im 34D). The sleeves are fabulous! Felt like a chic cape dress. I wore tights because its a little short even on my 5'3" frame. All in all a great maternity option!

I wore this for my baby shower and it was really very flattering. I've gained a good amount of weight during the pregnancy and you really couldn't tell especially with the sleeves and the way they covered my arms. Also very comfortable, and I got tons of compliments!

Good fit, true to size. Although sleeves appear to sit nice on the model they do mostly fall behind your arm, still a great dress!

As others have noted, sleeves open up. I wore this to work, and one of my colleagues commented that i look like I'm attending the Academy Awards. A couple runs in front of fabric but barely noticeable...I just happened to look down in the middle of the day and noticed them...overall gorgeous esp when paired with big dangly earrings (I paired mine with the Blue Petal Drop Earrings by Lele Sadoughi).

Super comfortable and modern cut, perfect for the third trimester. I did size up to a large because the reviews stated if you have a decent size bust it might be too tight. I felt great in it, means a lot when a baby is due any day.

I wore this dress to a rehearsal dinner while 22 weeks pregnant and it was perfect!!! I have a pear shape with larger hips/thighs and it wasn't tight. The sleeves were a little more open than pictured but closed when my arms were at my side. Great rent in second trimester.

Flowy fit through the stomach and gives nice overall lines

I ended up wearing a large in this dress, as I was in my 33rd week of pregnancy. My pre-pregnancy size is a 6 or 8. The sleeves are open, which was nice for the summer - it gave a sense of formality but was still weather-appropriate. It was a great length and very comfortable. It didn't get wrinkled when I sat down.

I wore this dress to a wedding at 19 weeks pregnant and received several compliments. Fits true to size. The tulip sleeves were beautiful and added just enough glamor to the all navy dress. Would rent again or may even purchase!

I usually wear M but went up a size to have a looser fit. This is not a long sleeve dress. It has slits on the sleeves FYI.

I was really happy with this dress. It fit well at 6 mos pregnant for a nice dinner, with plenty of room for my bump and a big meal. The sleeves are open and flowy which I thought was a pretty style, but is not clear when looking at the picture. The fabric had a very nice weight for early spring and the navy was a really pretty hue. If between sizes or late in pregnancy, consider sizing up as I had to (I'm usually between a M and L)

The fabric is a little stretchy which makes it extremely comfortable to wear. It's also very flattering. I would definitely rent this again if I need another dress in my third trimester.

The dress had wonderful fabric that helped hide areas you wanted to hide. The sleeves were all the way open so I used fashion tape to close them part way. Worked great for January event. The dress was elegant with the sleeves but can be dressed up easily with a fun necklace. Very comfortable for a pregnant woman looking to feel beautiful and not have to worry about her comfort level. Many compliments all night!

This fit well for me (normally 110 lbs and 5ft 2 in....but I wore this 7 months pregnant) Hem was too long for me so I had to do a temporary fix to make it a little shorter but it ended up working well.

I really liked the fabric of the dress. It was super comfortable at 20 weeks pregnant. I ordered a M and S and the small fit a bit better. I took advice from other reviews and used fabric tape on the sleeves. This was an Oct wedding so I didn't want my arms completely exposed.

This ended up being a little too dressy for me to wear to work. I also didn't look at the photos from the reviews - where I would have seen that the sleeves make this more cape-like. As far as size, I would say it's spacious which is nice to be able to wear as is for an expanding tummy or belt if you're still pretty small. I'd rent for a more formal event but this is definitely not an everyday dress even for a very dressed up office.

The fit was nice and flowy. I wore it to work with a scarf and looked great while being comfortable.
