Fit is very true to size. This is a very form fitting dress and the material is quite heavy but I loved that aspect. The dress draped my body perfectly! I received so many compliments. The dress is beyond floor length so you must wear a very high heel to wear this dress.

I will start by saying, I am extremely self-conscious, especially when it comes to dressing up, or having to wear makeup. And I have never felt more attractive than I did in this dress. The cut was so flattering, and I didn't even need to wear spanx! The back of the dress was so sexy, and my boyfriend received many compliments on his hot date for the USMC ball. I would recommend this dress to every single human on Earth. I was sad to have to take it off at the end of the night. I was a little apprehensive because it is on the expensive side for a rental, but after seeing it on and how it made me feel, I would have paid double.

The fit was perfect! Definitely a figure-flattering dress, it was extremely elegant and sexy. It is a very heavy material so be prepared to "lug it around" a little bit, but it's not the point of annoyance. I'm 5'7" and ended up wearing the SL. I wore 4" heels but it still hit the ground pretty substantially, which I always prefer instead of getting a dress that's too short. I would just note that the long is LONG. I would also note that there is some definite potential for some side/under boob with this dress. I'm a 34C and there were multiple times I'd have a little pop out occur, but nothing to the point of embarrassment or that would make it feel less classy. All in all, AMAZING dress! I loved it so much I just ordered the red version for another upcoming formal event!

This dress was perfect for my black tie gala. As is typical with Herve, it hugs the figure and flatters your shape while being incredibly comfortable. The open back is beautiful and sexy, and I received numerous compliments throughout the night. I'm 5'9, wore the Small Long with roughly 2 in heels. Highly recommend!

The dress is a little heavy, but it's not a big deal. The dress fit me perfectly and I loved how it looked on might order again!

I'm trying hard to come up with the words to describe this dress without resorting to the things people always say in these reviews - stunning, showstopper, glamorous - but this dress really *is* all of those things. The dress feels and fits like the expensive designer dress it is. Forget princess, I felt like a queen wearing this, regal and powerful. I wore it with the Eddie Borgo Pave Earpiece earrings, which complimented its modernity well. As to fit, I'm 5'3", 32D-27-34, and I wore the XSL, because the regular length was unavailable. And it is LONG. In 5" heels, I still had to use hem tape to bring it up about 4 inches, and then I was stepping on that hemmed bit all night. That was the only downside, and it was worth it for the wow factor of this gown.

The material is stretchy which made wearing it all night so comfortable. The only downside (which you may not even notice) is that it is a little bit heavy. Overall, I would highly recommend this for a formal wedding, I received so many compliments on it!

This dress was elegant and fit like a glove, however, did run long for me. I did use some dress tape and was able to lift it a bit to the perfect length. The material is a bit heavier, but worked well because the weather was a bit chilly. The fit of the dress was perfect while standing, however, I did have a small pocket on one side of my chest appear while sitting that I had to adjust a few times. Overall, I was extremely happy with this dress and would order it again.

The dress had a hard time sticking on my shoulders, however we used Hollywood tape and it helped! The dress was very hot too because it is thick!

Rented this dress for a black tie Mardi Gras Grand Bal. The dress is very nice. The top was a little loose and the rubber trim had lost some tackiness so it didn't stay down. I had to use double sided tape to make it not rise up over my chest. The fabric is vey think and heavy. I received a ton of compliments all night.

I wanted this to work out so badly. It was sent to me as a back up as my original chosen back up would not get to me in time. I'm 5'3" and I chose the XSL - if it was just and XS I could have made it work. It was so terribly long on me there would have been no way I could have walked around the venue or to the church. The back clasp at the neck was very difficult to clasp.

This was my backup dress. I loved it so much, but unfortunately, this style would look better on a lady with a longer torso. It did not make my body look great. The complete backlessness of the dress was very sexy/elegant, but Idid not pick this because it didn't flatter me as much as the other dress.
