I rented this for a ski trip to vail, colorado and it was incredibly warm (perfect for 20-40 degree weather), and has big pockets to fit your gloves / snacks etc. I did get hot wearing the coat in the car so would not recommend for warmer weather.

Really nice shape for a big puffy coat

It's vibrant on the slopes and definitely kept me warm -- though it certainly wasn't a super cold week in Telluride. I read the reviews so I ordered a small even though I knew I'd have several layers underneath and I usually buy bigger sizes for skiing. Even so, I had a lot of room still but thankful for the pulls/ties to give some sort of shape.

I rented this because I live in a warm climate but was going to Chicago for the thanksgiving holiday. This coat was so warm and did its job. Most definitely worth the rent

Wore in 20 degree weather and was warm. The one I got (L) was very clumpy so there were spots that didn't have any padding and those spots felt cold. Definitely VERY marshmallow but great if you're looking for something warm. The material on the outside is like rubber so it's either waterproof or at the very least water resistant

This was the perfect coat for the 2019-20 fall/winter season in NYC. We experienced a very mild winter with hardly any snow and an average temperature around 40 degrees. The coat kept me warm even when the temperatures dropped down into the 20's since the padding is thick. However, I felt a little too warm wearing it when the temperature rose above 55 degrees. I also loved the color and received compliments from others about the coat. On the other hand, I wish it was a bit longer and extended mid-thigh. I didn't want to give it up!

This was a great coat for my vacation in Denver. Even though it was 0 degrees F with wind chill at times this coat kept me warm (even has a fuzzy lining). I'm only rating 4 stars and not since the waist drawstrings made the bottom poof out which was slightly unflattering, but not terrible

Pro: this jacket got me through an unexpected arctic blast. it's very warm! Con: the crop is too short and the puff is too much...felt like wearing a sleeping bag, not a jacket.

Listen it’s 18-20 degrees here in the winter where I am and this count keeps me warm warm warm throughout the entire thing. I love it so much. Weird sticky outside but who cares

This jacket was very functional for ski trip that included lots of snow. It provided warmth and some extra pockets. The style was ok. I agree it's not the most flattering shape but provided a lot of warmth and waterproof.

Rented this for a ski weekend in Vermont. Although it's not advertised for skiing, it was much more functional the other traditional ski puffer I rented. The plastic-y material others complained about it what makes it such effective outerwear on the mountain. And overall, a really cute jacket for the slopes. Highly recommend this if you're looking for something cute and functional for a mountain weekend!

The jacket fit like a glove and was very well made. I loved that it was unique and warm. It was just too puffy for me. It also kind of sqeeks when you move around in it.

This jacket looks way more "stay puff marshmallow man" than it does on the model. It was super warm and I loved the color. I received a ton of compliments but ultimately not my fave puffer. It also makes noise like rubber rubbing together due to the fabric. Would be awesome for a ski trip though!

The outer material is tacky, almost sticky, which makes it difficult to wear with a purse or backpack. Otherwise, warm, a great color, and blocks the wind well.

This coat is a great color, and I loved the contrasting hue on the zippers. It is very warm, but it is very puffy. I'm in Chicago and live in puffer coats during the winter, but this one was really unflattering.

This jacket was just giant. Never wore.

Was looking for an everyday winter-weather around-town jacket. This was not it. The fabric has this weird rubbery stickiness to it that was a total turn-off. It's also very puffy. I think if you are tall, you could probably carry this jacket. And if you like silly putty.

Material is rubbery and sticky. Filling inside coat was lumpy and uneven. Sent back immediately and did not wear.

Very warm and I love the look but I really got in the way when I would take it off indoors because it is so very puffy. I would wear it more but it's just a bit much for California.
