Absolutely loved this dress! Rented it for a fancy date out on the town with my hubby. He was rendered speechless wen he saw me and later said I looked "drop dead sexy" in it. I usually wear an 8 and this fit perfectly, but I think the M was suppose to be 8-10 and I don't think someone who wears a 10 would be comfortable. It is pretty short (mush shorter than I usually wear) but I didn't have any problems with it showing more than I wanted. It was very comfortable and hung great! The color pops, very cherry red. I would definitely wear it again!

I got two sizes--med and small. medium was definitely too big, and Im not a small girl. So with the small I went. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! Compliments galore..

It was a bit shorter in the leg than I was expecting, but the fit was tight enough that it didn't ride up much. The fabric was nice and stretchy so it wasn't confining either. My only problem was that the armpits were cut too low to allow a strapless bra, but the dress held me in enough that it wasn't a huge problem.

Cute dress. Was shorter on me than the picture but not too short. The fabric requires a slip, despite the built-in slip. Can be worn with a lower fitting strapless bra. The cold-shoulder side fit is loose and awkward under the arm-would be better on larger bust, maybe has become stretched with use. Skirt hem seems to be coming loose and needed a bit of fashion tape to keep it in place. Would still rent this dress again, possibly a smaller size. The red definitely stands out in the crowd!

The dress was pretty, but it did run a bit large. I ordered the medium, but it was too big, so I went with the small instead. It fit well, but there was a hole in one of the side seams that I had to try and fix with fashion tape to hold it closed. It was a hassle throughout the night. The dress was also shorter than I had expected, but nonetheless it was a great dress. My boyfriend told me I looked stunning in it, so that was worth the hassle!

I rented this for a cocktail party but it ran a bit big so I'd recommend going a size down. I also had a bit of trouble finding the right bra so could be smart to purchase a Nu Bra.

Awesome dress for someone with a larger bust. I am a 36DD size 10 dress, and the medium fit me perfectly. The fabric has a fair amount of stretch, so the dress is quite forgiving. The draping is super flattering, and makes your waist look tiny. It was definitely shorter on me than it appeared on the model, but not too short to wear. This dress was also quite comfortable to wear - I wore it for nearly 12 hours and was totally fine. And I got lots of compliments about how red hot I looked!

Nice dress, pretty simple. The chest was a little large on me, so fuller busts would do well with this dress. I wore this for the Grammy's, and it was perfect because the length was modest, the color stood out, and I was comfortable all day/night.

nice but short

I wore this dress for my 26th birthday dinner. I got it in a size M and S (I'm a 4/6), and the M fit perfectly. I didn't wear a bra and fortunately the girls didn't show (I did use double-sided tape to make sure everything stayed in place -- RTR included it, with a sample of Kate Spade's Twirl perfume, in the little gift bag). I paired the dress with a pair of nude, open toe Sam Edelman Lorissas (with the spikes -- need to make this fun!) and wore a massive silver cuff and long chain earrings. The dress is absolutely gorgeous. It definitely makes a statement.

Received numerous complements about the dress- I am normally a size 4 and fit perfectly into the small. It was a black tie optional event and this dress was perfect. Would definitely advise people to rent this dress- awesome!

LOVED this dress! I was a little nervous about the color because I am blonde, fair skin, so if the red is more on the orange side, it would not have worked. It's more a cherry red, drapes beautifully and was extremely sexy and comfy.

This dress was gorgeous! I got tons of compliments on it all night and I felt so beautiful and curvy in it. I will say that it was shorter than expected but not too short so it worked great. I rented the large and normally I wear a size 12-14 and it fit very comfortable not tight at all. I rented the S and M and ended up wearing the M. I was a bit worried it was too short, but was reassured by a few people that it was totally fine. I loved how comfy it was, and it ended up not being too short after all. The S was totally out of the question. It would have just been too tight. Loved the color though, and my strapless bra didn't show at all.

Dress is very curve hugging but also flatters. I have a bigger chest and broader shoulders with a flat butt and tiny legs. I think with my added spanx...the dress was fabulous! Loved this dress!

I thought this dress was a great cocktail dress. It was definitely a little shorter than it looks in the picture, but not too short to be inappropriate. Was, comfortable, and fit well otherwise.

I ordered this as a back-up dress, and did not wear it out. I noticed from previous reviews that the dress runs kind of large so I ordered a small. The dress fit me snugly, there was VPL, and the skirt came up to my mid thigh! It did not fit the "elegant" theme I was going for, it's more a "siren" theme. So I wore the other dress. By the way, I rented this because I was intrigued by the sash thingy. Rent this dress if you wanna show off your figure and wow the room!

I rented this dress for a city wedding and got great compliments on the color (which is def a deep red). The draping in the back adds a little something extra and is great with a long necklace. Very comfortable!

This is a super cute dress, but was a bit shorter than I had expected. On the model, it hit right about her knee, but it was closer to mid thigh on me (and I'm 5'6"). I'm 37 so the length didn't feel age appropriate for me (but I wore it anyway :-), but would look fabulous on younger girls. The color is an orange red, and it has a flattering fit. I love the draping on the back! Very pretty, and I got a ton of compliments all night long. I wore this dress to an end of summer outdoor party, and the red color really made me stand out. I just saw this dress at Neiman's for $465, so it is very current! Oh, and it arrived one day early which was a nice bonus. Thanks for another great rental experience!

Overall I really liked the dress. However with that being said I ran into a few issues. I ordered the medium and small as the back up size. The small fit great on top, but it was too tight over my hips. I ended up wearing the medium but the top was a little big and I felt like I was always checking to make sure the top wasn't falling down too much. The arm hole is also a little big which I did not realize until after the wedding I was attending when I was looking at picture and realized you could see the top of my bra. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to renting another dress again.

I rented this dress for a wedding, thinking that despite the bright red it might still be okay to wear. I tried it on and it was waaaaay too short to even consider wearing into a church! This dress would be a fun party dress but it is much shorter in person than it appears in the photo. I called RTR and they were fantastic, I was sent a different dress that I had been considering and I wore that to the wedding instead.

It's a beautiful dress, but I should have read the reviews and taken the "too short" hints - it's definitely shorter than the photo - sadly too short for me. However, if you have great legs - it's a really beautiful dress!

I liked it but it was so short I almost didn't wear it to the party. I felt that it was almost inappropriate and that if I sat down, there could be a problem. It would have been perfect if it was same length as on the model. The picture really should be adjusted because I'm 5' 7" and athletic, usually wear a small and this was way too short.

The color is fantastic, but the fit was a bit loose by the armpits and snug around the hips, so maybe not the best choice for someone who is pear-shaped.

This dress was very awkward. It runs really short. Not at all like the picture. I am only 5'4 and felt uncomfortable wearing it. I had an XS and Small sent. The XS was a tad to tight and the Small was to large, both were very short. I didn't wear either and sent them right back.

This is an awesome style. The drapey back and front are both flattering and sophisticated, while the single-shoulder is just edgy enough. Looks as good in person as the photo. Plus, who doesn't love to turn heads in a red dress? However, there are a few things that make it tricky to pull off. Unfortunately the stretchy jersey fabric does not bode well for longevity in the rental business. This dress would be a perfect fit if fairly new. But too much time on hangers or too many wears ended up stretching out the top. If you are fairly busty or own fashion tape this might not pose a problem, but beware if not, but have a plan B. (As a D-cup with a push-up bra, I still needed fashion tape to make the top fit.) Also the hem and the sleeve areas are both asymmetrical, though it is hard to tell in the picture. To pull off this dress with class, be sure to wear no bra or possibly something adhesive - a strap won't do on the right side where the arm hole is surprisingly deep. Also be prepared to have a short-short hem on the higher side when sitting. It is shorter than it looks in the picture. If you don't do mini-skirts, skip this one - regular Spanx will show. In the end I ended up not wearing this dress because it arrived with a spot, but I am glad I didn't have to fight with fashion tape and hiding the adhesive to my bra, and an uncomfortably short skirt (on one side). The dresses I received are ready for retirement. Hopefully RTR will put some new ones in rotation. This style is perfect for someone out there... just not me.

This dress is gorgeous on the model and on the hanger, but in the end I was glad that it was my backup option. It's clingy enough that you definitely can't wear underwear, and was so short on me that I was worried about a serious wardrobe malfunction if I were to wear it out dancing! I think this dress is best for ladies who are super slender or aren't very curvy.

This dress was true to size and form fitting to show off your figure. The fabric was interesting, not cotton but not that clingy fabric. While it looks great on the model, I wasn't loving it on me, nor did I think it was formal enough. More appropriate for a dinner party or night out with the girls - not a formal event.

I was so excited to rent this dress- however when it came and I put it on-it was a bit too short in the length. It was so short- the model was 5' 9'' that it was pictured on. I thought i would be safe since I am 5' 10'' ...I ended up not wearing it as It was a formal cocktail occasion for work. It was too short for a buisness function- but could have worked for a night out with friends.

I rented the XS and it was too big on top and very short on me (even though I am quite short). The proportions were not great. I got it as a backup dress and didn't end up wearing it.
