I wore this to my son's senior awards banquet. It was a little warm outside so wouldn't recommend for outdoor warm weather event, but inside where the air conditioning was blasting, it felt very comfortable even tough I forgot to bring a sweater. The material is a little thick, but not uncomfortably so as long as the temperature is cool. The dress was very flattering - I wore it with a body slimming slip underneath to help keep my tummy flat and that worked really well. I wore rose gold metallic shoes with it which seemed to match well. I would definitely rent again.

I rented this dress for a rehearsal dinner in October. I was not sure what the weather was going to be like so I wanted something with sleeves. The material in this dress is strange. Like others said, it's sort of like a wetsuit. But it was stretchy and forgiving and I actually felt like the material really helped keep all the pieces in place-- it was slimming and hid bulges really well. Very comfortable and it looked great with black shoes. I would definitely wear this again. I was about 103 lbs. when I wore this and both the S and XS fit, but I felt the length on the XS was a better fit so I went with that. I loved this dress!

I wore this for a graduation 23 weeks pregnant. Very comfortable. Can tell that if it was hot out I was be sweating because of the material. But, great dress! Felt like I was in sweats...wore all day!

I rented this dress to wear to my daughter's first communion. This dress is absolutely gorgeous. I loved the pattern and material. I did wear some shape wear underneath but with the heavy wetsuit material I would say it isn't a must depending on your comfort level. I will say the material is heavy so I wouldn't recommend this for outdoors in the heat. Being 5'2 I'm always worried about awkward length but this worked well for a shorty!

I really liked this dress. It was unique and comfortable. It truly is like scuba suit material so that's why it runs small. It felt like sliding into one of those suits! But once it was on it felt good. The medium would've been too small though so I wore the large. It was perfect for an early spring night where I liked having a sleeve but it didn't make me hot!

Got the S and M and opted to wear the small. It fit perfectly. Like others said, the arms were a little tight, but not uncomfortable at all. Got so many compliments!

I loved the colors: blush, nude, bronze, and teal dominate the organic pattern of the dress. The Small fit me snugly, yet comfortably. This dress is very thick, so definitely not for summer. I loved wearing it.

Dress was thicker so it was perfect for the winter. Overall great fit. Dress isn't as vibrant as pictured. Didn't bunch up or crease. Super comfortable dress. I am about 5'4" tall with a size 34DD bust and weigh about 135 lbs.

This dress will turn heads and can be styled up or down. I'm not a big jewelry person, and you don't need much else with this number. Plus it was long enough, which hardly ever happens on my frame. Comfortable, unique, and conservative with some sass = right up my alley. One of my favorite rentals!

I was scared of wearing it to work which is conservative corporate but I decided to do it and received ton of compliments. It is body hugging but still work appropriate. The dress is very comfortable. I loved the long sleeves and the length of the dress. My office is always freezing cold and this dress kept me warm. I probably wouldn't recommend wearing it to an outdoors event on a hot day. I would rent again.

The design of this dress was really unique and definitely stood out amongst the crowd, but in a way that made it feel special and garnered many compliments. I love a good long sleeve dress and a fitted silhouette and this fit both of those criteria without being so fitted that it showed everything- which means I was able to enjoy a few beers the night of (and the night before :)) without worrying that it would show. Loved it!

I needed something warm and comfy but still fun that fit the restaurant dress code. This was exactly that! I attached a close up of the colors bc most don't give it justice. It was so perfect I wore it the next day to a company party as well. Being very tall -the dress length was short but still acceptable. I have normal arms and the fit was a bit tight at the cuff or I would have gone down a size bc the body of the dress is stretchy/forgiving. Beware the neoprene material did smoosh down my chest by a lot; a push-up could have counterbalanced that but I honestly didn't care. Can pair with prettymuch any color. I chose a green handbag/black shoes & gold bracelets/earrings. No necklace b/c the pattern is so busy.

I was 29 weeks pregnant and about 140lbs and this dress worked perfectly. The material is thick and scuba-like, so it helps to create a great silhouette and is perfect for a winter wedding. I wore the size small, but the medium could've worked as well, just had some bunching of material above the bump.

Other reviews mention the thick fabric in a negative light. I loved the cosmic spacial print and the thick fabric made the snug fit extremely flattering. I wore this dress for a photo shoot for a local magazine cover.

The dress pattern is very pretty in person. The material is thicker than I expected, but it was super comfy. It hugged in the right places, but didn't feel uncomfortable sitting down and didn't ride up when I was walking. I usually wear a size 4 and the M was a little big on me.

I bought this for an event, but i ended up wearing another item from Rent the Runway. I still wore this to work a few times. It is a fitted dress. If you want to wear this to work, and work in a more conservative environment, I would recommend ordering a size up. The material reminds me of a scuba suit a bit, so it is a bit on the warmer side. I ordered a small and medium, and i normally wear dress size 2-4 depending on the cut. The small of this dress was super tight, especially on my butt (but i have a big butt). The medium was slightly less figure flattering, but overall more comfortable. I am 5'3" so the hem was much longer on me than on the model. Great material.

The pros: Beautiful colors, it is great quality and I loved wearing it. It is a one of a kind design. The Con: I don't have anything negative to say about this dress.

Very comfortable dress for a work conference. Wore with a leather jacket during the day and then took the jacket off to make it a little dressier for dinner. I would definitely get it again.

Amazing, stretchy printed sheath! This style runs true to size and is fitted throughout the bodice. If you are larger than a 36C cup, consider sizing up. The fabric has a bit of stretch to it. It is a great style for the fall and has a fun and unique print!

First off, I have to mention how amazing the manager at the Chicago RTR store is!!! I had rented a previous style for a wedding that I thought was bump friendly (by the time of the wedding I was 12 weeks pregnant). The dress arrived late Thursday night, but I was already in bed and worked on Friday so I did not try the dress on until Friday evening. By that time, the deadline for exchange had passed. My husband raced me to the store Saturday morning to plea with the store to let me rent another dress. I was a hormonal, pregnant mess and the manager was able to calm me down almost instantly. He gave me a credit for a rental and personally picked out dresses for me to help me feel sexy and beautiful, even with a pronounced belly. The dress I am reviewing was one I did not even think to pick out for myself. The manager suggested it and as soon as I tried it on, I fell in love! The fabric is very similar to neoprene (like a wetsuit) which seems weird at first, but it was incredibly comfortable. The outdoor wedding was also colder than anticipated, so I felt super warm in my dress. I would imagine you may not want to rent this dress for a hot, summer wedding, but it was perfect for a crisp Fall evening. I could not have been happier. I am not a "hug" type person, but I hugged the manager that day. Thank you for an awesome experience!

super comfortable for a bobycon dress

I wore the extra small - the small was not as form fitting. The colors were vibrant and the sleeves were nice given that it is winter time. The fabric has some stretch to it and isn't overly tight.

Thick, smoothing, stretchy, scuba material = forgiving and VERY comfortable however the dress did show the top line of where my tights hit, right in the stomach crease. This is a problem area for me and this dress unfortunately showed it...but it wouldn't have if I weren't wearing tights. But a cold NYE requires tights here!

I wear this for a winter destination wedding in Park City. It was great for the occasion, although I probably wouldn't rent it again. The print was a little louder than I anticipated but still looked good. The fabric is thick and has some stretch to it which was great since I was 19 weeks pregnant. Although the S fit, I ended up wearing the M as it was more comfortable in the chest (I was wearing a 32DDD at this time.) Overall it worked as a semi-formal maternity dress!
