Heavy fabric this dress is better for fall or winter. Very formfitting and long and heavy. So wear spanks and biggest heels. Love the stress and so did everyone else

Dress is gorgeous though it is heavy, I had to pull it up a few times in front. Also the MR was too long for me (I'm 5'4'') but I just used fashion tape to tape up bottom of dress which worked well. It's very form fitting so was tough to wear anything underneath.

When I first got it I thought it would be short because I am almost 5'10 and I wore 4 inch heels. But in the end it looked good and it wasn't short at all. So many people told me I looked beautiful and that they loved my dress. You just need to be careful because this dress shows all your curves. I loved it and I felt so comfortable with him! The color is beautiful and I would wear it again!

I'm 5'6" tall, 140 pounds, 32D bra, and I wore the Small Regular to a Black Tie Wedding and it was A PERFECT FIT. I wore it with a 4" heel; it just perfectly grazed the floor in the back and I never stepped on the front. I wore it with a regular bra, but I loosened the straps so that I could pull the back band down to be hidden. It is a nice heavier material with a lot of stretch, so it smooths out everything and makes you look FLAWLESS. It was a smidge loose at the straps , but only because I was wearing a bra so I was readjusting it once or twice so that it aligned with my bra straps. I would wear this dress again and again if I could!

Gorgeous dress!!! So many compliments!! I never wear color but I took a chance for my daughters sweet 16!!!! Pink was the color of the night!!! It really was gorgeous and I do not have a flat belly . It def hold you in . A little long , I'm 5"6 and I wore 4 inch heels ... Just amazing!!

This dress is a jaw dropper and show stopper all in one!!! I cannot begin to express how awesome this dress looks (especially when on). This dress is to be worn by a true fashionista who does not mind being the center of attention. Pros: 1. Awesome Color (very bold hot pink) 2. Fit...it is true to size....And has great elasticity and support 3. Flattering for the curvaceous :-) Cons: 1. Not for anyone under 5'4"....even with 4" heels it dragged on the floor. 2. Not really a con...but hard to find the perfect undergarments....seamless is the best (this will show every nook and cranny that you have...so a girdle is a no go! Again...I absolutely loved loved this dress!!!

The dress was a bit large on top and very heavy but man it was a fun sexy dress without being too revealing! Loved it.

Ahhhhh this dress!!! Phenomenal! The color is STUNNING!! Fit like a glove...hides every flaw and does wonders for your figure! Was just a smidge longer than I would have liked but still fine. I'm 5'4 and wore platform stiletto Jimmy Choo's. I know a lot of other reviews have talked about needing a low back or backless bra...I ordered 6 different ones from amazon...everything from Nubra to U front and low back...after not liking any of these I put my regular Victoria's Secret on and it was great! I used fashion tape to secure the straps and chest area and never bothered with it once throughout the night! I am a 32DD for the most part...the bra I wore this evening was a 32DDD. Got a million compliments on this dress!

Fit is true to size and in true Herve form the dress is a little heavy and fits like a glove showing off your curves.

My daughter is 6' tall. She always has trouble finding dresses long enough. This dress was perfect for a tall girl like her and git amazingly well.

The perfect color. I wore this dress to a gala in NYC. It was perfect- I got comments all night. I would love to wear this gown again. It was the perfect neckline-not too revealing but definitely sexy enough. The dress runs long. I'm 5'4" but j wore 5 inch heels and still touched the ground. Wear/rent this dress if you want to stand out while showing some curves.

The color online looks like watermelon. In person it is fuchsia/hot pink. Beautiful. Just beautiful. This was my back up dress so I decided not to wear it because it wasn't appropriate for the event. I could easily wear a bra with it and hide the straps with fashion tape. I had on 3.5" heels and it was just above the ground. If you are any taller and plan to wear heels, this will be too short on you. I'm a 32DD and typically wear a size 6. Some HL dresses I can wear a small but most a medium is more comfortable.

This dress is a stunner. I received tons of compliments! Its true to Herve Leger fashion, very form fitting. Even though its a tight fit the dress is extremely comfortable and doesn't feel heavy. I highly recommend this dress is you're looking for something sexy yet still sophisticated.

I'm 5'6 and wore a 4" heel and it was the perfect length. I was unable to wear a bra with it because of the scoop in the back however the fabric is tight and thick enough to keep the girls in without letting everyone know when you are cold. Overall it was very comfortable to dance in and perfect for a formal seaside wedding.

I am 5'1 so it was a bit long even with 5 inch heels., but I made it work!

Best not to wear undies, this dress shows EVERYTHING! And even if you have a flat tummy if you stand a certain way, well, all shows. I didnt wear a bra...unfort when it got cold it showed a bit. But, it is a hot color and you will probe be in the only one wearing it. I think this dress is great for someone over 5/6 who is in shape....a nice but, arms and flat tummy and you look you came from the runway. It was $200 to rent since it was right out of the bag new; I was desperate so I went for it. I dont know if I would spend $200 again for it though.

It is a very snug fit, undergarments were tricky. You cannot wear a bra, and I wore a lace thong. The color was amazing for my skin tone. I wore 3 1/2 in. heels, still felt it was a tad long. The jewelry and earring were a perfect compliment to the dress. This is a stand out dress in a crowd.

Loved this dress! I was able to wear a normal bra with it, just pulled down a bit in the back. I got loads of compliments on it. If you are not body confident, cleavage confident, or do not want a lot of attention, this is not the dress for you! It is very heavy but typical for Herve dresses. Sucks you in in all the right places! I had to wear 5 inch heels to be able to walk without tripping but it was worth it.

I'm 5'6', 145ish lbs, athletic, and the small fit great. I didn't wear a bra but you could if needed. The color is bold and beautiful, definitley an attention-grabber, and you've gotta wear it with confidence! It shows off all curves and makes you feel instantly sexy. Hated to return this one!

The MR was my backup size. the SR I thought I'd wear became unavailable. No biggie because the MR fit perfectly. I wore this for a charity Mardi Gras ball and the bright pink was a perfect fit. It is quite tight, but still moveable. I'm 5'2 and with 6 inch heels the dress was still a bit too long. I had to lift it up a lot during the night but I managed without it interfering with the fun. (I tried fashion tape but the material was too heavy for it.) I received so many compliments while wearing this. My husband asked right away, can you buy it and keep it? This was my first Herve Leger dress and I will definitely be renting this designer again.

I work this dress to charity gala and it was perfect! The dress fit like a glove. I am a 34DD and did not have to wear a bra with this dress (nor do I think one would have fit under it). I carry most of my weight in my hips and bust and the dress hit in all of the right places. I wore a Long lengh and it was perfect with 4" heels on.

I wore this dress to an Infantry Ball. It was just stunning! I will agree with other reviewers on several points, however. It was very long. I'm 5'6", wore 4 inch heels and was still occasionally stepping on it. Also, even with the skimpiest of undergarments, I could still see lines. It is crazy tight, by my gosh, does it do wonderful things for the rear end! I would definitely wear this dress again, or any Herve Leger dress for that matter!

My favorite color is hot pink!! Needless to say, I loved the color. I'm 5'7 and was worried the dress may not be long enough. But, because the material stretches and has a good weight to it it fit perfectly, even with 4 inch heels. I would definitely rent this dress again!! It was a pink dream come true to wear a HERVÉ LÉGER gown!

I wore the dress to my sisters wedding. Dress is heavy but breathable, not too heavy for a summer wedding. As per normal for this brand a bit of fasting doesn't hurt as these dresses are pretty body hugging. Dress is very long so if you are under 5'7 I would buy the fashion tape to hem it up.

This gown was absolutely perfect for my friends wedding!! The color was perfect, it was sexy without being too revealing & very comfortable! I did get a little hot by the end of the night but I was dancing a lot and the reception was outdoors. The size small fit well but the XS would've been a better fit, if available. I am 5'4" and wore a 4.5" heel and the dress was still a tad bit too long but not crazy long. All in all, this was a fabulous dress! Everyone loved it! Definitely a recommended rental, well worth it :)

I have a very muscular build - I work out a lot so it was a little tighter on my back, but overall it fit me perfectly! I am tall so I always worry about the dress being long enough and for the first time I actually found myself lifting the gown up when walking so as to not trip! I wish I didn't have to send it back :(

VERY LONG! I'm 5'6 and wore 5" heels and still had to pick up the hem to walk. Aside from the length, it fit great everywhere else.

It hugs you in all the right places. I wore a strapless bra and it worked perfectly. The dress fits like a glove. I usually wear a 4 and bought the small and it fit well. I am 5'7" and got a regular length and it just touched the floor. I highly recommend this dress and would rent it again in a heartbeat.

This dress is the best Hervé that I have rented so far! I received this dress as a replacement for the BCBG Elyse gown, and I was more than happy with how it turned out. I wore 5-inch heels, and the dress was the perfect length. The color is definitely more hot pink than depicted, but that is what makes it such a different dress. I got many compliments on the color, and it was thankfully not too low-cut. It also is not too tight but keeps everything in place, which is awesome. I would highly recommend renting this for a formal event!

This dress is a little stretchy so it was very comfortable the whole night. Easy to dance in. I had a black tie wedding to go to and this was perfect not one complaint. I was a little nervous it was too long and I was going to trip over it but I wore 5 inch heels and it was fine.

All I can say is WOW. This is some dress. I am a size 4 and the small was a perfect fit. Fitted, hugging every curve beautifully. Liked the heavier fabric, honestly. Felt so gorgeous in this dress. My husband talked about this dress for a few days after the event. Compliments all night long. Get this dress!!!

Wore this dress to a military ball. It was super flattering and hugged my curves in all the right places. I received lots of compliments throughout the night! I'm 5'2" and the dress was about 4 inches too long for me. I hemmed it using the Hollywood fabric tape. It didn't look perfect, but it stayed in all night even though the fabric is heavy. I recommend wearing a backless bra with this dress. Overall, gorgeous color and flattering fit! Very satisfied.
