Really fun and interesting wrap dress! It has an interesting peacock feather design on it, but the color palette is still pretty neutral and can go with a lot of different accessories! The dress has great movement and is super flattering - but I did feel that it ran pretty big. It is a wrap dress, and I was able to wrap it around myself almost twice (!!) to get the right fit. Length was OK, but I wore it with 4" heels to make sure it wasn't skimming the floor.

This dress was great for my peacock halloween costume this year! Overall, the dress wasn't too long, but the top was very large. I had to wear a bandeau underneath to cover up. Besides that, this dress is great! Loved wearing it!

This dress drew so much attention - I wore it for a date with my husband and then the next day for the garden-themed bridal shower. Like someone earlier noticed, many people asked me if that's J.Lo's famous Versace dress! I think the pattern, the vibrant color the cut gives you the "exotic" appearance. The only minus (but I wouldn't take the star off because of this) is that the dress "opens" - it was loosely even if I closed it the tightest I could...The low-neck cut was very sexy. I had the smallest size and it was still too big around my waist while the length was perfect. My leg was constantly exposed when I walked :) I didn't use the belt btw. Overall - worth renting.

This dress is a stunner but it does run big, especially the top part. I normally wear an 8 and I was able to fit in both the small and medium. I am quite chesty (34DD) and I think this dress is perfect for anyone top heavy ;-) Tons of compliments throughout my black tie event! Will definitely use RTR again, could not believe how easy it was from start to finish!

Great print and fabric. Wore this dress to an outdoor wedding and it was perfect! Received many compliments on the gown. Bust slightly large for an extra small but lends itself to be pinned or for double sided tape. Very comfortable to wear.

This dress exceeded every hope. The colors in the RTR content management system photos don't do it justice! Like many reviewers before me, I had so many people stop me to ask me about the dress - it wasn't "my" day, since I rented this for a wedding - but it really turned out to be a great day for me as well. I paired it with a concho belt, knee-high western-ish boots, a small but very cute cowboy hat (since it was raining, and an outdoor wedding), and an olive green, leather multi-strand stacked bracelet. Stunning dress!

Had to rent Large - all that was available, but with a lot of pins and tape, worked out fabulously. A medium would probably have been perfect. I am pretty sure "Rent the Runway" gained a few new customers following this wedding.... lots of compliments. Can hardly wait for the next event !!

I usually wear size 4 or 6 and am 5'4" - I wore size SR and didn't even try on the MR. DEFINITELY recommend going a size down - wish I'd ordered SR and XSR and probably worn the latter. This dress was so flowy and the perfect weight material for summer and outdoor events. The belt was the perfect finishing touch. I also DEFINITELY recommend having some fabric tape on hand - I have a small bust and taped the top of the dress to me and also had a couple of pins in place to secure the top to avoid a "wardrobe malfunction." I think the hook that held the top layer (it wraps with a button as first enclosure inside) was broken, so I definitely need a small pin. I wore wedges, and it was the perfect heel height for this dress. I recommend it for themed events (I wore for our zoo's fundraiser) or nighttime parties during summer...I really loved wearing this dress!

Beautiful Flow..especially in the breeze and as I danced and performed across the stage. It accented the sway of my hips. The color were perfect for a Jazz Event and easy to match up with the accessories i had to buy which included the belt and shoes. Although, I thought the belt pictured was included with the dress (it wasn't) ,I still made the outfit work for the occasion. I received many compliments. I felt like this dress fit true to size. I usally wear size 2 in dresses. It was so light weight and flowy. I would rent it again. The fabric over the chest can slide around so I used garment tape and it was good to go all night. Great dress that can be dressed up or down. I actually wore it to a Catholice Gala earlier in the evening and finished off at the Margarita Ball. Great night!

This dress is beautiful and eye catching. If you wear it, you will undoubtedly be the center of attention because no one else will have a dress quite like it. The fabric is very flowy and looks great when you walk. The dress can easily be dressed up for night with the belt that comes with it or dressed down with a more casual belt and wedges (how I wore it). It does run large, particularly in the bust area, but I simply tied an extra knot behind my neck and the problem was solved. If you rent, be sure to have some fashion tape or safety pins on hand to make adjustments. I didn't end up getting to wear this dress out (my event was cancelled), but I did take some pictures so other renters could see it on someone that doesn't look like your average supermodel. Hopefully I will get the opportunity to rent this again and actually wear it out!

Honestly, I love this dress. I had strangers coming up to me all night complimenting the dress, including the wedding planner who said her and her coworker had been jealous of it from the moment they saw it. It is very much a peacock pattern, but it isn’t as overwhelming as I thought it would be from the picture. It flows beautifully as you walk, which was my favorite part of it. In terms of fit, I typically wear a size 6 and am fairly small chested. I ordered a medium but found that it was too big in top and ended up needing to clip in the halter. It also took a few minutes to figure out how to put it on. It’s essentially a wrap dress that closes with a hidden button on one side and a hook and eye that are very well concealed in the pattern. I would definitely rent this again. The wedding I went to was pretty fancy and I found that this fit in perfectly. p.s. Rent the Runway, thank you for making the renting experience so awesome. When my original dress got lost in shipping, you guys really stepped it up in a way you don’t typically see with companies. You guys are the best!

Wore this dress on a girls trip to Napa. It was incredibly comfortable and garnered constant compliments. So many women asked me where I found it! As others have noted it does run large. I wore a small and had to use fashion tape on the bust but other than that it was perfect. Light and breezy. Sad to send it back! Highly recommended!!!

This dress has an easy fit but was a little large on me in the bust. With a little Hollywood fashion tape, this was an easy fix! I can't wait to wear this dress again!

Pros: very comfortable and easy to wear. length is good, has a nice slit if you wear it outside it's very sexy. The top part is a bit loose but a booby pin does a easy trick. Cons: The top part is very loose, but is easily fixed by a bobby pin, I just stick the pin from top down and clip the two pieces together. Overall it's a gorgeous dress and got a lot of complements!

Loved the print, loved the flow, but I really really really was irritated by the belt that came with it. visually, it is perfect. technically, it didn't stay put and kept sliding which, when on a shoot in 20 degree weather, every second in the cold counts, and have to spend a few minutes between every few takes to adjust the belt was really frustrating. Event with the pins they gave. That said, got a TON of compliments on the dress and rightfully so.

This dress has really, really odd proportions. The bust is HUGE and the waist is fairly elastic, so you may even want two sizes down than your usual. Need some clever pinning and fashion tape to make it work, but once it did, I fell in love with the draping and how it looked on me. Prettiest (and laziest) Halloween costume ever.

Beautiful, but a little big in the bust (which I never say, being a 32G and now 13 weeks pregnant). Very comfortable and I got a ton of compliments. I used fashion tape to close some of the deep neckline, otherwise my bra would have been showing.

Pro: Its beautiful... I felt like an Aztec Princess. Con: Runs a bit large, if your not into cleavage this dress is not for you. I had to use a safety pin to make it "wedding appropriate".

Dress was a little big...I had to safety pin the halter neck higher so front and back would fit right. It didn't come with the belt pictured, but I had a belt that worked well with it. (it definitely needs a belt) Once I got everything situated, this dress was AMAZING!! Beautiful print, beautiful fabric, gorgeous drape (good cleavage). I wish I could buy this...already have it rented for another event. Got LOTS of compliments all night on the dress and all of the gold accessories I rented to go with....felt like a million bucks!

This dress flows beautifully when walking, dancing etc. I suggest wearing a very high heel if petite.

it is truly a beautiful lightweight dress! It is also good in evening date, but I more recommend wearing it on during the day; the color gets more 'shine'!

This was a great dress and really fun to wear. It was perfect for the outdoor gala that I was attending. I ordered a regular small and just in case a regular medium. The small fit perfectly. The back elastic was a little loose so I used the ties in the back to adjust the fit. It went all the way to the floor and had a bit of a train, even with 5 inch heels, but I am short so I was not surprised. The color, fabric and print were gorgeous and the dress flowed beautifully when I walked. I received a ton of compliments all night long from both men and women. I would rent this dress again and again!

First of all, size reviews were a little confusing. There is a "missy" fit and a "junior" fit. Based on the reviews I ordered wrong but was able to squeeze in to a small. I would have been more comfortable in the medium. I typically wear a junior large or a missy medium due to my chest size. With that said, I really LOVED this dress and would own it if it weren't so recognizable. But that's why I love this site!! I dressed it down by wearing a woven brown leather belt with a turquoise buckle, and a saddle colored strappy platform sandal. Looked amazing and was shocked at the number of compliments! Would definitely rent this again if not around the same group of people. Also, gold long layered necklace and goldw/ turquoise drop hoops. Too cute!!

Very beautiful pattern. Wore to Christmas Party. Could of worn small except it I did not fit properly on my bust. If I was a "C" cup or smaller a size down would of worked perfect. No matter what you will need fashion tape to secure the dress on top. But great dress! Got lots of compliments from strangers! In additon; I again rented this dress for a maternity pic at almost 8 months pregant. It was a beautiful dress for pictures! I just didn't use a belt.

This dress is gorgeous. I loved it, looked great and received so many compliments wearing it. It definitely requires a good strapless or halter bra and some fashion tape though, but other than that it is perfect.

Got many positive comments, but I called RTR and was told it came with a belt. It did not. I was shopping for a belt one hour prior to the wedding....ugh

This was an additional option for me & I wound up not wearing it, but it is absolutely gorgeous. Even though the cut and material lean towards casual, the craftsmanship of the way the dress is layered and made screams haute & expensive. My only issue is that the haltered top was waaaaaay too big and I have big boobs! I would have had to take extra measures to belt it, as well as wear something under in the bust area to be sure of no wardrobe malfunctions. I will probably order this again and wear it to an actual event, just with lots of tape!

Beautiful dress but you need to have a long torso. For me there was way too much material in the bodice & a big gap at the cleavage that no amount of double sided tape was going to be able to fix. Really a shame b/c it is a lovely dress for the right body type.

Not particularly flattering, but passable. Was much more low-cut than the pictures demonstrate and it does hang away from the body if you aren't perfectly still so fashion tape is a MUST!

need a pin to hold top closed, but didn't need tape and didn't wear bra. This dress is VERY long. I am 5'9" and it grazed the floor in flat sandals. Very unique dress and you'll get lots of attention.

I chose this dress because it seemed different from what I would normally wear. It was very bohemian but was a suitable choice for a Northern California birthday party held at a winery. Now for the fit. All I can say is have plenty of safety pins, tape, needle and thread and the proper bra for this dress. I'm small busted and very hippy. The x-small was perfect except for the bosom. I was able to grab two handfuls of fabric in the chest. But with a little pinning and taping I was able to get a sexy, but tasteful plunge.

I was so excited about this dress but no amount of pins could make it work for me. Such an odd cut. I am a 32D and unless you a wearing a bandeau over your strapless bra, have a roll of fashion tape and pin the dress in five different places, you CANNOT wear this dress and dance the night away in it. This dress would work if you are an A/B cup maybe and can go braless. Definitely order one size down if you are going to risk trying it. The extra small was still floor grazing and had a really loose fit on top. I had a backup dress as well but it was too casual. I had to a wear a black dress I owned and RtR is comping the rental minus shipping.

The dress looked so beautiful on the hanger, but it did not look right when I put it on. The top part of the dress was ridiculously large--beyond what fashion tape could fix. The belt that arrived with the dress was broken (a tie had ripped off), and it seemed small. I did not wear the dress.

Too Big and no Small available. Staff was great to work with and shipped me two alternate dresses to my hotel!

While the fabric is beautiful, this dress was a mess on me. The bodice gaped open so my chest was completely exposed to the waist. It fit the same in both the SR and MR, and all the fashion tape in the world couldn't fix it. There was simply too much fabric in the top, which seemed made for someone with a much, much longer torso. I had to return it immediately, unused.

Way too much fabric!! I'm petite and even with 5" high heels the XS dress was still dragging on me. Certainly good for a longer torso and a much taller person.
