You can never go wrong with Herve. This dress is stunning. I ordered a Small and Medium--the small was a little too tight around the hip area (and showed my lovehandles too much) so I ended up wearing the Medium. I wore this dress to my boyfriend's holiday party and it was a hit!!! I wore it with a House of Harlow black/gold necklace and also wore a black/gold bracelet. I got my hair and makeup done for the event----and the dress made everything complete! I FELT LIKE A MILLION BUCKS!

I needed some extra padding because the dress is tight, so without extra bust padding, I tend to look flat. But, I'm small chested, so that's me. It really sucks in that waist. I couldn't believe how thin I looked in that dress. Lovely, it was perfect.

I wore this to a Catholic wedding in New Orleans and it was just the perfect amount of sexy but still conservative. The dress came the day before my event allowing me to try it on and make sure it would work. It definitely clings but it is SO flattering I got a million compliments, and the length of the dress helps balance out how form fitting it is. The dress very comfortable and is true to size so even though I ordered a back up size I ended up wearing the size I had planned to wear (the small).

Fantastic dress! Wore it a friend's formal winter wedding and got compliments all night. It is extremely flattering and was surprisingly comfortable for dancing all night. Just be aware that it will take some effort zipping into it to get that slimming effect (i.e. a very patient fiancé) , but once its on, its amazing. I think it would not work well for large busts so just keep that in mind with sizing. Highly recommended!

I've worn Herve Leger before and for some reason this was the most comfortable one I've worn and is my favorite now by far. I'm small-framed, but always end up wearing the size Small. And I love the coloring of this - the lighter colors at the top accentuate the upper body, and the darker colors at the bottom slim the hips/thighs area. I wore this to a work-related event, so the length was just perfect, but the overall look was still nicely body-conscious. I highly recommend this.

Dress holds everything together, Don't need spanx!

I wore this for my work holiday party and got a million compliments on it. My date and I were deemed best dressed (#bragging) by everyone I talked to. This dress really smooths everything out so I didn't need to wear spanks or anything of the sort, not even tights. I usually wear a medium, and this fit very well. It was a little big in the bust, because I'm pretty small and wore a NuBra with it, but because of the type of fabric it really wasn't noticeable. I think I'll have to rent Herve Leger for every event I have from now on.

I was worried when I first pulled it out of the bag and tried it zip it up. However once it's on, it feels great. Danced in it all night at my company holiday party and had multiple people tell me I should own this dress immediately. Super comfortable. Would rent again.

It fit like a glove. True to size. I didn't have to wear spanx. It hugs your body and gives you a nice shape! The dress didn't ride up either even after standing up. Absolutely perfect.

I ordered XS and XXS. I ended up wearing the XS because the XXS had a flap of fabric sticking out from the armpit. The XS worked, but I liked the length better on the XXS. I felt like the XS was a bit too long for my 5'6" body. The wonderful thing about this dress is that it really cinches in your waist, and gives the illusion of great curves even if you aren't curvy.

This dress is such an easy fit and was one of my favorite RTR rentals. I would recommend wearing Spanx and a bra is not necessary, since the dress is tight fitting!

Dress was beautiful, and perfect for date night with my husband. Yes, it was very fitted and you have to work at getting into it and zipped - but that is to be expected with Herve Leger. Once in the dress - it hugs ever curve in all the right ways! Wore the "S" and would say it runs true to size. Not too short either, maybe a few inches above my knee and I am 5'7. When we were seated at the restaurant, our waiter said "That is a beautiful dress, and all the girls at the front were commenting on how gorgeous your dress is." With comments like that - who wouldn't feel beautiful? Thanks RTR for another great rental.

Fun party dress! Very fitted, but the ombre slims you down a ton and makes it perfectly figure-flattering. Definitely tight in the hips for any curvy ladies, but the stretch in the bandage makes it totally wearable. Paired with strappy heels for an ultra sexy look!

Loved this dress! I wore it for my wedding rehearsal dinner and thought it was a huge hit. The small fit everywhere except i could by no means get it over my chest- with or without a bra, so was happy that i also had the size Medium, although the medium was a bit stretched out at the top or just a bit loose but otherwise was nice and comfy). The dress was super comfortable, and I received tons of compliments all night :) Highly recommend!

The dress is true to size but sucks you in, may need helping zipping it p but once you are in, the dress is very comfortable.

The XS fit almost perfectly. The only complaints I have are that it was too long (I'm about 5 feet) and the fabric at the top of the zipper was stretched out and somewhat leaned outwards. I tried to fix this using my arm to keep it down, but it didn't work. This wasn't very noticeable. I also rolled the bottom of the dress up underneath to make a shorter length. Overall awesome dress!!!! so many compliments! The XXS could have worked, but I was more comfortable in the larger size.

I loved this dress! I got plenty of compliments all night. I got both the XS and S. The XS probably would have fit, but the one shoulder strap felt too tight near my neck, so I went with the S instead. My only complaint was that it seemed to ride up a little on my hips so the sides would bunch, but I have wide hips and that tends to happen to me. Other than that it was perfect! I will definitely be renting this dress again.

I wore this to a Vegas club to celebrate my birthday. I felt amazing in it - danced the night away and into the morning!

I wore this to my BFF's 50 Shades of Grey themed bachelorette. I was the "mistress of ceremonies." Basically this sucker rocked with red lipstick and a masquerade mask. The sizing was SO SNUG though. The M only fit when I sucked everything all the way in & laid on my side while my BFF zipped it up. It loosed up as the night wore on -- not "loose," but I could breathe. Get a size up. But amazing.

It was a great dress, comfortable, and fun! Got tons of compliments! Next time ill order a M.

Sticky bra over plain strapless

Fit is perfect. For those new to wearing Herve Leger, it will take some effort to zip up but it is worth it. I received so many compliments! Pair with sparkling accessories to brighten up.

A little tight on me, I had to have a few friends zip me into it. But once it was on it looked great and was stretchy so I could breathe.

I want to kick myself for not getting a picture in this dress. It was so flattering and beautiful. I am 5'4" and 104lbs and the XS was tight to get on! But once I had it zipped, it was so comfortable and flattering. It truly erases almost any flaw and the ombre was indeed very flattering. It was tight enough to be sexy, but modest enough to be classy and not ostentatious. I received an endless amount of compliments. It's hard for me to find dresses that fit well and this definitely fit the bill! I highly recommend it!

I did not wear this dress, as I needed a large in the bust. My daughter who is smaller tried it, and it looked great on her.

This dress was INCREDIBLY flattering. I was a bit nervous -- I had originally rented another dress but it was damaged so I picked this one to replace it last minute. There is no way the other dress could have been better. The fit is incredibly flattering, the color and shoulder fit is great, and I have larger shoulders so sometimes sleeveless or things that are shoulder revealing are not flattering on me. I only wish I had enough money to buy this dress!

This was one of two styles I rented for my 30 birthday. I went with another style Herve dress, as this one didn't fit as well. All the Herve Leger styles don't run exactly the same, so try it on ahead of time or have a back up size. I couldn't zip up the small in this style. Couldn't fit a strapless bra underneath because the dress was so snug. Shear on top because of the light gray making it hard to wear without a bra.

So it was way too small, since I ordered the wrong size. Should have ordered the XS. I would not have been able to wear it anyways to my rehearsal dinner, as it was very, very tight. Much more suited to a fun night out.

I absolutely love this dress! The lines are amazing. That being said - it was TIGHT! I know I am not a small girl being almost 6 feet tall. ...but I am always a medium in Leger dresses and have worn quite a few. This to me was even smaller fitting than some of the smalls I have worn. I know these dresses are designed to be tight - but I could not wear the dress and was thankful to have ordered a back up.

Fits smaller than normal Herve. Zipper is on the side and not ideal for a larger chest.

It is incredibly small! Once it was on, it felt ok, but holy cow, was it hard to get zipped! It looks good and felt good but I would order the medium next time.

Sophisticated as always. I found that the color was a bit stuffy and when I put it on it aged me a bit ... if there is a next time I think I would rent the pink one. the fit is tricky because these dresses are meant to be sooo tight. At first I thought I was a medium because a small was difficult to zip, but I found the side of my chest had a lot of excess fabric, so I decided to try the small again with a bit more effort and courage and it fit perfectly and maybe even sucked in my waist to be even smaller. Fit is great. really showed off my body. I just wish I chose a better color to match my age better.
