Last minute BFF date with my girls last night! Wore this sweater "dress" for some wine and cheese date. I wore it with tights and knee high boots. I'm only 5'3 and a half and this hit me mid-thigh. It definitely runs short!

I'm 5'3" so at the tall end of the petite range, and this is definitely short on me - I think for anyone taller than me, size up considerably (and risk it being baggy rather than fitted) or else it will look more like a tunic than a dress unfortunately. I don't mind short, and thought this was super cute with over the knee boots, tights, and a coat. Only con is the material does get itchy after a bit if you have sensitive skin!

Comfy heavyweight sweater dress. Material is not the highest quality (synthetic blend, a little bit itchy and weird smell) but still looks nice.

I don't know how this fits like a dress because it was way too short. I wore it with pants and it worked well as a jeans/sweater combo.

Tight fitting, hugs the body, very short on legs (I'm 5'4), recommend wearing with leggings or tights. Overall material is comfortable, design looks good and cowl neck adds a nice touch to the sweater dress.

I rented this for Christmas Eve mass and dinner. As other reviews mentioned, it does run short (and I am short!) I rented both the S and XS, and ended up wearing the XS. The Small gave me a little more length, but the XS was overall more flattering. I just had to be conscious of making sure the dress didn't ride up too much when walking, or lifting my arms. It was very warm and comfortable, and I received a lot of compliments! Definitely a good option for the holidays as long as you're petite!

Cute dress but super short. I started to wear this without leggings and realized I would be oversharing. 😆 But other than the length, this was very comfortable and warm. Great fall color.

This sweater dress is nearly just a sweater. I barely pulled this off and I'm pretty short - beware tall girls! Besides length, the sweater is warm and fairly soft. It is thick so not that formfitting. (I'm curious if someone just washed this wrong in the past... the sleeves were awkwardly short too)

Tad bit short for my taste so definitely wore tights with it but it was comfy with a lot of forgiveness.

Loved this dress. Hugged in right areas, not itchy. Teeny bit short so I wore booty shorts underneath but killer look with high boots. Will definitely rent again.

Amazing everyday dress! I was nervous after reading the reviews that said it’s too short … but I rolled the dice and got it anyway, and I’m happy that I did!! It fits PERFECTLY in length for my 5’1.75” height and frame. Considering buying this.

I read the other reviews on this so knew it was short when I ordered it. I wore it like a tunic over jeans and it was very cute and comfortable. As a dress it would have barely covered by behind. Great as a tunic sweater though!

It looks great with leggings and boots. I went with thicker leggings because the sweater is a little short as a dress and a bit long for over jeans.

I’m 5’0” and had to wear this with leggings. It barely covered my bottom. My thought had been to wear it with tights to work and bare legs with boots for dinner, but this dress didn’t even make it to mid thigh.

I saw the reviews that the hemline was too short, and I thought it would work with leggings, but even the sleeves were to short, settled 2 inches above my wrists. I am a small/medium and need at least a large in this

It was nice but I had a difficult time choosing between the S and M. The M was too big overall & made me look frumpy. The S fit OK but was not real flattering on me. I ended up wearing the S but needed shapewear to smooth out my curves. Also the turtleneck was laying weird.

This dress fit fine through the body, but due to it’s incredibly short length, I would not call it a sweater dress. There is no way that I could have worn it as the model did. Maybe over leggings, but the arms were a weird, short length, as well.

Rented for my daughter. We expected it to be short based on reviews but this was silly. It should be rewritten as a tunic sweater. My daughter is only 5'2" and the small barely covered her behind. She wore it as a cozy sweater with leggings, but a dress it is not.

Way way too short to be a dress. Maybe if you're 5 feet or under. I'm 5'5" and a predictable size 6, and the medium was super tight and barely covered my butt. I got this to wear to work/around and even with tights felt too uncomfortable in this. Maybe with leggings or jeggings, but certainly not with basic tights or on its own. I didn't end up wearing this at all because it was so tight and short.

I am a true medium and this was short one he sleeves, right under the arm and overall very unflattering. Also if you have hips it is way too short to wear as a dress

This is a straight sweater dress with a nice cable pattern detailing down the front. It is short, I paired with leggings, it would have been a mini dress on me (I am 5'1"). Nice, casual sweater dress for winter.

I really liked the material- it was very thick and warm. Nice dark green color. Very comfortable, but it was pretty short. I wouldn't have been able to wear it without leggings.

I think you would have to be 5 feet tall to wear this as a dress.

Too short, couldn't wear. More of a tunic length.
