This dress was different, yet I really liked it. I got lots of comments all night! It was large in the chest area so I used body tape to make sure it did not gap. Overall it was a very fun and comfortable dress!

This dress was sexy and fun! It fit perfectly and was the perfect length. I absolutely loved this dress for the color and the flowy feel to it. The cinched waist made the dress very flattering and I would recommend this dress for so many occasions!

I wore this for a humid July wedding, and it was just perfect. The material didn't crease when sitting, and the loose fit was perfect for the weather. The movement of the dress was great for dancing, and looked great in pictures.

The frills on the model's photo make it look kind of strange whereas I loved the dress in person. The color is also a lot brighter, which was another plus.

I wore this dress for a circus themed benefit party...it was fun and flirty. I got so many compliments about being the lad in red! I was able to wear a regular strapless bra with this dress, but I do recommend the use of some strategically placed dress tape.

I got this dress as my $25 back-up dress. I'm very glad I ended up wearing this fun dress!! The theme of the wedding I attended was Hippie Fiesta (interesting choice), and I ended up fitting right in to the theme. I could easily dance in this dress. I did not feel uncomfortable or worry about sucking in all evening, and received many compliments on how "fun" the dress looked! I loved the amount of movement in this dress. I paired it with snakeskin heels and some simple gold drop earrings and did a ten-minute updo similar to one I saw on Pinterest which was perfect for the dress! I did have to use fashion tape in strategic areas (chest, leg), but that was not a big deal at all. To that note, it is quite short in front and can be dangerous (flashy) while dancing, so I had taped the bottom layer to the front of my thigh and taped down the chest part for good measure.

I want this dress so bad! I'm for sure going to rent again!

This was a great dress! I'm short and was concerned about the length initially but it falls really well and with heels it didn't look too long at all. In the photo I'm wearing wedges because the wedding was on a cliff. For the reception, I changed into bronze colored Gucci heels and they worked perfectly.

This dress is beautiful and extremely comfortable; the silk material feels like you're wearing nothing. The color was even more vibrant in person and really stood out - so much so that strangers came up to me just to compliment the dress. Fashion tape is definitely a must, though, to keep the crowd from seeing down to your navel when you bend over. Also, make sure you have a backless bra (I used RTR's Nubra) because you won't be able to wear a regular strapless with this dress.

I rented this for a friend's wedding in Maui. It was breezy and a beautiful bright orangy-red. I loved wearing it and would rent it again.

I wore this dress to a Mexican themed engagement party and absolutely loved it! I had to safety pin the top of the dress because it is very flowy on top, but it's a very flattering dress!

This dress is spectacular. The color is a true red (brighter than RTR pic depicts). It fit well but had room to grow...ie if choosing between two sizes, pick the smaller of the two. Stick on boobs are a must, as I tried a strapless and found that it showed, too sheer to go without. Fashion tape would have been helpful too, as it's a bit breezy. Overall, it was very comfortable - a statement dress for sure!

I rented this dress for a summer wedding when I couldnt seem to find any other dress at the time. I am SOOO glad I did. It was so beautiful and I received compliment after compliment! The back dips a bit low so plan accordingly with that (I had to wear petals). I would say the color is more red than orange. This dress was fabulous and I would rent it again & again!

Although the Medium was probably a better fit in the bust and skirt, I am tall so the Medium seemed a tad too short. I went with the Large and a padded strapless bra. Super comfy. Beautiful. Flowy on the dance floor.

I rented this dress for a Christmas formal, and the color was amazing - so bright and perfect for the Holidays! There was a lot of fabric, so it was a little larger than I expected, but I would rent this dress again without hesitation! It's very fun and unique!

I absolutely loved this dress. It really stood out and was gorgeous - perfect for the East Coast wedding I attended. I have a small rib cage and bust and this was really flattering and showed off my arms! I had so much fun in this dress and my boyfriend loved it too. You will not be disappointed in this dress!

This dress arrived on the date I expected, in both sizes small and medium. I am smaller on top, so I chose this dress because of the halter on top, and flowy bottom. I realized that there were no belts included for the tie waist, contacted Rent the Runway, and they sent two replacements overnight - the customer service here was fantastic!!! I received the belts the next day which completed the look. You CANNOT wear a strapless bra with this dress because of the low back, so be prepared to either order the NuBra or have something else on hand (I had something else here). The fit otherwise was perfect - adjustable top, able to cinch the waist a little more, and a nice flowy skirt. I am 5'4" and the length was perfect! I had so many compliments on the dress on the night we went out for my birthday!!! I would definitely rent this dress again.

I rented this dress for a friend's after wedding celebration at a bar/lounge type place. It was a fun dress, definitely not my usual style, but still awesome. I was able to wear strapless bra with it and just tied the halter high and wore the bra low. I am between a 6/8 and order a S and M. The S fit, but I went with the M based on where the waist fell. I am pear shape and all the layers at the bottom on the small draped funny and made my hips look bigger. My only gripe that BOTH dresses were arrived without the belt so I had to add in my own belt (I work a skinny black patent leather belt). It would have been fine without it, but something to pull it in at the waist made it much more flattering. I didn't use fashion tape since I was able to wear a strapless bra, but I would recommend it at the bust.

I rented this dress for a night out on the town in Las Vegas and I couldn't have been more happy with the dress! It fit wonderfully and was incredibly flattering. The halter top allows you to adjust where the dress falls (length & cleavage). The material was super soft, flowy and all around comfortable. I received tons of compliments. My only complaint is that the two sizes that were sent didn't include the belt/sash, so I had the belt loops hanging out all night. Other than that, the dress was perfect!

This dress is phenomenal and I wish I owned it! Got so many compliments and felt gorgeous all night. Great for so many body types -- the tie top alllows you to adjust how low the dress sits in front and in back. The fabric is so soft and the draping is gorgeous.

I had my eye on this dress for months--the salsa style is so feminine and pretty--and I finally tried RTR for the first time and wore this dress to a good friend's wedding last weekend. I usually wear black, creme and light colors, but with my blonde hair I realized the red of this dress really complimented my skin tone! I have a curvy, athletic shape and this dress was true to size; the length was also perfect and the longer length in the back gave this dress a unique look as well. I wore it with my nude Christian Louboutin heels and a 70s style bag. I few people stopped me at the wedding to tell me how much they loved this dress too--I felt amazing the entire night! The only downside was having to return it. I do plan on buying this dress however when it goes on sale :) Renting this dress was a great decision.

I wore this for a Havana Nights themed benefit and it was perfect! It was also great for dancing. I received so many compliments and the accessories I rented were amazing as well. I rented the Kate Spade navy clutch that looked like a steamship - so many compliments on that, too.

I ordered this dress for a friend's wedding that was cocktail attire and it was perfect. The red is REALLY RED and is a beautiful color that stands out from the crowd. It fit very well and was great to dance in. I had to use a little fashion tape to hold the top closed, but it was a quick fix. This dress is really fun and flirty, while classy at the same time. I got many compliments. I would absolutely recommend this dress!

It was a great dress. The adjustable halter made it fit perfectly. I am a size 4, 5ft 9.5 inches and wore a small. The medium fit too, but the small was shorter and cuter on! The bottom is a bit full...so some of the pictures I noticed made me look like I had quite a behind....but I guess that is not a bad thing! The color was so pretty and bright, tons of complements!

This dress is an easy fit, I imagine it flattering all body types. My only con is that the belt was a deeper red than the dress, probably due to dry-cleaning. I got plenty of compliments and felt very sassy in this little red number.

The dress was true to size. It was a little longer than I expected, but not in a bad way. One irritating thing was that after a night of dancing, the straps really dig into your skin-- but it was a very fun dress to wear!

I loved the color and movement of this dress and the cut was very flattering. The only reason I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars is that I felt like it was better suited for a taller person (I am only 5'2). In order to have it fit properly, I had to tie the halter at the neck much more closely than I would have liked, so the neckline did not sit as low as I prefer. It still looked great, but I think it would have been sexier on a taller woman, since more leg would show and the neckline would be lower.

I was able to get away with a strapless bra. I would suggest going a size smaller with your 2nd option. Loved the fabric.

I rented this dress to wear for my rehearsal dinner. I loved the way it fit! It was so comfortable. The color was a lot redder than I thought it would be - I was picturing it being more red/orange, but maybe that is due to the colors on my monitor. The sash it came with did not appear to be the same fabric/color as the dress but it was not very noticeable. The back of the dress tended to sag just a bit and showed my bra, so make sure to use some toupee tape to hold the dress in place if you wear a bra with it. I also got the size small as a backup and it was very wrinkly, so I'm glad I could wear the XS. This was my first rental and I love that the rentals come with a complimentary garment bag!

I ordered this dress as an option for my senior homecoming. I ended up wearing another dress, but wore this one out to dinner with friends. It was fun to wear, but the back was super low and impossible to wear a bra. I won't recommend for anyone with a larger chest.

Loved the dress online, looks so pretty, flowey, sexy and was easy enough to order. During check out it asked if I wanted a second outfit for $25 so I ordered a jumper for fun however this replaced my free second size dress. I ordered this in an XS and S but the S went away after I got the jumper. It all ended working out because even the XS was too big! The dress hung on my like a hungry baby, did not define my tiny curves and was so light that any small gust of wind and your dairy aire was on display! Only wear this dress indoors! I have long legs and it covered everything well otherwise, def need fashion tape and chicken cutlet bra. This dress is very red, i should have faked tanned before wearing it. Wouldn't rent this one again.

I had read the reviews but was surprised by a few things when I received this dress.... (1) It is short in the front! I figured the model was tall (and I'm only 5'2") so it would fall just below my knees but it definitely did not, especially when you walk since it's basically a wrap dress on the bottom; (2) that wrap dress effect makes dancing very dangerous! for a dress that's supposed to be great for salsa, I couldn't spin or really get moving on the dance floor without feeling very exposed! my boyfriend is a great dancer and loves to do all sorts of fancy flips and "death drops", but in this dress we were really limited - on the first flip, the entire bottom of the dress opened up and my tush was exposed to the entire dance floor when I landed! I tried using fashion tape but it didn't help. (3) I don't know if it was the very bright color or the length - it's the mullet of dresses: short in front and longer in back than I anticipated - or all of the ruffles, but I felt like the dress was not quite as classy as I'd hoped, bordering on trashy. Again, it was a fun dress and I received compliments on it but I didn't feel great in it and was glad to return it.....

I rented this dress for a summer city wedding and it was perfect! Very comfortable, fit true to size, and the color is vibrant. I would recommend wearing tape at the chest area if you are going to be outside. I felt so romantic and feminine in the dress, especially when the wind would blow, however I felt somewhat self conscious in the chest area-- so tape is a must :) I would rent this dress again in a heartbeat- I'd love to try out the green!

I wore this dress to my Senior Prom and I LOVED it! I felt sexy and playful in the dress, and it was so much fun to dance in. I did have to tape the front together, and to my chest, and I didn't wear a bra, but I didn't mind that. I love the color and the hemline. If I ever get the chance to buy this dress, I'm going to jump on it!

I wore this to a little red dress party. Great fit! I have a shorter torso so the adjustable straps were great for making the dress look perfect! It was frilly, girly, and super comfortable! You may want to get some tape for the crossover part of the dress in the front, especially if you have a larger chest.
