I rented this on a whim 2 nights before I left for my bachelorette party in Vegas. First time requesting a delivery to a hotel and everything went just fine, it arrived early afternoon on the date of delivery which was nice because there was no alternative size to request in case it ran small! The only thing that would have been nice to know ahead of time is that my hotel charged me a holding fee for the package. I may have missed the fine print, and it was only $7 which is no big deal but I was caught a bit off guard... Back to the dress itself. IT WAS PERFECT it fit and looked like $$$$ and I felt like a million$$. Not your average bachelorette dress but sexy as anything. Compliments from Vegas party goers and other bachelorettes alike. I dropped the dress off at the RTR Cosmo the very next day which was super convenient. God I love RTR

This dress is stunning! Drop dead gorgeous! I usually wear size 8-10 and ordered a medium. It was honestly a fight squeeze but totally worth it. It makes you're body look perfect!

The dress is beautiful in person, the shades of grey ombre'd together made a perfect middle ground between a basic and a standout dress. The material fights the body nice and tight so you'll be held in all night. I'm a short girl with a large chest (34DD) and the medium for me perfectly. The length lets the body hugging silo look tasteful rather than tacky

I am obsessed with this dress! I did not want to send it back.! I actually ordered a different dress for my bachelorette party, but it was a bit worn. I contacted rtr; and they shipped out this dress as a substitute the same night! They made the entire process so easy after I was freaking out over the original dress not working. This dress is so incredible. It feels so good, it is so incredibly flattering, and it looks beautiful on. I have a large bust so I was afraid it wouldn't work in my chest, but it actually fit beautifully! I think it could work for all cup sizes. The entire night everyone said I looked liked Ms. Universe. I would totally rent this again!

This was my first Herve rental and I loved it! Didn't try on the XS but the S fit beautifully. Only thing was that I felt like I could tell other much more well endowed women had worn it before as it felt slightly stretched in the bust. Even still I didn't wear a bra and it stayed up all night! There's a little rubber trim and extra strap inside to keep you put. The dress was tight and made me feel sexy for my bachelorette without feeling trashy. It never rode up which was nice. Went from dinner to a show to dancing and it went well for all. Would rent again!

This dress fills my imperfections perfectly. I have muffin tops and the dress is like wearing spanx so I looked good. I received so many compliments. I normally wear larges but the medium was great. My measurements are 36C, waist 31" and hip 38" weight 145lbs for those who need to compare. The darker gray at the waist is very flattering too.

I needed my husband to help zip me up, but I love this line because once I'm in I feel secure and the fit is flattering. I am 5'4 and the dress hit me around mid-calf. I felt that the length balanced the fact that it was strapless and snug. Once again, RTR rocks for unique, one of a kind dresses!!

Loved this! I have big thighs for my size and loved how flattering this was. No armpit fat rolls either. Received tons of complements too. Would definitely rent this one again! There was a bit of extra space though, I think someone with a larger bust and hips could wear the Medium easily, but it stayed up just fine for me regardless.

This dress fit perfectly! I ordered an XS in case, but the S fit my bust much better, but was still tight enough all around. It was longer than I expected, but still cute. My boyfriend loved it! Great V-Day dress!

I've rented Hervé before and LOVED it so I knew this dress wouldn't be any different. It hugged my body all night and I was so so comfortable. Of course I had to pull the top up 4 or 5 times but that was expected (I have a small chest). I danced all night in it and had 0 problems. Thanks RTR!!

I rented this dress for a NYE party and danced the entire night. I adored the fit of the dress! I love the bandage style it is extremely slimming but comfortable.

This dress fits like a glove. It is comfortable, and has a semi built-in bra. Sitting down was not an issue even though the dress is form fitting. Going up steps was a little challenging, but manageable.

My friend wore this dress and she is usually a size 4/6. It took some squeezing into but the dress was super tight and looked amazing.

I loved this dress for the ball I went to. The darker colors at the waist are very slimming! I was able to dance all night in it and felt like a "skinny" million bucks. The bandage style holds EVERYTHING in :)

Pros: fits well on the bust and doesn't slip because it has and elastic band inside Cons: If you're short it might be too long on you ( i cuffed it at the bottom)

The dress came with tags still on it! It fit like a glove and looked great.

I agree with someone else who said that the bra straps like to fly out. Also I felt like I had to keep pulling it up, which I was hoping wouldn't be the case with such a high end dress. I DID get a lot of head turns and comments which I thought would be tough to do in Vegas of all places. The dress was perfect for the Cosmopolitan atmosphere. It also sucks things in so no spanx were necessary! But do your push-ups if that's a problem area for you!

I am a curvy/athlethic size 2/4 pear shape. My measurements are 34c-27-41, usually. I'd say the fit up top could be a little more snug, for me. I was pulling it up all night. A bra is not necessary for this dress, however, I tried to wear one just because my bust is smaller than the dress. If your body shape is more of an hourglass or slightly larger bust, I'd say this is more sized for you. This dress is very formfitting and snug. Because of the heavier weight of this fabric, I'd say no shaping underwear is needed for this either! I always have issues keeping body-con dresses from riding up, and this sadly was no different, but I will say it never rode all the way up the way a lower-quality dress would. The sweetheart neckline and the dark ombre in the middle were perfect touches. One thing is that this thing was a pain in the butt to get into. The hook was too narrow for the catch to slide through and zipping it up... well, let's just say that smoothing fit doesn't come without its price. But that and the fit on the bust were my only complaints. Definitely was feelin' myself all night, and that's the point of anything I choose to wear! My RTR experience was perfect. I got it day-of (due to last minute finding out about the party and not wanting to pay extra to get it a day earlier). Yes, I took a risk, but I'm glad RTR came through with their fast shipping! A+

This dress does run true to size. I'm in between sizes so the medium could have worked too, just not as well as the small. This dress does not move on the body so you don't have to keep adjusting yourself. However, I have a tiny back with fuller bust so a strapless bra is recommended or you WILL have a mishap. If you have a smaller bust then no worries. This was definitely a head turner.

Wow. That's all I can say about this dress! It was so much fun to wear, it's truly a knock-out dress. Felt like a giant Ace bandage/body spanx, but in a very comfortable way. I am small chested so needed to continuously give the top a little tug to keep things appropriate. Yes, it holds you in as others have commented but we went out for a huge Italian dinner at the beginning of the evening and I definitely needed to consciously suck it in for photos. :) In order to emphasize the level of tightness this dress truly is, there is one picture from the evening taken at an angle so that you could clearly see the seam on the front of my tights...yikes!

This was a great dress. However I wish that rent the runway would cut out those annoying hanger loops. My coworkers kept coming up to me and tucking the straps back into my dress!

I wore this dress to a friends 25th birthday party and it was perfect! I didn't even have to wear a bra ( which was such a relief for me). The only thing that turned me off was while I was washing my hands, couple splashes of water got onto the dress and stained it a bit (weird because it was only water :-/) but other than that, great dress! This was my second time using RTR and I can't wait to rent again!

This is a similar style to the red strapless Herve that was retired a while back. Didn't like the color as much it is not as flattering as the red and is difficult to match with shoes. Probably should have worn the small because it wanted to ride down all night. Flattering but I couldn't wIt to get out if it. Still glad the are getting some more knee length Herve in, more appropriate for 40s!

It fit AMAZING - very tight, but as expected (this was actually helpful - I didn't have to worry about the dress slipping down at all, as is usually a problem for me with strapless dresses). I got compliments on it all night.

Wore this going to Liv in Miami! It was a hit and I got a lot of compliments. Really shows off your figure and tucks everything in. I didn't need spanx or anything. I like that it's a bit longer than the other Herve dresses.

Strapless can always be a little tricky, but this dress fit well and was stretchy. It stayed in place.

This dress was perfect for my friends wedding. I am 7 months pregnant, haven't gained anything except my baby bump so it was perfect to show it off. I would Normally wear the small, but to give my bump more room I went with the medium. It was a little big in my chest, but I used some fashion tape to hold it up and it stayed up!

This dress gets attention! Be sure to have double sided tape at the ready to keep the top up. Curve hugging and the darker middle is very helpful to hide the mom belly. I love Herve dresses generally and worth the investment if you want to impress! Wore it for my tenth wedding anniversary.

I selected this dress after my original selection became unavailable the day it was supposed to ship. I am SO glad it worked out this way. This was my 2nd time renting a Herve, they are so flattering because it sucks you in like a corset. It might feel too tight at first but that is how it is supposed to fit. If you go a size too big then it will not look right. The contrasting color gives the illusion of a cinched waist even though my body type is pretty straight. It definitely takes 2-3 people to zip it up but once it is on it is comfortable and does not feel too tight at all. I received many compliments and would definitely recommend this dress.

I wore this for our engagement photos. I wanted a dress that photographed well and this dress delivered! It was beautiful and very flattering. My fiancé loved it!

Wore this dress for a formal outdoor wedding. It poured down rain during the ceremony, but the dress held up all night despite that. I originally ordered a small, but when I tried it on the first time the top wasn't as snug on the ladies as I would have liked it to be. I ordered the x-small to see if it would work and it did! The dress is beautiful and forgiving in all the right places!

This dress is like all herve legers - second skin that holds you in in all the right places. If you are small but with a bigger chest always size up with HL strapless. The XS is my usual size but I neede the S to fit up top. This dress seems to look great on everyone because of the ombre.

Wore this for my 40th bday bash. I'm 5"4', 130, 32D/34C. The M fit nicely, but was loose in the bust, even with a sticky backless bra. I wore the S and it was snug. It took a bit of work to zip it up. In the bust, there is an elastic strap, like a bandeau bikini top, with just a hook and loop. The S hook was broken, would have been nice support, but didn't need it. I would definitely recommend!!

Very tough to zip, definitely need someone to help with that! Feels great on, very stretchy, great for a night of dancing!

I am usually a XS/size 0 and this fit like a glove. I have a 3 month old that is nursing so I was afraid I wouldn't be able to zip up over my boobs but the material is stretchy enough that it worked out perfectly. Obsessed with the dress, got so many compliments and would def rent again!

This is a great dress!!! Great for everyone but especially if you have curves! It hugs in all the right places and literally makes you look amazing. I wore a vs padded bra with it-I'm a 36c and don't usually do padding but for this dress I did. My boobs looked great in this dress. I did not feel like I had to pull it up all night. The dark part at the waist makes your waist look smaller. The dark stripe zipper down the back is so sexy. I wore a spanx to smooth out my tummy and I didn't wear a thing bc I felt like wearing a thong would just show panty lines because it's so tight. There were these straps in the back that didn't seem to clip together and I don't know what they were for but I just tucked them in. I'm 5'6 and the length hit me right at the knee. If my back was a little wide or I was a few pounds thinner I could have fit in a small. I felt and looked so great in this dress. My boyfriend loved it too. I highly recommend ordering it! I would order it again!
