Great dress, fits true to size...substantial dress but not too heavy. Perfect length great dress!

I wore this dress to my friend’s flapper theme bachelorette party in Vegas. The dress worked really well with the theme but would be great for a night out as well. It’s hard to see but the black part of the dress is all beads and the gold is square sequins which look amazing in person. I highly recommend this dress for any body type.

After reading the reviews, I wasn't sure which size to go with- Thank god I was able to get both! I uausally wear a M but ended up going with the S becaue the M was a bit too loose and kept falling too far down because of the weight of the dress. The S was a snug fit but still so comfortable to wear all night! It is a gorgeous dress that can be styled so many ways! The sequins are bronze and navy, but look black or silver depending on the light, with black beading. I wore it to a Great Gatsby party on night one and then loved it so much that I restyled it as a skirt to wear to work a couple days later!

I rented this dress for my birthday...in December. When I finally decided to rent, they only had M left, so I couldn't request a L to be safe, since it seems that most renters felt that it fit well loosely. The dress was definitely heavy when I took it out but was a great fit on. It was low in the front and short in the back. I guess because I wore the M it didn't fit me loosely but the snugness on my hips made it sexy. I received many compliments and was really satisfied with the rental.

This dress was absolutely perfect for New Year's Eve! When I took it out of the box it felt very heavy due to the beading, but it was not heavy to wear. It did scoop down lower in the front than I anticipated, but it wasn't an issue.

I loved this dress! You just feel good in it. It's not form-fitting, it's meant to be a little loose...which is great for a party. You will be comfortable (and getting compliments) all night long. The dress is short, and the neckline is a little low...but you show just the *perfect* amount. This is one of the most perfect dresses I have ever worn... I wouldn't change anything about it!

I'm glad I was able to order 2 sizes because even though it was a straight size it ran a little smaller. I typically wear a size 6-7 (small) but in order for it to fit properly I had to wear the Medium. I matched it with simple black drop earring, statement ring, tights and I was ready for the night!

Slightly heavy, but just relative to dresses - it is still extremely easy to wear, and with a regular bra to boot. Best for girls on the taller and lankier side, as its not extremely form fitting.

The fit is loose and heavy, but it really shows how much detail went into the design of this dress. This dress is formal, but a really nice match for an event that you want to get attention from.

I rented this for my 30th birthday-Disco theme! It was such a fun dress. It had great movement & shine. Such a memorable night!

Although this dress was a bit loose fitting I loved it! It is VERY low in the front and it was hard to find the right bra to wear that wouldn't show. I ended up pinning the straps to the inside of the dress so that it wouldn't move too much. Make sure you wear a super duper push up bra if you don't have enough to fill the top. I'm usually a size 8 and the medium was still a bit loose but it was comfortable. Amazing dress I wore it for my 30th birthday!

I wore this for a big party in Manhattan, it was a great choice. Very pretty and looks great w/ tights.

Love this dress. I ordered this for NYE (late) so the only size available was an XS. I was able to wear it but I feel like this dress is not meant to be worn as fitted as it is to be worn a little loose. I received many compliments on this dress and would recommend to all who love to wear something a little different than the norm.

I loved this dress! It fell perfectly on me and the beading was beautiful! Very flattering on as well. I paired it with a black Elizabeth & James blazer to wear out for my birthday party in cold October in Boston.

Beautiful dress. The beading made it quite heavy! Very sparkly and I had lots of compliments. For you tall women - this one is short. I had to wear tights like the model has because otherwise it would have practically been showing my rear end, and the attached slip didn't match up perfectly with the actual dress. All in all though, very fun to wear and recommended!

Dress is a little tight on the bottom, so be aware if you have hips. Wore this dress to a party at the Opera--was a fun and fashionable find.

This dress is a million times prettier in person. This is by far one of the most beautiful dresses I've worn. It is not a fitted dress.

I am 5'6 135 and I ordered the small and medium. The 2 dresses I got varied significantly in fit and the small was actually slightly larger through the hips than the medium and the medium was several inches longer. I wore the small and loved it! Wore it to a wedding with tights and booties first and then made it a skirt by throwing on a black silk shirt that I tied at the waist for a high school reunion the same night and got tons of compliments at both! Was very happy with this dress!

This dress was fun! It was a little big on me, so I used some tape and pinned the side. I wore black tights and booties. I even got a compliment from a man I didn't know.

I loved wearing the dress. The weight of the beading makes the shapelessness of the design flattering. The black beading directed quite a bit of attention to my stomach, which is fine, but I imagine would be annoying should you be a little thicker through the middle.

This dress is gorgeous. Bead work is incredible. I typically take mediums and wear a size 8 and the medium fit great. I ordered a small as a back up and was way too tight.

I wore this dress for a night out in Vegas and it was a hit. I wouldnt say it is necessarily figure flattering though, because it is not a very fitted dress, and the scoop neck of the dress is probably lower than it is pictured on the site. I am usually a size 6 and the small ended up working great. All in all, it is a very fun and attention grabbing dress!

Very beautiful dress, but would be better for a night out or a new-years party vs. a wedding or similar event. Be prepared, this dress weighs a ton! Agreed that it does not define the waist well, but would look cute paired with a short leather jacket to define and add a rocker-esq look.

The dress was beautiful, and I loved the intricate sequin design. It did look as though some of the sequins inevitably fell off with excessive wear, but not noticeable from a distance. The dress is actually pretty heavy because of all the detailing. The fit was slightly snug (about what I expected / true to size) EXCEPT that it was unfortunately just too short for me (I am 5'10") - would have been a little too scandalous if I had to bend down for any reason during the night. I didn't end up wearing it for that reason.

I really liked the look of this dress online, but I'm pear shaped, and while I didn't see that in the list of shapes that this dress is good for, I decided to just go with it and hope for the best. The dress did fit, but it was a bit too big in the bust and quite tight on my hips and butt. If you are pear shaped, this might not be the best dress to go with, as it doesn't provide much waist definition. On the other hand, the beading on the dress is just beautiful (but also very heavy), and it gives off a bit of an 80's prom vibe (but in a good way). I ended up wearing it with black tights and a blazer and really liked the look overall. Overall, lovely dress, just possibly not the best for pear shaped girls.
