I already wrote a review on this before, but I don't think the picture came out properly so wanted you all to see exactly how perfect this dress is. I wore it to dinner with my boyfriend and he could not stop complementing and touching me! This dress is a showstopper ladies. It is great quality, tight enough where you don't need a bra, sucks everything in and makes you look like you have the most perfect figure. It's sexy without having to show much skin.

Fits snug!! Definitely size up...I don't deviate from wearing a size 4. The size small was TINY. I went with a medium. It fits like a glove!

This dress runs small, I ordered med and large and wore the large, great fit just make sure the zipper is lined up in the back it can turn, also pose for pics with one leg forward to stretch the crease so it doesn't fold at the bottom.

Very vintage glam! It's very snug and unforgiving. The dress is made of heavy material that helps "control" things :)

Wore this dress to my rehearsal dinner and received many compliments. It fit true to size. I am 5'4'', 110 pounds and typically wear a size 2. Size small fit well. No need for Spanx when you're wearing these dresses.

This dress is stunning. Both the small and medium fit, however I chose the medium for comfort. I used fashion tape to shorten the dress by one band for the perfect length.

The fabric holds you in. If you wear spanx, you will be able to see the seam down the front. Get a seamless tummy panel!

Fit was great! Ive never received so many compliments. I lost count of how many people stopped to ask me about the dress. I was sad to send it back. Even though the dress holds you in I still wore something underneath just for a piece of mind. Can't wait to wear it again!

herve leger dresses are my very favorite, as they always fit so beautifully and feel so good. the fabric is heavy and the dress is weighty. it goes on very tight, but once the material warms up, it stretches perfectly to fit my body, and is so easy to wear. no spanx, no bra -- this dress just holds everything right where it should be. the ombre greys are gorgeous, and having the darkest color at the waist is brilliant.

Usually wear size 2 but got the medium and happy I did. The size small was damaged beyond repair so RTR sent me another dress in size s ( same designer and same fabric but was very snug). This dress fit well

Hard to zip, needed a friends help. But once I got it on I loved it. Sucks you in in all the best ways. Very comfortable. So many compliments.

This dress was amazing & I wish I could keep it! I felt/looked sexy and confident. Could have worn either size but the medium was a little large in the chest for me, so I wore the small. No need for anything underneath, these dresses hold everything where it's supposed to be!

I rented this dress in XS and S. Usually I am a 0 in most dresses but I have a chest which makes it difficult to fit into the XS. I could not zip it up the back. The S fits fine though. The dress does suck you in. However if you are not in shape, this dress is not for you. I had ALOT of comments on this dress and the ombre is ultra flattering.

This was a fantastic dress! I originally was supposed to get the Shoreline Sheath, but apparently the previous user had damaged it beyond repair, so the week of the event, one of the ladies from RTR contacted me to let me select another dress. When I had picked the dress, I thought that it had a little bit of purple around the waist (it looked that way on my computer screen), but it really is purely shades of grey. That was the only thing that I didn't love -- some color would have been nice. Otherwise, it fit great and really pulled everything in nicely. It also was super comfortable, which I find to be rare in something this form fitting, and stayed in place beautifully. The small was a perfect fit, and, surprisingly, if anything was a little snug, it was the top part of the dress. Apple shapes should size up, but pears will probably find the fit true to size.

This dress was great for a wedding . Got lots of compliments and it was comfortable through out the night. Made me feel like old Hollywood glam . Also got a size medium which fit and held everything tighter but decided to go with the large and wear a strapless bra so I could enjoy the night more. Would totally rent again.

Very flattering cut, length and material

This dress is snug but comfortable. It is a thick, stretchy, soft, beautiful material that made my curves look just right.

Ordered a small and medium. The medium had either been marked wrong, shrunken or had been altered because it was smaller than the small. So since I had no choice I wore the small. It fit tight but comfortable because the fabric is very stretchy. It is supposed to fit tight, so this dress is not for anyone that is looking to hide imperfections, a pouch in the belly or any other bumps because you see them all. I think I may have gone with the medium had it been a true medium, just to give me a little more room. Regardless, I received lots of compliments and felt really good in it. Great first experience using RTR - will definitely do it again.

I thought overall the dress was beautiful and would recommend it. I have an hourglass shape so the small was too tiny. The medium fit well except in the small of my waist, where it didn't hug like the rest of the dress did. Lastly, this dress is long (almost to the knee), so I would recommend if you are petite (like me) that you are aware of this for the type of event you are going to.

Although the the dress is tight it really does flatter all of your assets! It is on the more grey scale you can look more washed out so be mindful of that

Wore this dress to my cousin's wedding and couldn't be happier with the decision. This dress is incredibly classy and elegant as well as wildly comfortable-not only is the fabric fabulously luxurious, but also it is not in the least restricting; I was able to dance the night away with ease! As with all Herve Leger, this is a body con tight fitting dress, but I found this one *slightly* more forgiving than others. Rent this one-you won't be sorry!

This dress was amazing! I love grey and this was a great way to wear it and still stand out. The only size available was an extra small so I went for it knowing this dress was already going to be tight in my normal size (small) but with a little extra help I was able to get it zipped. I wore the dress for a night out in Las Vegas and I was so comfortable despite the constricting fabric, walking all over, and dancing for hours in night clubs. I would highly recommend this dress.

I rented this for a party during Kentucky Derby weekend and got so many compliments! The top had been stretched out a little but it was an issue and the dress fit perfectly otherwise. It made me feel like a million bucks!

I've always wanted to wear this dress and finally got the chance at a black tie optional wedding. It's meant to be tight so if you aren't comfortable wearing tight, this is not the dress for you. Or maybe it is! Although tight fitted, it is so comfortable and easy to move in. The length was perfect- just above the knee. I didn't need a bra but choose to wear one for extra support. LOVED!

This dress really forms to the body well. Got plenty of complements. There were ladies in their 20s to 50s that asked where I got the dress. Versatile! I didn't like how the bottom was stretched out though. It was a tad bit wavy on the edges, but other than that, great dress!

I rented this for a Vegas casino wedding. While picking for my rental dates, small was the only size left, but after reading other reviews I decided to go for it anyway. This dress is skintight but the material is thick enough it holds you in well. I'm actually afraid had I gotten the medium it would have been to big in the bust. Even though it's tight, it's long enough and not revealing in the chest. I felt completely comfortable dancing in it at the reception all night. The gradient grays dress up or down, and the darkest shades of gray are smartly placed right in the midriff region ;). I got tons of compliments, and my boyfriend said it was one of the best dresses I'd ever worn. Too bad it's a Herve leger and I can't keep it forever!

This was my first HL rental and it fit to a T and made me feel like a knock-out. Loved the dress and had such a hard time returning it. Fits tight as it should but is breathable. Did not wear a bra and the girls were held up very nicely and stayed inside all night.

This dress was fantastic! So beautiful and different. It was formal without being overly dressy for a cocktail attire wedding. I got so many compliments. It does run a bit small. I typically wear a 0, so I ordered the XS. There is almost no give in the fabric, so it took a little bit of work to get everything in :). It ended up working out and it made my body look banging!!

Loved this dress and received compliments all night long! It does run a little small but that is to be expected with a bandage dress. It was also a bit longer than I would like on my 5' 4" frame so I used double sided tape to adjust the hem. Overall a great dress and I would rent it again!
