Wore this dress to job interview. Loved the fit, fabric, color and style. A little form fitting but not too much.

I wore this for a looooong day at work (ie 14 hour day) and was comfortable the entire day. There is an underlining which is warm enough ad was good to wear in my cold winter and outside during the winter.

Rented this for a work holiday party. Was super comfortable. I could have worn the L or XL but the large seemed to be a bit more flattering. Overall very happy with this one!

Was a little concerned about the length but wore dark black pantyhose and was comfortable wearing to work. Fit perfectly. Loved the sleeve length.

True to size, lots of compliments

It looked great on, but I found myself pulling it down all day. I did wear tights under it, but felt it was shirt for work. Definitely hits my curves in all the right places and is super flattering! But, the dress was showing its wear--it looked like it had been worn quite a lot, which I'm sure it has.

Very flattering for my belly but this is the first item that I recieved that looked worn.

I loved the idea of this dress but it wasnt perfect. I love the pattern and the 3-quarter sleeve. However, the skirt was a bit on the short side (fine), but more importantly the seams along the connection between the two types of material were thick and stuck out, and also the sleeves and the mid-section area were not very well-fitted (too large).

Comfortable with nice elbow sleeves. A few reviewers commented on the length of the dress, but as a short torso'd lady, the length was perfect on my 5'-5" body. The fabric is stretchy so it's easy to wear. One drawback is that it's black and navy together, which isn't one of my favorite color combinations.

This dress was true to size. I like the pattern because it is subtle for my profession.

I wouldn't be able to wear this to work without opaque tights due to short length, so this is squarely a fall/winter dress for me

I could have gone with an L for this dress, but XL was okay too. Just a bit larger in the neck and shoulder area, but not noticeable.

Cute - very flattering and forgiving in the stomach, where I carry extra weight. A bit short for work in my opinion (I am 5’5”) but very slimming overall .

Feels like a sweater dress - SO comfortable! Pretty forgiving with fit, but it definitely ran large as the medium was just right and I'm firmly a big 10 most of the time.

Colour panels on the stomach were flattering and distracted away from my belly. I'm 5'8" and the dress was long enough for work. Very comfortable fit

This dress was very comfortable. It was fitted, but not too tight. The design hides any tummy flaws. Overall a great dress.

Cute with tights and short boots - slimming.

I loved this dress! It was so flattering and the material was so soft and comfortable. Great for winter weather, since it was warm material. It definitely highlighted my curves nicely and appropriately for the office. I'm usually a size 2 to 4 with a 32 B bust, and the size Small fit perfectly.

Love love loved this. Feels like a sweatshirt on the inside, but structured enough to make it work appropriate. It fit like a fitted sheath - others have mentioned it being loose in the waist, but for me any tighter would've made it body con and therefore not office-appropriate. Will be renting again.

Probably would have liked a size smaller. Perfect for going out or work with a sweater.

Slightly over worn and didn't have a fresh feel - but no problems with fit.

Great and with the stripe slimming. Comfortable too. And it's short which on me is normal length so it works perfectly.

The dress is comfortable, great fitting and nice design although it bunches up just a bit in the back.

Sleeve length on this dress was perfect for fall office climates, and it looked great with tights and ankle boots. Fitted enough to look sleek, but not so tight that it was uncomfortable at all.

A bit worn but still a nice dress

Dress is comfortable and just right for work. The blue is not as standout as in the photos. Not something that really made me feel special, just a good dress.

forgot to get a pic!! loved this dress! Fabric & fit were comfy. Felt confident. Fit is pretty true to size and a bit forgiving but if you're not smooth in the mid-section, consider need for some sort of smoothing undergarment.

Comfortable and professional

Overall fit well, though there is a little bulge in the side seams where the stripe decor ends.

Dress had such bad smell of BO in the armpits that I would not have worn it had I not been running late. I lifted my arm up to brush my hair and it smelled pretty bad.

Dress looked worn and washed too many times

This looks VERY used. I was disappointed in the level of wear. This piece needs to be retired.

A bit too loose in the waist so I wore this with a black duster and belt, which worked. The fabric was fine, but not exceptional.

It fits perfectly. I wore it with nylons because it's a little short for work without them. However, if you are going out for the evening or don't mind the mini dress- go for it! LOVE the material. The dress itself is starting to look a little "worn"- probably because it's so popular. You can tell it's not brand new. But I'd say this dress is still a winner.

I like this dress. Its cute and form flattering so i would recommend it for a night out, but probably not a good work option. I paired it with black tights, flats and a blazer and it was more acceptable. You can make it work BUT wouldnt consider it a great option for the office

Very comfortable, form-fitting without being tight. Ever so slightly on the short side for a conservative workplace, but with opaque tights it's just fine.

Was too short for me, so I returned without wearing it. Otherwise it seemed to be comfy material and flattering fit. I'm 5'3" and it hit a couple inches above the knee, which for me is too short.

I sized up since this is a more fitted silhouette, but it was a bit too big around my waist. It looked fine, but I definitely needed the extra room in my hips and back side since I planned to wear for work.
