Fit is great and tons of room for any size belly. Could probably wear as a dress if you are a bit shorter. Material is soft and its well made.

Runs large. Ordered a medium to ensure my 26 - 30 week belly was nicely draped but was a little larger in the arms/shoulders. Wore anyway as it was super comfy yet stylish.

I liked this shirt a lot. I wore it to work and on the weekend. The shirt is very flowy though - I think it would look best in late second, or third trimester so that your bump helps hold up the fabric.
