Stretchy and left room for movement..

This dress is flattering and comfortable. Has plenty of stretch to it, you could certainly size down but I do think the full effect of the design is better when it's not super tight.

I did the purple with the red and it was fabulous. Very nice ruching.

Didn't expect to feel so happy with this dress but it feels so great to wear, so comfortable and so elevated! Love the color and the perfection of the fit. Just rent it. I will definitely rent it again.

Loved this dress! The color is beautiful, more of a reddish purple than it appears on the stock photos, and I got a lot of compliments on it. It was comfortable and didn’t require any special bra. I wore it with tights and tall boots. The seams for the ruching felt a little weird but not enough to be uncomfortable. I wasn’t expecting the button up neckline but it wasn’t uncomfortable, either. I loved the fabric and the fit, and it was easy to move in. It had weight but was not heavy. The only minor issue I had was that the hems around the arm holes are not sewn down so I had to be sure they were tucked down after I put it on, but they didn’t come untucked throughout the night so I’m not going to subtract a star. A great dress for a winter event!

Wore this to my company holiday party (cocktail attire) and got so many compliments!! The color is gorgeous, it fit great, and was very comfy! I only wish there was a small slit, as it was hard to take long strides! It didn’t wrinkle at all - so easy to travel with. My only other minor complaint is that the zipper on the side is only partial so you have to unbutton the collar/neckline buttons to put it on over your head…and those little buttons were very tricky to refasten! I had to ask for help!

Enjoyed wearing this dress to an outdoor cocktail-attire party where I danced for hours. It is forgiving but fitting enough (I went with the smaller size I chose as backup) that I still wore shapewear underneath though. I wore a push-up bra underneath to fill in the chest area as well due to my small chest. The length worried me as a short person who can’t wear tall heels but it turned out fine wearing a small heel.

I wore this dress to a country club on New Year’s Eve. It is a beautiful maroon-purple color. It has a side zipper but is a thick, stretchy velvet with a bit of give. A lot of times I feel like RTR dresses run small, but I wore my usual dress size. The shoulder has a bunch of small buttons, but they were pretty easy for my date to get on/off. It would be hard to do on your own, I think. Overall, this dress felt and looked great.

I've never been complimented on a dress as many times as I was this one! Both sizes fit me really well, but I ended up going with the larger size due to the amount I would be eating/drinking throughout the day. Quality was amazing, the dress was so comfortable and stunning. Also, the crushed velvet & rouching on the dress were extremely flattering for my body type. Highly recommend for a fall/winter wedding or formal event!

A beautiful lux velvet. The color is stunning. It is a nice quality without being heavy. It holds shape well and the pattern is very forgiving. If you’re between sizes you can size down because it does have some stretch to it!

Gorgeous velvety dress with an undeniable fall vibe. The construction and material worked out wonderfully for a shapeshifting 28-weeks-pregnant woman. Perfect for a bridesmaid on rehearsal dinner night. It was easy enough to put on, but also easy to miss a button on the shoulder. One of the buttons even became loose. However, the button situation did not detract from the attractiveness of the dress. I got plenty of compliments & wanted to keep the dress longer for another occasion: it never happened, but I will definitely consider renting again.

7 months pregnant about 190 lbs and 5”6’. I didn’t wear this out, as it was a backup option to an occasion. It was very comfortable and fit over my bump nicely. I do have a hard time with certain RtR styles because I need to order bigger but my chest doesn’t fill the top the right way. That may contribute to why I thought the neck and arm cuts were a bit weird. Otherwise, liked the dress and the playfulness of material.

This dress was a very pretty fabric and color and was very comfortable. The asymmetrical ruching was a little odd in my opinion but wearing my hair down helped (it would help mask any tummy insecurities). I am a true hourglass so I had to do some creative safety-pinning on the waist to avoid a flour sack look. I probably could have sized down. This was an emergency dress after disliked my original item and it fit the bill! Length would work well on a lot of heights - more midi length on tall girls.

It's very hard for me to find an evening gown that fit because of my height. It has to be petite, and even with heels, sometimes it's still too long. This dress lengthwise, with 4 inch heels, was perfect. I love the color too. It was just a little too loose at the top. If I got a size 40 I think it would look better on me. Also, the armhole was a tad big. I could make do with it if I did not have another dress that fitted me better. But maybe next time, if the size 40 is available, I will rent this again
