The perfect church fit, brunch, cocktails, or if you work in an upscale environment. I was on my cycle and feeling bloated the day I wore this but it was so comfortable that it didn't matter. I received constant compliments. It's hard to let go of, but it's becoming a little too warm for California springtime

I wore a sheer shirt under it for a work event - so many compliments and was really comfortable

I wore this for a conference reception and it wasn't too heavy and was elevated and cute but still work appropriate. I did wear shapewear which helped with the zipper issue folks brought up in other reviews, and the arms and top were a bit baggy so I had to be strategic about what bra I wore.

As always for the short pear shaped woman. I am always worried that midi doesn’t work for me. This dress proves that wrong. It is slimming. It’s a short leather skirt that is eye catching and a sweater top. I wore it with tights and booties or heals. The sneakers were it was unseasonably warm. It’s very sophisticated. I wore it to a work party and Christmas Day brunch so it’s versatile.

This is a flattering with a fun little edge to a black work dress. Note, it has a side zip. I didn’t realize until I struggled to put it on! The skirt is soft and lined inside. I’d prefer more of a sleeve for warmth and coverage.

Wore this more than I would've thought. Wore it both with a white button down underneath and without. I liked it better with the white collar and sleeves. The skirt gets pretty hot and clammy. It is very hard to zip where the material transitions. Fit was a bit tight in the tummy. Very hard to get off - a bit claustrophobia inducing at the end of the night!

This dress is good in concept but didn't really do it for me. Maybe a smaller size would be better. The top felt fine but the skirt felt baggy and a bit frumpy.

I felt extra put together in this mixed fabric dress by Boss. Trends upscale casual, good for the transition from work to post work drinks and dinner. It was hard to get on and off, but once on fit beautifully and was comfortable.

It was ok, but didn’t feel fabulous in it. The zipper wouldn’t go over the waistband, luckily it fit over my head.

This dress runs small and the zipper sticks even when you are not wearing it. The faux leather is quite hot. It was much frumpier than I expected - I rented in M and L - L i could put on without unzipping but was just not flattering

The dress is great but the top was large on me too the point where you could see my bra from the baggy sides. I am usually a small, and a 6. I got a medium and it was way too big
