Worn to a company holiday party at the Kennedy Center. The green color was amazing. Received tons of compliments all evening long. The fabric is very light - I would definitely suggest Spanx underneath, along with a strapless bra. The neckline is also very deep - Fashion Tape was a lifesaver! I wore light colored stockings with a pair of Jessica Simpson Waleo Nude patent heels. Thrilled with my first RTR experience... :D

My first rent-the-runway experience and I loved it! I rented this dress for my early fall bridal shower, which had an irish/shamrock theme. The color and dress style couldn't have been more perfect for the day! I ordered a size 2 and got the free next size up, just in case. Luckily, the 2 fit as the next size that came was actually 2 sizes up and the green was much more faded. The dress fit, as expected, a bit tight around the bust; but, I have a larger chest and run into this problem a lot. It was super soft fabric and the skirt was very flowy as I walked. I absolutely felt royal wearing it! I wouldn't have changed a thing about my day or my dress and I will definitely be renting again!!!

The fabric is forgiving in elasticity but not in showing lumps and bumps. I recommend control top tights or Spanx!

This dress has amazing fit and runs true to the size (I went off the US sizing). It is very comfortable and is very flattering. I was concerned that the material would feel and look cheap, but the material was great and looked fantastic as well (although it is a little thick and a bit warm). I received a lot of compliments and I am very happy with this rental. This was my first rental and it won't be my last!

I wore this to a TED wall street conference. It was classy enough to wear among a sea of suits but stood out with its rich emerald color and figure flattering design. Afterwards I wore it on a romantic date and my husband loved it. Its a very versatile dress. It could almost range from wedding to work. I thought it ran slightly large, as I had to close the bust with a bit of fashion tape - but after that it was perfect. The criss-cross at the waist creates a beautiful hourglass silhouette, and the slight flair of the skirt hides any problem areas.

Third time's the charm! This was my third attempt at renting a dress that would fit me. It fit me like a glove! Loved it!!! I wore this dress to my BFF's birthday brunch then wore it to a friend's baby shower, which took place during the day.

I rented this for my friend's wedding and it was amazing. I had so many people coming up to me asking where I got the dress and how amazing I looked. One person told me that I looked like Kate Middleton in the dress, which made me smile. If you have green eyes, this is a great green because it will make your eyes pop. It's a little darked than pictured, but still a great color green. I rented the 14 (US 10) and 16 (US 12) because I normally wear one of the two. The 14/10 fit much better, the only issue was I have long arms so the sleeves were a little short on me.

Duchess Kate has nothing on me! I was happy to be able to wear the dress Kate Middleton wore for her engagement announcement (different color, though). And I was thrilled the size 10 (UK 14) fit fine. I am a 10-12 and also got the UK 16 for backup. I wore a body shaper for smoothing underneath the fine silk, it worked great. (I worried the bodice would not provide enough coverage for my 38D chest, but it was great, just one piece of double-sided tape did the trick.) The dress was a bit long on me as I am short. And I wasn't 100% in love with the muted forest green color but overall it was very elegant and I got a lot of compliments.

I wore this dress as the host of an Irish community fundraiser and it was PERFECT. The size was great, the color was a deep, beautiful green and the fit was great. It showed off my body without being too sexy, which is what I wanted (and what was appropriate). My only gripe was that they zipper on the side was too stiff for the light fabric of the dress and so it made the dress stick out weird on one side. But, it wasn't a big enough issue to stop me from wearing and loving this. Will certinaly rent this again - perhaps around St. Patrick's Day!

Love the emerald green against my caramel skin. It was the perfect choice for a church wedding ceremony. I wanted to be conservative without being matronly. Plus it photographed extremely well. You can tell it is an expensive material and the wrap-dress style would flatter nearly every figure. And it fit just above the knee on me. Only con is the end of the zipper that fell by my hip kept jutting outwards, despite my attempts to flatten it down. This might just be a problem with my dress and not the rentals others may encounter.

This dress had a gorgeous color and wonderful material but the zipper on the side bulged out to the point that the dress was unwearable

I rented this dress for my daughter's wedding at the end of September and it really was perfect for the occasion. It's flattering, comfortable, stylish and I got a lot of compliments. I recommend this dress without hesitation!

I wore this to my sister's rehearsal dinner and it was just perfect. This dress is really comfortable and the deep green color is gorgeous! The 8 fit me very well even though I'm usually a 6 (that size wasn't available). I received lots of compliments and if I had to money I would buy this to keep in a heartbeat! Definitely rent this dress is you're on the fence about it. It's a great, classy style that, I think, would be flattering on just about anyone : )

The fit was true to size. I would be an 8 in US and was a 12 in UK sizing. Spanx gave the 100% silk dress a smooth fit. A front closure, smooth back bra worked well with this dress. I did not need tape for the bust. I wore nude pumps but probably would have worn black if the wedding was in the winter. The green color was fabulous!

This was the perfect dress for a holiday party. Super easy to wear and very comfortable! The fabric was a little heavy so the dress was kind of warm to wear, but other than that it was perfect!!!

I was so happy when RTR started carrying Issa. I loved this dress on Kate and when I had a work party come up this winter I figured it was the perfect excuse to give it try. I agree with other reviewers that this is defiantly a dress for colder months, between the long sleeves and fabric. Super easy to wrap. I did throw some shapewear on underneath though, just to smooth out the middle. I might even rent it again for a holiday party!

First of all, I loved this dress on Kate, and was disappointed it wasn't blue. That said, I loved the emerald even more! I reviewed true to size but that is if you prefer things tight. I would say if you didn't want that "second skin" look or if you are worried about it being tight on your arms, go up one size because the arms were tighter than normal. I was initially concerned about how to "wrap" the dress but it is the simplest wrap dress I've ever worn. The front fabric is actually already made that way so literally all you do is tie in the back. The neckline was not scandalous at all as some pictures can make it look like. Overall I couldn't be more happy with the dress and I am on the hunt for the same one to buy.

Fit was true to size. The fit/fabric of this dress shows EVERY undergarment line, so the less there is to show, the better. ;-)

I was really excited to wear the same dress the Duchess of Cambridge wore for her engagement (but in green obviously) and rented this for a December wedding. The color was great for the holidays and it fit perfectly - I'm usually a zero or 2 depending on the brand and the 6 fit like a glove. My only gripe is that the sleeves are pretty short, which was odd since I don't have particularly long arms. I kept pulling them down and it bothered me. Other than that, loved this dress! Great for a winter wedding. I paired it with a green rhinestone statement necklace and it looked awesome. I don't think it was too warm as other reviewers have said - the fabric isn't THAT heavy and if you are wearing it in the colder months it's perfect. I was still chilly since the room was cold, in fact.

I rented this for a baptism I was standing in. I really wanted to love the dress. The color is beautiful and the fabric is high-quality. But the arms were far too short and the dress was much shorter on me than depicted on the model. If you have long legs or long arms this dress may not fit you correctly. Thank goodness for the back-up dress!

This dress fit like a glove and hugged all the right places. I actually rented it for a work networking event, but it was cancelled so I wore it out instead. The only negative was that on the left side, the zipper creates a bump that makes the dress stick out awkwardly a bit. I'm normally a 2/4 but rented the 6 and 8 in the British sizing. The 6 fit perfectly. I loved the color and way it hugged my curves!

The color of this dress is to die for. The best part, for me, is that the dress is very comfortable and has long sleeves. I wore it in late fall in Northern Maine and wasn't freezing. The only drawback is that if you have a larger bust you will need to use some double-sided tape (thanks for providing that, RTR!) to prevent gaping. I did find that the sleeves were a bit tight on my usual size, but other than that it fits true to size.

I rented this dress with the anticipation of wearing it to work. I am 5'6", so not exceptionally tall, and the dress was too short for work. It hit several inches above the knee on me, despite what the picture indictes. It is a nice material and pretty dress, but I likely would not recommend it for work attire.

I couldn't wear this dress because it was too small for me... I definitely needed the next size up (or possibly even 2 sizes up!). It is way shorter than I thought it would be, but maybe if I had the correct size, the length would have been right. It also felt a little worn out. It looked like new, but I didn't like the way the fabric felt.

The dress is very forgiving, but the tie was a bit awkward.

After much confusion with the stylists about whether or not this dress was in the warehouse or not, I finally got it and put it on. I'm 3 months pregnant and thought it would be loose enough to hid the bump but it wasn't. It was tight in all the wrong places. I did not end up wearing it.

I was really disappointed by this dress. Unless you are in really good shape and toned, dont bother. I felt like my arms looked like green sausages.

This dress was a beautiful shade of dark emerald green. The fabric is very soft and it was comfortable, but I would not recommend wearing it if it isn't a chillier day outside because it is quite warm. The fabric layering was strange; I have an average build, but it made my waist and arms look model-skinny and my bust look extremely large, almost oddly so. Also, it felt like the waist was somewhat high, about 2" above the natural waist, and my torso is not disproportionately long, in fact I'd say my torso is short in comparison to my legs. If you have a short torso and want to look very shapely then rent this dress. Dress is true to size, British sizing.

You shouldn't wear a bra with it. I was happy with the cut and color but was very disappointed that the pictures came out so poorly. The fabric was too thin and my bra line was visible behind and on the sides
