Absolutely perfect fit. Zipped on like a well fit (but comfortable) glove. Even though very fitted, it was extremely comfortable, and drop dead gorgeous. The draping was beautiful and added lovely shape.

I am 5 feet 5 inches, I wore 3 inch heels, the dress fit perfectly.

I loved it ! I ordered a medium regular and a small regular. The medium was TOO big. The small fit great minus that it was a bit tight around my bust. The plus was I didn't have to wear a bra but it was a bit hard to exhale.

Loved this dress! Wore it to a black tie event where tons of people came up to me complimenting it! I chatted online with a stylist before ordering and she was extremely helpful. I am a little over 5'5" and was wearing flat shoes, she recommended the small regular and it was perfect. I highly recommend this dress - the back is so unique and definitely an eye catcher!

This dress is a truly stunning piece. I was surprised to see how different this dress looked on me in comparison to the model. I personally believe that the dress flows in a really elegant way that you're not able to perceive in the model photos. I wore this to a military ball right after Christmas time, and it was perfect for the occasion and season. Every person I talked to complimented me on this dress! I will say the sizing is a little strange, as the XS was snug, but the S was way too big. However, the XS ended up working out perfect! I do recommend that you order two sizes (the second size being one size up) because of the nature of the sizing of this dress. The back of this dress is really what makes the dress absolutely beautiful. The silk material is beautiful, and the dress fell to the floor perfectly as I wore flat sandals with this dress. Even though I'm petite, this dress may have been a little too short with heels on.. just a warning for the taller girls out there! I would order a long just in case! This dress came to me in perfect condition. I highly recommend this dress as it seems like a dress that's overlooked on RTR!

I am 5'4 and wore 3 inch heels. They made me the perfect height. I recommend having somewhat of a tan because the color wouldn't go well with a pale complexion. I went to the tanning bed a couple times before the event and it worked out perfectly.

The dress fit was amazing. Received so many complements all night long. this was worn for my boyfriends New Years Eve Black Tie Affair.

This gown was gorgeous! I wore it to a gala and could not of been more happy with it. Very good quality and material. I felt it ran true to size and was designed to flatter. I am 5'8" and usually wear a 4 or 6. I order a small and medium long and the medium was a great fit. I will use rent the runway again for sure!

The only cons are the ANXIETY of having to wait two days before my event to try it on for the first time...I had no plan B, and the risk of it not looking how you think it will look. The pros are many: the customer service, the ease, the fantasy, the live chat with the stylists, the reviews and pics from other wiomen are a life saver, the fact that no one will have your dress on hehehe, the variety. It really was awesome. I will do it again! I am 5'7" and wore 5"heels and it was fine.

I wore the xsL and it was a perfect fit all the way. Although, before I tried it on, I really expected to wear the bigger size. The length was just right with my 5-inch metallic silver heels. My measurements are 34-24-35. I paired it with a Nicole Miller necklace. The back doesn't go as low as the picture suggests.

Oh that back of this dress is just wonderful. I fell in love, and got so many compliments. My only problem was that the chairs happened to be the same beautiful gold as this gown haha.. how rude.

This is such a gorgeous dress!!! However, I could not wear it because I couldn't zip it up to the breast area. I wear an 8, I have an hour glass figure (hippy and I wear a 36D).

I used this dress for a black-tie evening wedding. I ordered the SR and the MR since other reviews said that the dress runs small. I felt that the SR which correlates to size 4 fit perfectly. It was not too tight or too loose. I wore the dress with 2 inch black heels and the length was perfect in the front. I loved that back of the dress fell a little bit adding a small trail. I originally was going to wear a backless bra but when I tried the dress on I opted out on the bra and it was fine since the dress has a built-in type corset so I felt secure. I got awesome compliments all night on the color and look of the dress. I agree with another comment I read that the back of the dress is not as low in person as in the picture it is up to the mid-back but I didn't mind. I completely recommend this dress as I would definitely wear it again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I LOVED this dress!!!! I think it runs small, so order up. It looked great on. I wish I got more photos. I have a small top and it was flattering. I also loved that I could order a long.

There is a large seam running across the front that was disappointing but after sitting for about five mintues the natural wrinkles that form cover it up pretty well. The back is also higher up than the picture makes it seem. I was pleased with how it hung and recieved complements all night. I wouldn't suggest it if you are have very curvy hips though. And I am 5' 7" and wore 3-4 in. heels with a long and it was the perfect length.

This dress was actually my second choice. I was disappointed in the color which is more nude than the champagne in the picture. I agree with the other review that there is a seam on the front that is distracting. With that said the cut of the dress is beautiful and for another occasion, this dress would be awesome. The fit is slightly snug in the top so if you are broad shouldered or large busted, this would be an akward fit for you. On someone with a tall, very slim frame, this dress would be stunning.

Its a very well constructed dress. This is not a flimsy gown and has tons of seams and boning to make the fit truly special.

I ordered this dress as my primary dress and ended up wearing the back up I ordered. I would definitely recommend ordering a back up if you want to try this dress. The back is stunning and a fabulous fit, but the reason I didn't wear it was because the top fit funny. I am a 34C and 5'7" athletic and proportionate and I could barely zip up the side in the MR. The vertical line up to the shoulder did not lay straight and I have plenty of torso length. I recommend to a smaller busted person with a longer torso. As far as length, the front is shorter so your shoes show, and the back has a bit of a train. Be aware there is a strangely placed seam right in front, slightly hidden by other folds, but definitely noticeable. The fabric itself is quite luxurious- very pretty and soft. I really wish this would've fit, but it was oddly tight across the chest and did not lay well in the front.

I ordered a MR. Unfortunately the fit was not flattering and not the look I was hoping for. I would definitely use RTR again and order weeks in advanced for a major event like Inauguration weekend.

I wanted to like this, but I found either the fit was weird or I was just incapable of putting it on. I have a very small ribcage and for the life of me could not figure out how to get it zipped over my ribs. Not really sure what it would have looked like on.

Loved, loved, loved this dress. It was perfect for the black tie event I went to- not too formal but not too simple. Just gorgeous. Unfortunately the dress was really long for my 5'1" frame- even with 3 inch heels- so I had to carry it all night long (not at all ideal- but unfortunately my backup dress didn't work at all so this was my only choice). It was also a little tight across the chest so instead of a bra I had to wear pasties- but they worked just fine. That all being said, the dress is beautiful and because I spent most of the evening sitting, even though it was long, it worked out well. I just couldn't walk around balancing a clutch, a drink, and carry the dress all at the same time

I was a bit disappointed with this dress. There is a big seam across the front of the dress that the picture does not capture. The dress runs small and does not really move well. Didn't end up wearing it.

Cute dress but couldn't get it zipped past my upper back. Way too small in the chest and absolutely no give. Pretty but not for large chested women. Didn't wear.

I did not like this dress. The material looked very cheap. The XS was too small and the S was too big. It just didn't look elegant at all. Very disappointed.

If you get this dress, definetly order a back-up (I got the Badgley Mischka "ruched sweetheart gown" and loved it). The color is more tan/gold and quite honestly i did not love the fabric. It wrinkled easily and kind of looked cheap, ironic considering the price. The fit is tight, so i would recommend going up a size as your backup. The seam that goes in the front actually hit pretty nicely to create an hourglass figure and didn't seem out of place. I wouldn't reccomend ordering this dress, there is something about it that just doesn't create the "wow" factor i was hoping for.
