This was one of my four RTR items as a new update member. And I have to say, I couldn't be more pleased with this dress. I was able to make it casual enough for work and dress it up enough for other fun occasions. I wore the dress a total of 3 times, so I totally feel like I got my moneys worth! Would recommend this dress. I probably could have even gone a size down just because I do like things a little more form fitting. Overall, great dress.

I would've liked this to be a little more form fitting but felt the size was true and worked for me. It was a good weight fabric for the winter. Paired easily with boots and heels too.

When I opened the bag I was disappointed. Giant shapeless dress. But honestly I adored it all day. Comfy, very work appropriate and I thought it looked great. Maybe it was all due to that fantastic blue color!

I have no idea how to describe the fabric, but it's berry flattering and not confining. The blue is beautiful and I got a lot of complements. I may buy it!

The dress runs long, but arms/chest are actually TTS. The 0 fit great however if I was bustier this may not have been the case. Torso and legs are lined with a very soft, silky material however arms and neck are not. Pros: spacious, warm, high-quality fabric, conservative design, work-friendly, unique. Cons: couldn't wait to take it off at 5pm because it was just so darn heavy. This would be a great dress for the dead of winter.

I LOVE this dress...stylish, classy and perfect for work! I got a ton of compliments. I bought the 8 because I didn't want it to be tight but I probably could have worn the six no problem. If you want to be stylish at work, this is the dress to do it!

This dress surprised me - the pictures don't do it justice! The blue color really pops in person and I got a ton of compliments on the dress/color. It's warm so perfect for colder months with tights. Felt really pretty in this dress and was super comfortable.

I ended up wearing this dress multiple times! I love the long sleeves and collar but it does run a little big so i definitely could've gone down a size. But it still looked fine and was great for Thanksgiving:)

This dress was a little shorter than I usually like to wear for work, but with a pair of tights it was great. Hit just above the knee about an inch or two and I'm 5'5". Pretty comfortable. reminded me of a 60s or 70s shift dress style. I love the pattern on the fabric though I didn't love the feel of the fabric.

Dress was super modern but the fabric made this uncomfortable. The neck part was especially itchy. It felt like an upholstered couch from the 70's if that's helpful.

Straight shift fit. Nice weight and cut for fall. True to size and a comfortable fit.

This dress was great for work with black tights. Length is always an issue for me and this was on the mark - not too short! Its a little big in the mid-section but works with the "mod-like" style. The material was thinner than I expected, but not in a bad way. This is definitely a three-season piece.

I liked this dress and that it had a bit of a reto feel to it in the fabric and fit. A lot of people said it runs big. I think its true to size and is intended to not be fitted in the middle. Color is beautiful fabric is interesting in a good way.

This dress defintely runs large. I normally wear a size 6 and rented a 4, which fit well. The dress is not fitted, so I would recommend wearing a belt. The material has a nice texture that adds a nice touch. The sleeves are on the shorter side, which is my only "complaint" about this dress

Great option for a fall dress for work and it can also be worn in winter with tights. The picture shows the dress as blue but it is more of a purple tone in person. The style can be work with a regular bra and does not need Spanx, the style runs large so be sure to size down for your backup size. The fabric has a lot of stretch and I had comfortable room in the bust and hips. The hemline fell around my knee/mid thigh. I would recommend this style for women with these body types: Apple, Hourglass, Athletic, Pear, Petite, Straight & Narrow, Full Bust

The dress looked great with a suit jacket so I was able to wear it for a more formal meeting while keeping my look young. It is a little loose so adding a belt helped a lot. It's on the shorter end of what I like to wear to work so tights were key. Long sleeves were great but the turtle neck got a little itchy in the day so probably only downfall. I could use this for work or a dinner date again! Also looks great without jacket and belt but gathers a bit so have to be careful about how you place the belt

This dress was so big that it took careful styling to pull off. I am usually a pretty firm size 4, but probably could have worn a 0 in this one. Other than the size, I like the vintage look of the overall garment. Had it been tailored to fit, I would have given it another star. Good work look. A little too conservative for a night on the town though.

This dress was a great dress for work in the winter. I'm a little broader in the shoulders so it was a little tight through that area but fit great everywhere else

This dress was very warm. The sleeves were slightly scratchy. The fit was a little looser than I typically like but still flattering.

I believe this is meant to be a loose fit so I will say it runs true to size. However, if you prefer a tighter fit, I think you can safely size down. Although, personally I liked it the way it was. The material and fit is very forgiving.

Loved the retro look, just wished the arms had lining because the fabric is quite scratchy.

This dress has pretty much everything I look for in a 'work to evening' dress - shift, sleeves, full coverage, subtle print. So why did I only give it 3 stars. Well, the dress was lined except for the sleeves. And they were itchy! I wore a size 6, I am 5'2" and as you can see, it hit right above the knees so any taller and its a pretty short dress. So at my height, with dark tights, it works pretty well for what I needed (not too dressy for work and conservative for an after-work meeting/event) I probably would not rent it again.

I really love the color, unusual fabric, print, and warmth of this winter dress. Trendy and could be great for the office on someone shorter and apple-shaped or someone straight and narrow. I'm a tall, hourglass type who usually wears 10s and 8s. I typically pick 10s for work for a more conservative fit but picked the 8 based on the other reviews. The 8 was HUGE in the hips and midsection, almost too tight in the neck and bust, and the arms were too short (granted I have fairly long arms). I could definitely still wear it to the office with a jacket to cover the arms, but I'm going to return without wearing since I don't love it. If you're on unlimited, go ahead and try it. Would be perfect on the right person!

I wore this three times the month I had it. It was fresh every time! Looked great with or without tights. I paired it with black patent heels but could have worn almost any neutral color.

This dress made me feel like a million bucks. I loved everything about it. The color is gorgeous and rich, the pattern is different and cool but the long sleeves and turtleneck cut are I think what puts this in a category of its own for me. I felt covered up yet dressed up for the occasion and see myself wearing this many more times in the future! Only down side is the fabric was a little pilly by the time the dress got to me, didn't stop me from wearing but it looked like I owned the dress and had already worn it a bunch, oh well.

Paired this little gem with neutral wedges and was off to work! Fit great (if you like A-line dresses). Thick material...good for a cool spring or fall day. Would definitely rent again! Love Hunter Bell dresses!

I loved this dress so much! I'm a solid 4 and got a 4 and it ran a bit big, but I belted it and let the fabric above the belt hang over the belt a bit and it looked great. This dress is super warm and cozy, perfect for winter. I wore it to work and felt very professional and stylish. The little mockneck is a lot cuter in person. I came really close to purchasing this dress, it's lovely.

When I first put the dress on I was just eh about it but as I accessorized it I started loving it. I wore it with black tights, tall boots, and a long necklace. It's very comfortable and the material is nice. Easy 5 star for me
