Good fit, and warm material for winter wear.

Flattering, well-made, beautiful thick fabric which is perfect for winter but has nice softness and stretch, too. Very comfortable, wore it all day in the city and walked for miles in it. The design is beautifully rich against a deep ebony black. Overall the dress was a bit small so I'm glad my backup was a medium! Adds nice color when it peeks out from under winter jackets. I also rented it a second time and it was very comfortable on a 70-degree spring day. Since I am tall, this dress runs a bit short on me, but I wore it with black tights to make it a bit more modest and wore it to work. I loved the "three-tiered necklace" (as seen in the pic) which I wore with it; it works very well with the dress since there's a solid black part down the middle of the dress which catered nicely to a long gold necklace. The zipper was a bit hard to grab. Annoying to zip, but possible to do alone.

This dress was very well-made, fit impeccably… Thick material but still very flattering. I loved the way it hugged my body but wasn't too revealing. The pattern was fun but classy and looked great in person

I originally ordered the M, but it got lost, so they sent me the L and I'm glad because it fit perfectly (I'm normally a size 8). The material feels high quality (it's like a light sweater material), the skirt is fun, and the dress travels very well (no wrinkles from folding or wearing).

This dress fit perfectly and the material was warm enough for the 10 degree weather we faced that day. The material is also stretchy so theres a little give in the dress. I could have worn the small, but wore the medium for a little more comfort room in the chest area. Highly recommend this dress if you're looking for something comfortable to wear to a day wedding. Loved it and got so many compliments!

This dress was probably one of the most comfortable dresses I've worn. The fit is super flattering and the armhole gives you the perfect amount of coverage so you're not spilling out the sides, OR worried about spilling the whole night. It's a knit dress so super stretchy and movable. The quality is on the thicker side so you feel secure and covered. The pattern is also super pretty and the red adds a nice pop.

Really comfy and cute dress I rented for a work conference. The only down side is the zipper came broken and I couldn't wear it.

Hugs your curves, but the fabric is thick enough that it also hides flaws. One of my favorite rentals to date.

This dress was a dream. It hugged in all the right places and flared out to hide my problem areas to boot! I got many compliments and it was perfect for a fall rehearsal dinner in NH where it got a little cold. My girlfriend loved it so much she wore it to the wedding the next day! (She's a size larger and it fit her perfectly too! Sisterhood of the traveling dress.)

It was a next fit at the midsection and a great flare at the hips. The thick material made it great for the cool weather of the NE even though it was an April wedding.

This dress was super sliming and hugged in all the right places. I wore this for a Christmas party and the heavier material was perfect for cooler weather, but not too heavy.

I was sooo pleased that it fit! At first I thought it was going to be too long, but it hit right above my knees for me, and the skirt provided nice shape. Fabric was sturdy and thick. Had a minor snag on the front of it, but it wasn't noticeable, only to me.

Ran a little small, but who doesn't love black with vertical lines? The material was the perfect winter-dress weight and I received a ton of compliments. I'd rent it again. :)

Although the bust area was a little tight, I can only assume it was because some shape was needed. It felt more like wearing a spandex rather than a pinchy fabric. Other than that, the dress was super comfortable and it never dug at my sides or rode up.

This dress was wonderful!! The fabric was thick, but not hot, and very stretchy. The skirt flared right at my natural waist so it was extremely flattering. I got so many compliments!! Would definitely recommend this for any wedding/cocktail attire event.

The fit was AWESOME -- super comfy, perfect length, gives you a great shape, and thick material so good at smoothing your lines out and also just a good dress for winter parties in general. I really loved this dress and honestly would have bought it if I could have! Highly recommend this dress!

I wore this dress for an entertainment industry event that I hosted. Dress was incredibly comfortable and the thicker fabric was slimming. I was not hot at all. Skirt pops out and covers your stomach, too. Looks great in photos. Would rent again!

Love this dress. I got a Medium, with a Small as my free backup, and actually wore the Small! The Medium fit fine but the tighter fit of the Small made it seem less conservative, which is what I wanted. It's such a forgiving fabric and design - perfect dress to wear if you're going to eat a big dinner before your event - like I did, haha.

Loved this dress! The pops of color are really pretty. The material is thicker than most dresses. This would be a perfect dress for the fall or winter. I wore it to a summer rehearsal dinner and it was 80 degrees. It was a little warm at first but the material is very breathable and I cooled off pretty quickly. Received a lot of compliments on it. It was so comfortable to wear!!! True to size.

I got both the small and medium. The Small fit but I felt more comfortable in the medium so I went for that. The dress is made of very stretchy material and fits snugly through the torso. I got quite a few compliments on the dress throughout the evening and felt really good in it. The zipper was really sticky and took a bit of work to get up.

Princess Kate wears Issa and so I've been dying to try any ISSA piece! This one was totally beautiful! It looks awesome and stylish.

I wore this dress for a date night with my Husband, to a nicer restaurant and a show at the theater. (we have a 1 1/2 year old at home and were overdue for a nicer night out.) I originally ordered the small with a medium as the backup size. The night before I was supposed to receive the dress, I was emailed by RTR to tell me that the small was not available due to it being late or damaged on return. They did send the medium and another dress altogether, to make up for the small not being available. I ended up wearing the medium, as I did not care for the other style of dress that they had sent (and it was quite big) and the dresses arrived to my house after 3 p.m., which is the cut off to request another dress for overnight delivery. The medium wasn't terrible, I just wish it had been a little more snug, especially around the arms. The small would have fit perfectly, I think. I did like the dress. It was comfortable and I liked that it was a bit thicker material, even though we had a unusually warmer evening the night we went out, considering it was January. I liked where the dress cut and fell, it was very flattering. I had no issues with it being too short or too long, I liked where it hit on me. I did wear a black leather jacket over it, when I got cold. I would recommend this dress, if you can get it in the correct size.

The fit was flattering. I wore this to a few work holiday parties and felt like a safe dress to not be too over or under dressed. I'd def rent it again! It wasn't as much of a wow dress as others on the site, but it was still cute and comfortable. I'd rent it again. Wish it had pockets.

Nothing about this dress jazzed me up, but it was appropriate and fit so I wore it! The event was outdoors in cooler weather so the heavier material was great. The dress had some stretch in it and lines highlighted an hourglass figure. With some sparkly accessories it worked well!

Squeezed into a medium but a large would've been more comfortable. I didn't feel wowed, so I prob wouldn't rent it again.

I loved the dress. Good for work with a jacket and for going out. The material is pretty thick so it's not a summer dress. I'd say it runs a tiny bit small. I could wear M I think. The waist was a little too high for my taste. But overall I loved the dress and kept it for a few weeks.

The dress is some type of fine knit, which was perfect for a chillier night. I don't usually wear dresses, so this was perfect for me as there was nothing to adjust or worry about (because of the high neckline). It falls beautifully! Because of my larger chest the material stretched a little up top, creating a sheen (you could see the material getting extra stretched), but this didn't worry me too much. Great dress and sure to be unique at a party!

Stretchy and thick material. Great pattern. Wore with black shaping tights and a black cardigan for a birthday dinner. Not fancy but fun and pretty. I got compliments all night.

I had tried on the S in the showroom and ordered both XS and S for the event. I went with the XS because there was slight gaping in the arm with the larger size. The thick fabric was great for holding everything in and also a great weight for an end-of-winter event. I wore this to an early evening wedding and also found it was the perfect length and color; I felt that wearing a gown would have been too formal and brighter colors too informal, so this was a great compromise.

This was my second choice, after the dress I ordered didn't fit. I was looking for a part dress, something a little flirty and a little girly. This fit the bill! The stretchy material fit me like a glove....it's a bit heavy, so it was perfect for a NYC January party. I'm 5'6, and the dress was a a touch long for my liking, but definitely workable. I wore it with opaque black tights (see above: NYC in January...) and it looked great! The only reason it's not getting 5 starts is because it wasn't my first choice :/

The colors and lines are very pretty but the material was very stiff and heavy and didn't fall right on my figure.
