True to size with a little bit of stretch. The pants fit like a glove. And for bonus points I was EXTREMELY surprised that they were new especially knowing that they've been on the site for a while. They were more high waisted (at least on me) then expected but that was fine. Length was great too for my 170lb 5'6" frame. I wore with matching jacket. This outfit was the epitome of why rent from RTR.

After reading the reviews I decided to size up and that was a good move because they fit perfectly. These jeans are so fun and I got 1 million compliments! I love how you can zip them as low or high as you want. I love wearing things that are out of the box and these definitely fall into that category. I posted a picture and had people asking me where I got them. I will definitely rent these in the entire outfit again

Loved these pants! They were high waist and super flattering. All zippers worked, so you had the option to create different looks. 10/10!

Wore this with the matching jacket and LOVED. Jeans fit true to size, without being tight. The zippers do go ALL THE WAY up or ALL THE WAY down, if you really wanted to live dangerously. Perfect for a one-time, 90's-inspired outfit.

Bottoms are high waisted, which I actually loved. They have a nice stretch to them. I had no trouble getting on or off my motorcycle, which is sometimes an issue. Really nice as a set. I left the snap closures on the jacket sleeves undone the entire time. Comfortable, Casual, Cute

Not the perfect fit in all in the right places, but jeans are tough to buy online!! Def an easy, grunge, statement piece. Overall, very happy with these!

So chic and got a million compliments. My waist looked snatched but I could probably have gone up a size. No stretch at all really so if you like breathing or sitting down go up a size.

I wanted to love these...but I thought they were just ok. I love the fact that they are different and the zipper detail is cool and edgy. But, I didn't think they were super flattering. They also JUST FIT...so I'd say they run on the small side.

Jeans were a 28 regular, and they were tight at first! After moving around a little bit, I got them to stretch out and then I started messing with the zippers. Yes, they do work both ways! The jeans were still quite tight around the waist and made it uncomfortable to sit down for short periods of time.

Sorry for the slippers. After a day of negotiations between toddlers and trying to sell art from a closed gallery, I just can't wear heels. But these are chic, and comfortable, and actually sexier than I thought. Rent for a fun change of pace! Helmut Lang? Why the heck not?!?

Loved it so much I had to buy it. Got a ton of compliments, random people at bars stopping me to ask where I got them. They fit like a dream, true to size, no stretch, just long enough on me to look great with heels (I'm 5'4). Edgy but polished. New favorite jeans.

These jeans are sturdy and fit well. The rise is very high (above the navel) for me, but I am short in the torso. The zipper detail is stylish and helps to customize the hem. However, they can create a dangerous pinch if you attempt to unzip the thighs while the pants are on.

A little tight but it still fit. Also kinda long for my tiny legs but I cuffed the bottoms.

I definitely felt a little daring in these. They're not totally comfortable (they're probably not designed to be) but not uncomfortable either. A really striking look. Have to be styled right not to look too "biker chic".

I really liked the way they look but very small in the waist and a little short for me. Definitely size up. The zippers are cool but pretty uncomfortable especially on my knees when I was sitting

These were not long enough for tall women and the thigh area bunched up leading to an unflattering look. They're certainly a statement piece and fun but they did not fit my body well.

I really wanted these to fit. But this jean runs so small I would have to size up two sizes, which I've never had to do with anything I've worn in general.

It was very small, the size up was small as well. Couldn't use the jeans. Not a good jeans for curves, stiff material, not flattering for Pettit legs.

Really a cool looking pair of jeans but their sizes are way off. I regularly wear a 29 in several well known brands and have rented size 29 in jeans on here and I could barely get them over my butt, could barely button them, and definitely could not zip them up. It's a shame that even with them having numbered sizes they still ran too small. I should have sizes up to at least 31 and I have actually lost weight recently and not gained it. Really bummed I wasted a spot on jeans that should fit.

I've rented these twice now, first in my regular size 25 and then in a 27. Both times they were too small to wear. The 25 wouldn't even button and I could get the 27s on but couldn't sit or breathe. The bigger problem is that once I got the 27s on, they were too loose in the legs so even if I went up a size or two in the waist, the jeans would be baggy in the legs which isn't right for this look. Good in theory, poorly executed.
