Other reviews are correct that the fit of this is a little strange. Arms were snug, but the body was boxy and it's VERY low cut and short. The collar was not lying correctly either. Fashion tape/ironing might have helped. You could do a cami, but I just let my bra show. I wore this to a party and felt comfortable dancing all night and did not mind that the dress came open a bit.

Length and structure are great. I wore a sticky plunge bra and def needed it-- it's all about peek a boo with the chest. I did hold it self consciously when I walked to the bathroom, but that's my own issue. You should wear it and shine!

This dress was really cute and classy. I don’t have much of a chest, so the plunging neck was a little much. If there would’ve been a real button at the top, it would’ve been PERFECT. it just made it difficult to sit comfortably and not worry about it falling open. The length was perfect though.

Rented this for a bachelorette party. I loved the style and it was exactly what I expected! I had to use some fashion tape since the deep V in the front can be revealing especially if sitting or bending over. I also used fashion tape to keep the collar in place as it wouldn't stay folded over. This dress has a lot of fabric to it and keeps you pretty warm!! I wore it in Charleston in the summer and regretted my decision to get this type of dress, but otherwise I would definitely recommend!

Fits well. I wore this with a lacy Spanx body suit and black satin shorts underneath so I'd feel comfortable sitting at high top tables. As other people have mentioned it would've been perfect had there been an additional button hole at the top of the dress. Rented this for a cocktail party we were hosting, so I needed pretty but comfortable. This fit the bill, but I probably could've ordered a size smaller. As others have mentioned, you'll want to tape/pin the top -- it's reallllllly low -- and bending over or reaching up is out of the question. I thought the sleeves were a little long too, so had to cuff. Styled with some t-strap heels. Also: this is a heavy piece. Definitely good for cooler weather! Running around as hostess I was sweating!

I loved the style of this but I wish it didn't go down so low. I had to tape both side so it wouldn't fly open. Arms are a little tight around shoulder area. A lot of compliments though!

Such a cute tuxedo dress. Too cold to wear on its own. Styled it with cropped jeans and a turtleneck. You probably want to wear something under it anyway because it fits more like a jacket or blazer. Shoulder pads give it a fun 80's feel. I could have easily sized down.

Deep V.

I have an athletic type build, I am 5'8'' and about 220 lbs. Most of my weight is evenly dispersed (think life-long soccer player who also loves pizza), but my arms are muscly and I couldn't even get my biceps into the sleeves. Such a bummer because this dress is really cute!

I would wear this every single day if I had the excuse to. Added a belt to this to give a little shape, paired with nude heels and it was absolutely perfect for date night!

Wore this with athleisure tights and sneakers to a casual dinner. It was a hit! The blazer does run big, but it may have been nice to wear as a blazer dress with a belt.

Somewhat roomy in the front. It would help to have a third row of functional buttons (as opposed to decor buttons). Also, I would have preferred a less clingy and shiny fabric. For a more structured silhouette.

Loved the idea of this dress, unfortunately the arm/sleeve fit was very snug. I would not recommend to someone with muscular arms or broad shoulders.

TOO SMALL

Really wanted to love it. It didn't look BAD but it's just weirdly shaped. It gapes if you have any kind of chest. Maybe would look good if you had a bodysuit under it that you'd be okay if it showed.

The collar was smaller than I realized and it made my hips look wider than they are. You will definitely need skin tape for breasts.

This looked great on the model, but made me look like I was wearing a badly tailored man's suit jacket. Not my favorite rental, I didn't wear it.
