Maybe if I were bigger up top... I think it could have looked curvy and cool. It just made me feel like a striped sausage. A matronly one. Guess it just wasn't my style.

I loved this dress, very flattering, comfortable, and perfect for work. I would probably need to size up if I wanted it to be a little baggier, but the large worked just fine

The dress has a soft lining and felt comfortable and cozy to wear.

I really liked this dress. The cut fit the curves just perfectly. For that reason, I recommend you don't size up. The XL seemed like a large 12 or small 14. The dress is also lined, which helps it to lay smoothly over tights for colder weather. The boat neck wasn't the most flattering on me, but the dress was just fine for work. The skirt made it much more fun than the photos show.

This is a good, basic work dress. Nothing "wow" about it, but that's fine: it's flattering. Fabric has some stretch and is comfortable. I wore it on a trip- no wrinkles.

I loved this dress. I felt slim and received a number of compliments. It was a little snug through the chest and arms, but fit perfectly everywhere else.

Great dress, the material is thick and seems to be good quality! I will say it was a bit tight around my chest, but not enough to be uncomfortable! And the little flair at the bottom is a nice touch, without being too much! Would rent again!

I'm 5'8", 158 lbs and the size L fit beautifully although I'm a bit pear shaped so someone with a bit fuller bust might find it a little snug. Very flattering and the bottom of the dress flares just enough without looking too flirty or not appropriate for business. The dress is lined and made beautifully.

I liked how the cut and print made me look like I had a waist, but the high cut and length made it oddly conservative for such an interesting pattern. The right boots and edgy jewelry may help add interest if you're more fashion-forward. It was also a bit scratchy on the outside, so keep that in mind if your skin is sensitive.

No compliments because it's just a black and white dress, but it fits pretty well, it is true to size, lined so it doesn't show every lump, and is unique while still being conservative for a work setting. I wish the shoulders were broader cut but I have this issue with a lot of clothes so it's probably fine for most people.

Fit was comfortable

I love the design of the dress- detail and cute made for a slimming effect on my ultra curvy body. The 3X size is deceptive though because I am typically a 2X in most dresses. This dress was VERY tight in the arms and after leaving my home and wearing it for about an hour, they began to feel extremely uncomfortable. I admit I have chubbier arms but it just didn't reflect what I'm used to in size of my average dress. Definitely worth renting for a casual outing.

I loved how the lines pieced together but it was too short and tight in the arms.

I don't think was unflattering, just a little blah. Didn't seem very high quality but the fit was ok. Arms were a little small.

Rented this dress for everyday workwear and was just okay. The lining of the dress doesn't seem to sit flat on me, making the fit a bit weird around my midsection. It is a great length for tall girls, though!

This fit was very unflattering and odd on me. It's a drop waist with a boxy middle section that was highly unflattering. On the model it looks like it's fitted through the waist- this is not correct. It's fitted through the hips but there was a ton of extra fabric in the midsection. Very strange cut and fit. Not good for anyone with an hourglass shape as your waist will be lost. Nice fabric though- if it fits your body shape the quality is very nice.

I returned this without wearing it. It was just not flattering with the stripes and it was long (M was past my knee at 5'4). It made me look wide and it was frumpy.

I was worried about the orientation of stripes on curvy hips, but it actually looked flattering. However, I ended up returning it because I have thicker arms and the sleeves didn't quite fit and made the shoulders ride up because there wasn't much give. Beware thick-armed girls!

Did not wear.

I'm really sad this didn't fit because I loved the shape.
