Runs a little small. Normally wear a 0/2 or 25/26 in bottoms. I sized up to a 4 and it was perfect.

I love Boss. I am a 28 waist and the size 10 rested about 2 inches below my navel. Most a line skirts should rest at the navel. I will try the 8 next. Regardless, this skirt is fantastic. The fabric is to die for. Goes with navy, black and red and the length is corporate appropriate.

This skirt is as thick as a coat, it’s perfect for cold weather and I wore black tights with it as I had seen others do and it was wonderful. Unique piece and fun houndstooth pattern for winter. Not sure you could wear in warmer weather as it’s thick material. Size up if you’re curvy.

Obsessed with the fabric- it’s thick and looks quality & expensive. Length was perfect for work.

Long enough to be profesh, short enough to be flattering on my 5.4 bod. Thick, timeless fabric nicely lined so there is no itch.

This skirt is such a cute work option. Fit is true to size.

You will get showered in compliments because the skirt alone is adorable with a bodysuit, but if you rent the matching blazer it’s FIRE! The color is good too. Was worried it would wash out my pale skin but it was more of a tan than a yellow, which I preferred. The length was more than appropriate for work - I’m 5’6 for reference. Definitely size up because there’s no clasp at the top of the zipper so you have to really hold the fabric together to zip it up with one hand, and it doesn’t have any give to it. I am a true 2 and this skirt was too tight on me.

I go between and size 6 and 8 depending on the cut - this hits at the smallest part of your waist and has the perfect slight a-line cut out. I am 5’11’’ and this hit mid thigh

This skirt is a bit too twee for me (at least how I managed to style it) but I’m giving it five stars for the perfect work length and fit. Lovely soft fabric and good lining.

I swear it didn’t fit when I first put it on but I think I just didn’t put it on the right way. Slightly tight but I wouldn’t have sized up unless I was wearing a tight shirt. Usually between 4/6. Paired with a button town and blazer from Express and got so many complements! A must rent and can be styled differently for every season.

A slight bit itchy but a perfect weight skirt for those 50-60 degree fall/spring days! Wore this skirt a few this.

The wool band around the top of the skirt is ITCHY. But with a shirt tucked it, it’s worth it. Super cute on. TTS, but no give in the waistband so if you’re between sizes go up.

When renting with matching blazer, skirt is TTS and size down on the blazer. Such a cute set!

It actually fit me great except the waist. Waist was super tight. I rigged it.

Cute skirt, I usually wear a 6 so it was pretty true to size, not forgiving though. Mid-section is accentuated in this skirt so keep mind. I saw another wearer do black top/bottom and I liked that for a winter look/feel. Wore to work.

Love this skirt. Colors are great for early spring. A little on the thicker side so be aware ... might be to think for a day that's warmer.

Got so many compliments on this. I styled it similarly to others in review but forgot to take a picture- black long sleeve bodysuit, black chunky sweater, black tight and black boots. I wouldn't have sized up but the waist seemed slightly small. I've never worn Boss before so maybe that is how it normally runs. Would rent this skirt same size again

Good length, comfortable fit and flattering for a rectangular shape. Wore it with knee high boots and a sweater. Fun for winter work look.

Wore this around for a day or work and errands. The length was good, fit was nice, no stretch which usually is a no no for me but it fit well.

Paired with boots. I want to buy this set. So cute.

Cute and comfortable. The material is quite thick, so it may be best for fall or spring as opposed to summer.

I wore this just like the model with a white sweater and brown boots with tights. I really liked it although it was too snug for me. Needed a bigger size.
