The only thing on the dress that was big were the straps, I had to pin them back because they were too long. I am 4'10 and about 100lbs

This dress fit like a glove. Hugged me in all the right ways especially for my petite body. Only con was the straps kept falling off and i believe that is because the dress is heavy material. Otherwise, it was a hit! I received so many compliments and was a true eye catcher as a +1 wedding guest. Felt truly beautiful in this dress. Convinced me to rent from here again!

Wore this for a black tie optional wedding. It fit true to size and was fun to dance in. The slit is a little high, but worked for me because I'm short. The material is thicker so wouldn't recommend it for a hot day. Overall, loved this dress!

As mentioned in other reviews, the size runs small so I ordered a size bigger. It was loose on top but tight on bottom.

This is the most comfortable I've been in a dress in a long time. This dress allowed me to Luann it up at the party in true diva fashion while being comfortable. Although the dress does follow your shape it's not restrictive or binding. The slit does come all the way up though so spanx or something underneath is a good idea to ensure no accidental viewings.

Absolutely loved this dress! Straps are a little long but besides that this dress is so flattering. No bra needed. A little heavy but nothing i couldn't deal with.

I didn't actually wear this dress, my friend did, and she loved it! She felt sexy and that she was glad she rented the 8... she was thinking about getting the 6, but went with the 8 instead. I would say fits true to size, but on the tighter side of true to size.

Fun to wear this dress. It was tight in chest and waist but flattering with the flair at bottom. Straps were a bit long for my size.

Felt glamorous in this gown. It's always hard for me to find floor length for formal occasions as a petite person and this worked great. Slit was a bit high for my preference but didn't stop me from wearing. Fabric is thick--great for New Year's Eve wedding in Chicago-- but had little give. Wish the straps were adjustable because they seemed long and kept falling.

This was actually one of my back up dress choices and it turned out to be the top dress! My husband's jaw dropped when he saw me in it. He actually said: "Whoa...that's the dress!" I received compliments all night long! The bride even came up to me and told me I looked stunning. Pictures do not do this dress justice. It was comfortable to dance in and the leg opening was strategically placed. Loved it.

I usually wear a 4 in dresses, but had to go with a size 8 because the 6 was even too tight in the hip section. It was large on top but I used tape to hold it in place. Material is wonderful. Received a lot of compliments. This was my first RTR dress. I will definitely rent again.

Absolutely loved this dress! The material was a nice texture that didn’t look obnoxiously sparkly. But it was pretty heavy, thick, and had no stretch (wouldn’t recommend for warm outdoor weddings). Size up if you have wide hips.

Not for anyone with much up to. This dress does not stretch & it fit everywhere else, but I could not get the girls in this dress & I am a 32D.

Definitely would suggest going up a size or two if you want to rent this dress. Loved the fun flare of it.

The dress fit very comfortably with maybe slightly too much length on the straps. There was a bit of extra room at the waist, but only enough to keep me from needing shape-wear. Heavy and sturdy material, very well made. So not overly fitted, just enough to show off curves while staying comfy. (Can you tell I'm into comfort?) Too bad my shoes hurt like heck!

The dress fit TTS. I usually wear a 6 but usually have to size up in dresses. The 8 was too loose in the bust and the 6 fit better. The black lining showed at the chest and train but no one else probably noticed. The dress fits tight in the hips. The straps fell down a lot but could have been overcome with a better bra. Overall, loved the dress and received tons of compliments!

Wow! I got many comments on this dress!! One person said I had the best dress of the party...I've never gotten a compliment like that before. Others mentioned how sexy it was. Slit is a little long so you have to be careful. All the dresses I ordered were a size 12 and fit well except this one...RTR had to ship me out a 14. It fit perfect. I didn't have issues with the straps but I have a long torso.

Fit overall was good. The straps were a little long and not adjustable, so they slipped a few times in the night. The chest area is not for anyone size D or bigger. I couldn’t see any length difference between the 2P and 4R so I wore the 4R to have room for dinner:) Tons of compliments all night!

The 0P was perfect for me (5'3" 107lb). I was expecting the fabric to be shiny and stretchy, but actually it's an interesting thick wooly texture, feels very solid and high quality. It stretches very little, but smooths and shapes well. I wore it for a dancing NYE shindig, and the high cut ruffle was so much fun when spinning! It was fashionable but not too daring, I didn't ever feel too exposed. Lots of compliments, very happy with this pick!

I wore this for a Hollywood gala, and even celebrities complimented the dress! It was a 6, and great for my 29" inch waist, which makes other dresses hard to fit as a 6. No bra was needed, and was great for showing off my legs. I love this dress! I'm 5'6", wore it with 4" heels, but even without heels it was the perfect length.

This is a very nice and heavy fabric dress. I don't think the straps are too long, but I looked like an overstuffed sausage in it. For those thinking it's lightweight, it's not...it's about as heavy as a sequined or beaded gown, so if you are looking for something lighter, this might not be a ideal for you. RTR didn't have an upsize available to send to me.

The dress was absolutely beautiful! It was slightly heavy, but it was a show stopper! Definitely easy to dance in and was comfortable. I paired it with some small heels for comfort and it still looked stunning!

I wore this dress to a 1920s Great Gatsby 50th birthday party. The dress was PERFECT for this party! I am 40 D and the top fit perfect. Also the high/low is super cute and not over exposing.

Runs small so size up if you have problem areas (like tummy area) you want to cover up. Straps are long and will need to tape up or pin up. But it looks great on, not flashy but gives you that quiet elegance. I loved how I looked it in it.

Ended up not wearing it because fabric was really thick and heavy for an outdoor Florida wedding.

I love this dress! Cute, fun, and sexy, hitting the curves at the right spot. The split was perfect - not conservative and not over the top either... just enough to show off some nice legs and feel comfortable. Straps were a little long...wish they would make these straps adjustable, but I wore an off the shoulder cover up (bolero-like) to hide it. Overall, great experience on my first rental and would definitely do it again!
