I loved how this dress fit and I got lots of compliments. I was concerned about how the back was open, but I'm petite so nothing showed. I wish RTR would have the option of letting us have first dibs on things we rented and loved... I'd love to own this dress!

Somehow I missed in all the photos that this dress has an open back. Super cute, flattering, and a great fit, but I rented it for work and didn't end up wearing it due to the back. Regardless, very cute dress. Would be good for a brunch, baby shower, summer date...

I work from home and seldom have to make it work appearances. Unfortunately, I recently gained a lot of weight and I don't have any work clothes that fit me. This dress was a very nice fit and look nice on, but the back is open and I'm afraid that if I wind comes along my Spanx will show. Outside of that issue, nice dress.

I usually wear an 8 but I wore a small and it fit great - a medium would have probably been too big. Super comfortable and everything stayed covered even with having my two small children in tow. Very classic, great compliments on the dress. I wanted to keep it.

True to size. Hard to button. Inside button was missing but that was OK because the sash could be tied tightly around my waist. Perfect dress not something I would usually wear but I love the style and will order more like this!

I love this dress and may have to buy it. I didn't realize it is open in the back. Thankfully it's high waisted so I could get away with wearing it to work before seeing a musical the evening. Rave reviews and then some! So flattering and I felt glamorous.

It hits at the right point for a business or family affair above the bust. I wore this to speak in the chapel so I was especially concerned about this point. The open back detailing was concerning at first, but I managed it with a black camisole and it ended up being kind of a cool detail that elevated the dress from boring to bold. The fabric has some stretch to it, so it is comfortable and the skirt is generous enough I was not worried about it flapping open. I got lost of compliments!

I thought this fit fine, it was a little tight in the sleeves. I felt self conscious about the open back and wore a camisole/tank underneath -- this also helped with the low-cut front, since I was wearing this to work.

The buttons were a little bit too weak. I guess they need to be sewed back multiple times. The dress is a must have for a summer night, but it is also perfect for the office.

The fit was overall true to size with the exception of the arm area - it was a little hard to lift my arms. The dress hit me mid-calf. Was suitable for the occasion!

I liked this dress so much I wore it 3 times before I returned it. It's so cute and different from everything else. However, it's extremely difficult to button. The buttons lay against your skin, on your waist, so it's really hard to reach underneath the dress to pull the buttons through. They're also kind of small and very flat and slippery. So they're even more difficult to grasp. The third time I wore it I had false nails put on, nothing very long, but even the additional bulk of the nails made me give up on trying to button the dress. I just tied it tightly and hoped for the best.

Retro design. I felt liked I walked off the set of I love Lucy. The cut out in the back was an interesting twist but since I wore it to work I wore a cami underneath. Lots of compliments.

It fit perfectly. The buttons were a bit snug around my waist but the tie made it feel secure. I posted a pic of the back. I loved the open back. It was unique. It's similar to a cape or the top back of a trench coat. I wore it to an Eastern house party and then again to work. I was not concerned about having a tank underneath, as you cannot are any skin unless you bend over.

I wanted to wear something to work that would work with the crazy spring weather, so I liked I could pair this with knee high boots and a warm trench or pink pumps and pink trench for warmer days. The cotton was breathable and I absolutely adore the puffy sleeves. Looked great with the shearling J.O.A moto jacket I rented too! One thing to note: wasn't wild about the poufy open back vent. That was kind of weird. I don't think you'd have to worry about exposing skin at work, my husband didn't notice until I pointed it out, but I wore a cami underneath just in case!

Love the style! Did not realize from the photo the upper back was "vented". I loved this, but definitely something to note for occasions (wasn't comfortable wearing for work).

Dress was cute! Loved the open back detail! Wore it to work and got a ton of compliments... was a little snug in the waist and the sleeve openings for me so wasn't the most comfortable to wear so I'd say runs a little on the small side but still fit and was able to wear it.

It's a cool and fun day dress. It was just very tight in the ribcage, but sizing up would have made it too big in the chest. I'm a 36C so if you're a 34 or below it might not bother you. I looked adorable, if I do say so myself. But after a full day at work I was ready to take it off.

I loved this dress however had I known I would've needed to pin it from showing my goodies I would've done so before leaving the house. It's a wrap dress so you can't go wrong but all day I was adjusting making sure my chest wasn't falling out and I wasn't flashing anyone when the wind blew. Just a few pins would've handled this situation. The dress is a great light weight material and the top back cut out gives the dress a little "things that make you go hmmm" vibe. Very comfortable.

You're into wearing capes. My neck was also a bit big for the collar. It's one of the only dresses I've rented that has come without pockets- and I'm certainly not holding it against them, but I didn't know what to do with my hands. Gingham is so in for the summer!

A new winner for the worst garment I have ever rented. The fabric is stiff so the vent in the back poofs out instead of laying properly so it looks like you have a hunchback. It's also terrible fit everywhere, very small in waist but way too big in the chest. Do not rent!!!

Super cute! has a cut out in the back but you can't really tell unless someone points it out. I'm usually a size small or medium and based on other reviews i went with a small fit perfectly

Loved the dress. Super cute - and comfortable. The skirt tends to fly open when walking through a breeze.

I loved this dress. (Unfortunately, it did not come pressed,so I couldn't wear it, but I would have, for sure.) The flap in the back is a weird design element, but it did lay flat, so that was good. The cotton has a nice crisp weight that gives the dress some shape through the skirt. Really cute. Fits and stays put around the bust.

love this dress, i wore it several times during my rental. So comfy, so flattering. A really amazing dress for casual events/work that makes you feel gorgeous. I will be renting this over and over.

This is the second time I've rented this dress. It's conservative enough in the front and hits at the knee but the open cape back brings a little bit of sex appeal without being over the top. Could be made work appropriate with a cardigan or blazer. Love this rental!

Loved the dress but please be aware that the back is open. I rented to wear for work so needed to wear a cami underneath. The wrap also had a tendency to fall open in front so I needed to use a safety pin to secure it in place. I loved the dress, however, and received many complements. I believe it might be better suited for social occasion than work one.

This was sooo cute, but way too big on me. Luckily it was a wrap dress and I could hide it, but I felt like I was swimming in the fabric.

I was suprised by the cut out in the back. It ran a bit tight around my rib cage. But the fabric looks and feels expensive.
