Boss is really surprising me lately with all of these feminine pieces. This is a great example of how a shirt dress can be structured, but also flow and feminine. I loved it.

Work to a baby shower, was very comfy. Sort of silly feeling and has pockets!!

Sizing was weird on this... chest and shoulders were big but the cuffs barely buttoned! Luxe material and pretty pattern.

Sleeves are a bit tight and short (and dress a bit large), but overall a nice option for an every day work dress

I liked the look of this dress. It came to me with the tags still on. It’s very comfortable silky buttery soft material, and it’s warmer than expected. The belt is the same material and ties, the material made the tie slip and become lose. I had to tighten almost every time I stood. Unfortunately you can’t wear it without the belt because it’s attached otherwise I would have chosen to wear my own belt. I wouldn’t rent again, to much maintenance.

The dress fabric was thicker and slipperier than I anticipated. Since the belt was sewn on one side, it twisted and pulled while wearing so it didn't stay centered. And because it was slippery, it's drooped and loosened several times throughout the day.

A fun work dress. Loved the splatter and flower style. Side slits go above the knee on each side. Buttons did not flair

This dress is huge in the torso and chest area but so tight in the arms- I had to unbutton them. It also has 3 slits, 2 on the side that open pretty easily with wind so it was a gamble wearing to work. It had a lot of potential…

Sleeves were comically short while the waist had a ton of room. I wore it but rolled the sleeve up, which looked kind of weird because the inside of the sleeve isn't lined. The skirt also blows a lot in the wind.

I didn’t like this dress. The print is lovely but that’s it. I sized down and it was still huge on me. The belt is sewn into the dress so you can take it off and it was super lopsided, unless you want to do a super unflattering side tie. I ended up pinning in together to give me some shape.

This is a keeper of a dress. The fit is perfect, the colors are stunning, and it is a perfect dress for work. The only issue I had was the sleeve length, which was a little short. I solved this by rolling up the sleeves. Easy fix.

Soft and flattering cut- moves nicely when you walk with slits that are nice for movement and flow, but not too high. Low wrinkle

Fabric feels so soft and the fit is very comfortable, yet out together. Buttons nade it easy to pump at work.
