Such a cute dress!! You really do need to wear it with a belt. This dress has not shape so it looked like a really nice potato sack on me before I added the belt. But I absolutely loved this dress! You can position the belt where it is the mosg flattering for you (hips, waist, high waist). The color is a gorgeous non-drab olive green. I loved the color so much, I've been on a green kick all fall. The weight of the fabric is perfect; heavy enough to hang straight but light enough to stay cool and comfortable in 60 degrees. The sleeves are convertible, so you can go for the long sleeve look if you want - but I cant say no to a rolled sleeve. A ton of reviews talk about this dress being long, it is long but it was fine. I'm just shy of 5'8" and with a 1.5" heel the dress didn't touch the floor. I could also walk around barefoot without any issues with stepping/tripping on the dress. The dress does fit large, but the belt and the slits up the side make it interesting. I didn't realize quite how high they came up the side at first. it's comfortable, has good weight, and is flattering but casual.

I loved this dress!!! Very rarely does a button down dress work for my curves but this one looked great. The fabric had a nice weight to it and I was able to wear in the winter with opaque tights. I loved the length on this one. Dragged the floor with flats but was perfect with a some chunky boots! I would highly recommend this dress! Very flattering and comfortable!

So perfect for a casual day. It was a little chilly so I paired it a cropped denim jacket. It's nice & long just how I like my dresses. I wore flat Birkenstocks with it. At 5'6" the dress did unfortunately touch the ground but it didn't drag considerably. For full figure busty women, the top does gap like most button up shirts -the story of our life :( But still a must fit. The slits btw come up to a little above the knee & on both sides FYI

I loved this dark, army green dress. It was the perfect amount of dressy and casual. The belt (shipped in a bag on the side!) and buttons make it adjustable for any figure. The length was perfect--I had planned to wear heeled wedges but when the weather turned I opted for 2.5 inch booties instead! Got compliments all day --wish I could keep it!

This was the perfect Sunday Dress for February. It was long and flowing yet made of decent materials. I felt like I was wearing a long blouse. My only caution is that it is super long and must be worn with heels. I wore 2.5" ankle boots and it was perfect!

I loved this dress. Received tons of conpliments! Easy to wear and super light. I paired with tights and grey boots. Only issue, dress was long, so steps were a challenge.... and so was using the bathroom. Thd dress is split and you must hold up the skirt carefully. Overall, loved it.

Rented for a semi-formal event hosted at a high school. It was conservative enough for the location but still stylish enough to stand out of the crowd. I am very busty on top and usually belted dresses tie right underneath my bust line. This belt didn't ride up and actually accentuated my waist which enlongated me. Gave me great body proportions. I'll be on the lookout to purchase this dress!!

I am 35 weeks pregnant and this dress was a dream come true. The slits were sassy and there was plenty room for the bump. A note for other pregnant mamas - I haven't gained anywhere except my belly, so I wore my usual size, so if you've grown more fortunate in the bust area definitely size up. Absolutely loved it!

I LOVE this dress, as I am drawn to men's wear-inspired pieces and it in one of my favorite colors. It's relaxed fit with a matching belt to cinch the waist in. My build is pretty boxy, so I'm sure that this would look even better in someone with a more-defined waist. This dress is LONG. I'm 5'9.5" and this came to the floor in bare feet. The dress also has buttons all the way down so you can make it as conservative or revealing as you wish or the weather permits. I'll definitely be looking into keeping this one.

I wore this all day to work and then drove 6 hours to an event. It was comfy all day. The fit was very flattering. The dress was loose, but the belt gives you a waistline. I sized up because I have a large bust, and that worked well. The slits on the side are enough to feel sexy but not too much for work! The length was great. Just right with or without heels.

Very flattering even for the bigger girl. Comfortable and fun to wear. Be aware that the slits are high and you need to wear with some heel if you are under 5'6". sleeves feel a bit long. I could have gone with a medium for a more fitted look.

I wore the dress with a tank and intended to wear jeans with the front open per current trend. But the dress is way too long and I am 5'9". So I opted to belt it with my own wide woven leather belt and throw on some cowboy boots. Got lots of complements. The sizing is loose so it wasn't too body conscious and has high side slits for leg visibility!

I rented this dress for my uncle's birthday party. It was totally comfortable and so cute! It was longer than I expected. I would have normally order maxis larger so than I can have the extra length but this would have been perfectly fine in my normal small.

This dress is long. I had to wear heeled boots to stop it from dragging on the ground. Even then it was a tad too long. Had to hold it up to walk stairs. 5ft 7. Apart from the length issue it was comfortable and easy to wear...but forgettable. Liked but didn't love this one.

Not flattering for pear shaped. I tried to put a utility vest over it to give shape but didn't like it. It's long though.

This is a great basic dress that you can wear anywhere. The XS fits more like a Small. It is floor-length on me at 5'4". Loose fitting and comfortable, nice fabric and not see-through. The buttons on the chest gape if you're busty, but I prefer to wear a tank under it and leave the top 3 buttons open, so it works for me. I chose to buy it because it's so easy to wear and I know I'll get a lot of use out of it.

Love the detail on the sleeves, love the slots, love the length. Goes great with rose gold accessories! Thinking about buying this. Wish it had pockets, though.

It's hard to find a casual maxi dress that is a true maxi and not a mid or lower calf length, and I say that as a 5' 3" woman so that tells you how hard they are to find. I am often right in between petite and regular sizing, so I wear both. This dress, with 3" heeled boots on, still puddled around my ankles on the floor. I suspect someone of my height could wear it with taller heels, but the whole reason I was getting this dress is for a casual look, so I sent it back unworn. I may rent it again in petite sizing some day, but the description says under 5'2" should wear petite, and really, unless you want to wear this with 5" heels, that estimation is incorrect. I would say 5' 4" or under should wear petite, depending on footwear.

Seemed a bit large but the belt made it look alright. It was a tad on the large side. It's a true army green, although some monitors almost make it look like a yellowish brownish color. Many complements. The slits at the sides come apart when you sit so be careful sitting at work. Will rent again or buy.

The fit was great for my 5'8" height. I wore with flats and it was not too long. The belt helped to nip it in at my waist to give it a little shape. All in all, i liked it much more than i expected to like a "basic" olive green maxi. Would rent again.

True to size - if you are not tall, it will be long so wear with high heals

I wore this dress twice during my rental period because I loved it so much! I am 6ft tall and it hit me right at the ankle bone. It was super easy to wear, very flattering and received many complements! The material is a mid weight -- not too heavy not too light. There are two slits up each side of the dress, something to be aware of when sitting, but nothing that made me feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend this dress!

The fit on my body was spot on, but I'm 5'3" and even with some 2" booties the dress would have dragged. So instead I knotted up the front and back. Still looked really clean and with the knots modern.

Felt great on. It is a little long but I didn't have a problem with it -- I added a belt that helped hold the length a little. Careful when sitting with all of the slits!

I loved this dress! It is so flattering and forgiving of "lumps and bumps" through your midsection and rear. I received many compliments on it throughout the day at work - and from random strangers while running errands after work. The fabric is high quality and looks and feels much better in person than in the photos. Most of all - it is super comfortable. I wore it for 13 hours and felt great!
