Hutch is a great brand! I've always been a fan! I ordered this twice because I wound up having to go down a size (it was too big up top). Luckily the smaller size worked perfect! It was such a comfortable dress, if I remember right it had pockets, and was easy to move and dance in. I got lots of compliments on it.

Fantastic dress! Fits great!! Looks fitted/structured but it's not too tight and you can move in it freely. POCKETS! Need I say more! Highly recommend to everyone.

I rented this dress for a Bat Mitvah and would have worn the smaller size but the pockets stuck out in the 2 in a not-cute way on me. The 4 was comfy & still flattering. Definitely be prepared to steam or iron on low before wearing as the fabric puckers where the stripes change directions on the dress.

Very cute and it was a good fit. Pockets didn't pucker for me like some other reviews said. It's definitely on the shorter side but I got away with it for a wedding. Recommend sizing one up.

I rented this for NYE...my plan was to be bright and stand out from the typical gold or silver sequin dresses. It was a success and I loved the metallic touch! I got so many compliments and it snagged me a new years kiss. I'm 5'7, 135 lbs, curvey. I wore a size 6 to get a looser and more comfortable fit at the hips. The pockets were a great addition. My only problem was the 6 was too loose in the top, it bubbled out a little, however this dress is still definitely for someone with a smaller chest. Overall- LOVED and would rent again for other ocassions! Wore with a black leather jacket and nude pumps.

I didn't notice much difference between size 2 and size 4, so I wore size 2. I needed to adjust the top a bit throughout the night when standing up/down. It may have stayed in place better on someone with a larger bust? Pockets are a great bonus too.

I didn't notice any odd pocket flaring some reviewers did. I sized up a size to a 4 (usually wear 0 or 2) and it felt comfy. I'm 38 and was worried the look would be not good or skew too young, but the fabric is quality and print is flattering in the bust. I think the lines draw the eyes up from the legs.

I rented a size up out of worry that it would run small due to my large bust. The size 2 was loose in the hip area but fit perfectly in other areas. Next time, I will order this in a size 0. The stitching in the fabric is beautifully done and the gold thread compliments other colors in the dress. Definitely a winter dress. I will rent this again!

I wear Size 12 pants and my bust size is 38D. This is a comfortable dress. Fits above knees, a little short and I'm only 5'4. I love this comfortable and cute dress

This dress is super cute. Fits like a shift dress, but the colors are beautiful, slightly shinny, perfect to stand out on a winter party. I wore this dress at my work holiday party and everyone loved it! Didn't want to send back as it is a dress you can use in many different occasions! Fits true to size. I am 5.5" and the length was perfect, not too short, not too long. I took a risk renting a dress without any review, and I am so happy it worked out!

The colors (especially the gold), stripes, and pockets were great. As other reviewers have mentioned, the dress sits funny (puffs out) when sitting or standing in certain ways. For a dinner out with girlfriends, it was a fun dress.

Felt golden in this low-key metal/ jewel toned dress. The first thing I noticed about this dress was that it had pockets!! Because you can’t always have a date to hold your phone this is a major plus in a dress for me. I wore it in a 4 which is on the bigger side of my size range. I think that 4 was the right size though...It fit well throughout my waist however there was a built in slip that made it a little tight. If you have fuller hips I think I would size size up! I was very comfortable in the bust area and I believe this dress could accommodate most sizes. It hit me mid-thigh and I’m 5’7”. The dress makes such a statement I would stick to simpler accessories like good black pumps and a simple earrings. Great for a dinner party.

This dress fits true to size. I dressed it down for a day in the office, and it is a very stylish piece- but I didn't love it because it's not exactly flattering. The pockets stick out and make me look boxy. The fabric is great though and the length is great for a petite frame.

To tight all over, pockets pucker- I can't wear it. Bought without tenting first- not returnable.

This is a great dress for a a party or fun event. I wore it to two different occasions, to a dinner party and a birthday party. It is easy to wear, I paired it up with a black leather jacket and black high heel shoes. Pros: Not too tight It is short, but for someone petite like me it is just the right length It's not a dress I would normally consider buying, so it's the perfect rental Cons: I don't see any honestly!

I rented this originally for my mom's birthday party, loved it so much I rented it again for an evening wedding. I'm petite so it fell a few inches above my knee which was perfect. It has pockets which was great for storing my phone and lipstick during the wedding! Will rent this a third time!

This is a beautiful dress that would have fit perfectly, except for the pockets! They are placed right at the hips and pull open with the slightest bit of tightness across the hips, which then makes the dress look like it doens't fit. Very unfortunate, as I was looking forward to wearing it for Valentines Day.

This dress was in no way true to size! I couldn't even zip it up.

Dress was a little too short to wear comfortable to an event with dancing. Looks great and very fun, so holding out for a less formal event or night out.

However, this is a very slim cut on top and was not a great fit for a larger bust. I had to leave the zipper down a bit (even in the larger back-up size) to not feel totally constrained.

I loved this and was going to wear the size 16 but it was just a little to small so that the pockets were flaring out. It is also a pretty heavy material and I ordered it in August. Otherwise it was super cute though so if you have the opportunity to, I would recommend sizing up one or even two sizes.

This dress runs very small; I ordered up and it didn't event come close to fitting.

Unfortunately, I couldn't wear this dress. My hips are just too wide for the dress. I thought a 10 would be okay, but the cut seems to be better for someone with a straighter/more slender frame.

I rented this dress for my birthday, and was excited it had straight sizes up to 16. I am a size 14-16, but 14w and 16w are always too big. The dress is beautiful, but I couldn't get the dress over my hips and butt, although the top was perfect. Sad I couldn't wear it.

Pretty tight fit in the hips, but I have wider hips. The top fit fine... almost loose. Looked really cute for a glitz and glam daytime holiday party, especially with black stockings and black heels.

Would not rent again. The shape and fit of dress were just awkward. It bunched up over my hips and I felt I was constantly pulling it down. I did love the colors though!

Beautiful fabric and colors but super odd shape that is not flattering so I wasn't able to wear. Not good for anyone pear shaped as it won't fit wider hips without becoming too large on top.

There is no stretch to this dress at all - better for a narrower body type than mine!

I am not a very big person, but both sizes I rented (4&6) were very tight in the hips and therefore made the pockets protrude very awkwardly.

Pretty dress with good sizing but the pockets pucker. It's literally impossible for them to lay flat, even on the dress that was too big. Looked terrible, could not wear, unfortunately.

I love pockets on dresses, but the pockets on this dress were very unflattering. They gapped whenever I moved--this could be a sizing issue, but it felt like the dress either wanted to be more of an A-line to give the pockets ease (or to have fitted waist, so the pockets could flare out underneath). Straight dresses usually work well for me, but not this one. The material was festive, but felt a little like wearing a mylar ribbon.

I took measurments and ordered a size bigger but unfortunately the dress was not flattering. It was not too tight but the pockets hit at a very unflattering spot and would not lie flat. Also the gold stripe in the fabric looked worn and puckered so even if it did fit perfectly the dress would not have been appropriate for a cocktail party because the fabric looked either worn out or cheap. Would not recommend this dress.

I think because of the fabric and pockets on the dress it makes the fit awkward. There isn't a lot of give to the fabric so it looks a bit off when you are wearing it. I'm not super hippy but this dress just didn't look good on me and was a bit tight in the hips. Just didn't feel like I could move that well which wasn't an option as I was going to wear it to a wedding. I love the colors of the dress but decided not to wear it.

This dress was lovely. But it did not come close to fitting over my hips &thighs. If you have curves, definitely size up and this miiight fit.
