The high neck line and back peek-a-boo hike will make you feel sophisticated and sexy. It's a thicker fabric that's probably best in cooler seasons. I paired it with high back boots.

Comfortable, lined dress - but beware of the slits. On my 5'9" long legs the slits went up at least mid-thigh. I was most comfortable wearing this with spanx to give me some shape but you can't wear the kind with shorts or that would be visible. This would be cute with black tights in the winter but the weather wasn't right for that. Overall this was fine - good for a Monday where I just wanted to be comfortable - but I wouldn't rent it again.

This wasn't exactly flattering and the slits go up pretty high. Wouldn't rent again. But I will say the lining made it very comfortable.

Well, I ignored the reviews. This slit is ridiculous. I could have only worn with with tights without actually showing cheeks.

This dress has potential in cooler weather as it is thick and made from soft fabric, however it is constructed for petite frames. My wrists stuck out 3" from the hem, and the back did that horrible thing where the curve for the butt hit the middle of my back! If you are tall you know what I mean. I hated this dress and wore it under a trench coat to the grocery store since I already had it on, hen returned it the very next day. I wish RTR would offer more selections for tall customers.

Loved the dress, but ended up not wearing for work, unless you do tights because slots are high and visible. Opening in back very cute. Fabric is a little thick so not for spring or summer.

I have too much of a tummy to do bodycon dresses, so I'm typically uncomfortable in tight things. But this dress gives the illusions of being slim fitting but still stretchy and flattering. Should have bought it.

I ordered for work but also wore to a wedding shower and felt really good in it. It was tight but not too tight, got a lot of compliments.

I liked this frock! It's a little form fitting, but not too clingy, and shapewear can help smooth you out. The slits were high, so tights are definitely required, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. All in all, I thought it was a great fashion-forward work look!

The dress still has a conservative feel to it so I felt it was still work appropriate. Also I had a hard time buckling the back - hopefully you have a roommate to help!

Kept me warm during late Fall and was very trendy! I wore it to business casual meetings and to dinner with friends. The BlankNYC onyx vegan leather jacket gave the dress an edgier vibe.

The fabric is on the thicker side but I wouldn't call it a sweater dress. Obviously form-fitting, but it's flattering to my 32-week bump. Someone told me today I look like a model. ;) Slits are very high but I think it's okay for work if wearing tights. As other reviews mention, the clasp in back is impossible to fasten on your own. I wore a scarf over and then asked a coworker to clip me in. Will wear weekly while I have it, with various toppers/accessories.

Love the look - fitted but not tight - the back opening detail can be covered by a jacket if necessary to make more conservative. Added a leather jacket and black leather boots for the office. Only drawback was static. Couldn't get rid of it, likely due to the fabric content.

Rented for a date at the Nutcracker. Dress was cute and can be dressed up or down depending on accessories. I wore 4 months pregnant. The slits were cut just a little to high for me to wear without pantyhose or leggings.

Loved the fit and length (25 weeks pregnant; 5'2"). The slits are long, but worked for my height, plus wore with leggings. Dress was comfy, not restrictive in any way. Have struggled with transition between sizing up vs fitting into maternity clothes; this dress was perfect middle ground.

The slits in the side go up too high so they show the top part of tights. Probably fine if you're okay wearing this without tights but I couldn't wear in winter how I wanted to.

Loved this. Went to a spa w my boyfriend an hour out of town, wore this w faux snake skin ankle boots, was soooo comfy, like pajamas, for both the drive and slip on after. Also wore to work and a casual dinner. Easy to style. Had trouble w the clasp but the positives of this cute design make me not even care. It's cozy and thick but high slits and back cut out make it fashionable and not boring or frumpy.

Felt great in this dress for work. Fabric was nice medium weight. Cut was flattering. A few minor oddities like the clasp in the back not staying closed and the slits were a bit high but wore with black tights and tall black boots and loved it. Still 5 stars in my book. Would rent again.

Great color. It really hugs the body with being tight. The shoulders are a bit big but come off as an eighties-shoulder pads type vibe. I love how high the slits are On the side of the legs. Good fit but runs slightly small. The large was just roomy enough to feel comfortable all night. Wore it with a faux fur vest to a tented night event and I danced a lot and stayed comfortable.
