I loved this top - my selfie definitely doesn't do it justice. It was easy to wear and I think would work on a lot of different body types for a lot of different events. I wore it for a SOW presentation with an executive team and felt very confident and polished. The tie in the front was a little fussy at points, but really not an issue overall. I was able to wear it under a blazer, and it laid well while still showing the interesting details. I would absolutely rent this again (and would consider buying it).

I initially ordered this to wear at work, which was great, but it also looks awesome dressed down with jeans! I wore this outfit out to drinks with some girlfriends. The fabric is a bit thicker than I expected. It was nice to wear in the office where it tends to be chilly, but would feel heavy if you're wearing it at an event in the sun all day.

This top is beautiful. It is very structured so it definitely holds its shape. The material is heavy so this may not be ideal for warmer days. the attached tie belt compliments your waist for a more hourglass illusion. Pair it with our favorite jeans and sandals for a casual day out or dress it up for work with slacks and pumps.

I wore this top for a job interview and it was perfect. The fabric is thick and is flattering thanks to the stretch and peplum look. It looked cute under a blazer, and I would also wear it with jeans for a more causal look. The color wasn't at all dingy or looked worn (like some white pieces that are dry cleaned too often).

The fabric is thick but its cotton and very soft,! So simple but the slide slit and the knot makes it chic/fun. I paired it with skinny jeans or wide summer pants. Perfect for workwear/dates. Id definitely rent it again.

This top for tts and accentuated my waist. It can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. Will definitely rent again.

The fit is very flattering and the fabric is great quality.

The material really thick and good quality but not too hot on a 90 degree day in DC. My only complaint was that the sash was too short to be tied twice and it kept coming undone when it was tied once. Overall, I loved this though!

Fits great. Belt doesn't stayed tied unless you double knot it.

Fit like a glove. I have a larger bust and it hugged me perfectly.

Not ready to spend $240 for a top, otherwise would have kept it!

I loved the look of this blouse. I got many compliments and felt pretty in it. The sash does not stay tied but it isn't hard to adjust it. I liked the split on the sides as it gave a forgiving peplum look in a modern way.

I wore this shirt for a meeting at work and felt like a million bucks! the fit ran true to size for me. The material is high quality and the color is a little off-white - it is lovely. The belt portion got slightly wonky throughout the day, but I would just make sure it was sitting right periodically. Great shirt that I would definitely rent again.

This top fit very well. I have a large busy and it minimized it. The belt could be tied in several ways. I liked it on the side. Would rent again!

I liked the fit of this top and I liked that it had slits on the sides. The material was nice and sturdy as well. Agree with other reviewers that the tie did not stay put, and when you tied it in a full on knot it just didn't look right. It's a good basic top for a work event though. I probably wouldn't rent again, but would recommend for a work event if you're looking for something structured, but easy.

This shirt is really cute and fit love a glove. Note: the one that I received was kind of dirty looking and had some fabric piling. I'll be returning it unworn...unfortunately

Unfortunately I was not able to wear this shirt but I absolutely LOVED it. Was just a little too tight for me. Definitely planning to rent the next size up. The material is very thick and the shirt is well made, with adorable slits on the sides. I plan to wear with black skinny jeans and wedges.

This top is so gorgeous. You can tell it is a well made based on the material alone. I was not able to wear it though becauae the sash was not in the bag. But RTR was amazing and went out of their way to help me. I love this top. Goimg to try it again. With the sash!

It was a little boxier than i expected though the matrrial was substantial. Not the most flattering on my frame. The tie hit me at my solar plexus and was a little uncomfortable. I ended up not wearing it.

Fit was fine, but it's questionably suitable for work due to the open seams on each side, which can allow some skin to show depending on where the waist of your pants falls and how you're sitting and moving. The color wasn't as bright white as the picture.

Well made, good structure and I wanted it to be an easy top to wear with jeans, black pants, but it was not flattering. The pleats opened below the tie and gave the appearance of a protruding belly. I returned without wearing.

This top had a very weird fit. It looks longer on the model than it does in person, and I'm not that tall (5'4"). The neckline is also very high, and it was just overall very frumpy.

This top is well made, but very oddly made. You can't tell by the pic but the sides have slits that go up to mid torso. Much more of a peplum fit than pic suggests. I wear a 32C, and I was busting out of it. There are seams/pleats that cut below the breasts and just look odd. Would look good one someone who is extremely thin and very tall. Not for curvy girls, or at least not this curvy girl
