Loved the details along the side of the bodice. Fits small so maybe size up for your backup size?

I wore this colorful, comfortable vintage Halston to a formal wedding. It has a lovely color and shape. The little peak holes on the side are minimal— not noticeable and appear more like an interesting folded fabric pattern.

We attended an early October wedding in south Texas. The weather started out very hot but cooled once the sun was down. The dresses material proved to be light enough to handle the heat and provided a lot of comfort after dark. I receive a lot of compliments, which I appreciated as this dress was a louder color than I usually wear. I've noticed in the photos some stretching just below my neckline. I think this had to do with how I was standing, and hope it looked good the rest of the night :)

I wore this to a black tie optional affair and was very happy with it. It fit well, was comfortable, and I loved wearing a bright color in a sea of black and blue. I was able to wear a small heel, although it wasn't quite as long as I would have preferred, but I'm tall so shouldn't be an issue for most.

At first, I thought the dress looked a little formal and it wasn’t super cute until you put it on and it was perfect. Wore to a black tie optional wedding and this was not too formal. it was perfectly classy..

I wore a size 0 and this dress fit like a glove. I loved it and felt amazing in it. It’s very simple but the color pop and awesome fit made it stand out in a crowd in all the right ways. I’m 5’4” and in a 3 inch heel the back of the dress still skimmed the ground. I do not have the curves I wish I did and this dress flattered my assets very well when I couldn’t fill out other dresses.

Very tight fit which ends up being ok since Spanx are less of an option with the cutouts on the side. Color much brighter in person- but managed to stay formal and not too Barbie.

I will definitely rent again for another event!

Loved this dress, I'm usually between a 6-8, went with the 6. I'm 5'9 and the regular length was fine but I wore shorter heels. Comfy and easy to walk and dance in!

I loved this dress! It was very flattering and is such a great color. I am tall (5'11) and the dress hit me at a good length with 1.5 inch heels on. It may be a little too long for shorter women. I received many compliments and definitely recommend.

Rented this for my husbands formal work award party. It was a gorgeous dress and I received many compliments on the color! I am 5'3 and in heels the dress length was almost perfect. I do think the back might have be a tad long. I wore spanx under, the fabric is thicker but I was concerned with lumps and bumps showing. I rented the size 4 & 6 and ended up wearing the 6. The bigger size helped me zip, so it was my bust and rib cage area that needed the size up. For reference, I am usually a 34c.

I loved this dress! It was flattering and comfortable. The fabric isn’t super stretchy, but it hold everything in place and smooths it out. The color is saturated, but it’s not neon pink which i liked. My favorite part was that I could get a petite length! I’m 5’4” and with 3” heels this perfectly skimmed the floor. That’s always my biggest challenge on RTR; I would definitely rent this again!

This was a backup dress I was sent but I'm SO happy I got this one instead! I wore this to a black tie wedding in June and got tons of compliments - I was only the person wearing a dress that wasn't some shade of blue and boy did I stand out - but in the absolute best way possible! I wore a size 4L with 3" heels and it was the perfect length (I'm 5'8"). Defeinitly on the tighter side but the fabric is somewhat heavy so no panty lines/spanx showed. Would definitely rent again!

Ignore my dirty mirror… pretty dress but fits a little weird up top. I wish I got a smaller size, but I am wearing it tomorrow!

I loved the dress - though I would caution that it is a little tight around the tummy. And the people saying you don't need a bra must not have very much going on. I definitely needed something! It photographed great in my room, but I must say in some of the pics from the event, I look pregnant! So, maybe it wasn't the best dress on me, but I got tons of compliments, so I think maybe it was the way I positioned myself or something. Got the 8 and the 10 - the 10 was perfect - not too long at all.

Form fitted. Little give in hips, but I could still sit and move without issue. Length was perfect with my height (5'7") and 3.5 in heels. If anything, it could have been a tad shorter for comfort. I felt very sexy, but classy with the high neck and length. Lots of compliments!

Overall form fitting. The midline helped create shape. I was able to wear spanx even though the sides are see through. Wouldn't have done it if it weren't for spanx but the high neck was perfect for a work red carpet. I'm 5'7 1/2 and any taller and it would have been too short! Didn't love the butt lining in the back considering it was for work but still wore it

I loved this dress. I wore it for a formal night on a cruise and loved the color and fit. I possibly could have used a slightly larger size, but I'm hard to fit. My bust and waist are small, but my hips are kinda JLo, so I was tugging at the dress any time I would rise and sit.... but if you're true to size all over it shouldn't be a problem. I got lots of compliments on the dress.... still am!!!

Glad I got the 2L as it was perfect in length with 3” heels. Stretchy fabric, form fitting, I felt fabulous! Works well with a sticky bra, as there are see-through patches on the sides. I am pretty small up top but with a bit of a booty and I felt this dress shape was perfect for me.

Wonderful dress for a black tie wedding. Got so many compliments on the color and flattering fit. I wore a strapless bra and spanx with it. I'm 5' 7" and wore 3" heels which was perfect for the length, but I was also able to dance barefoot without tripping!

The color is amazing - received so many compliments!! Fit was true to size, skimmed curves but didn't overly accentuate any lumps and the side cutouts are discreet enough that the dress is still wearable for family events, etc.

Needed a dress last minute as none of my original selections fit. Thankfully the DC store had this dress available, and it was absolutely perfect. I wore this to a wedding on a tropical island in Africa, with a formal dress code. I needed something that would be easy to pack, was festive, but still formal enough for the wedding. This absolutely fit the bill. The color is a bright pink fuchsia, photographs a bit orange depending on the light. The length was great - I'm 5'7', wore wedges with a 1 inch platform and 4 inch heels, the front skimmed my toes and the back (slight) train skimmed the floor. It traveled well - I made sure to hang it up at every stop, and it wrinkled just slightly, nothing a few steamy showers couldn't fix. The only drawback is that the side has a mesh cutout that makes the sides of your bra visible. I just wore a nude strapless and it blended in enough. The dress seemed a bit tight - I usually wear a 6 in "normal" clothes, and tend towards an 8 in RTR brands, but the 10 was still a slight bit snug around the waist. Bust was great - I'm 36B - bustier ladies might want to size up, though the fabric is decently stretchy. Overall, if you want something tropical colored that is easy to travel with, this is a great choice!

Wore to a formal wedding. Overall it was really nice, loved the color and the fit was great. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars was because I was looking for something different but RTR only had very limited options of gowns in my size. That being said I would still recommend it

This was for a formal wedding in southern California. I wore my backup size because my normal size was a little too tight. I was worried that the arm holes would be too small but they were very comfortable. I thought the dress was quite flattering for hourglass shapes. The cutouts on the side were a fun detail, but it was annoying that the hanger straps would show through so I had to situate them a bit to hide them. The bottom of the dress was also quite wrinkly. There was not a ton of stretch in the dress so I couldn't bend or sit without pulling it up a bit. However, it was about as comfortable as it could be for an outdoor wedding in 90+ degrees!

The length in the “Long” size is perfect for tall women. I had a 2L and it was a little tight in the hips but fit me well up top. Beautiful design and material.

You need to be taller than I am and also wear very high heels. The dress itself fit well and was stunning but I couldn't wear it because of the length.
