I wore this for my husband's work party. I loved the fit, it was very flattering. Usually, dresses like this can make me look pregnant because of my apple figure but this one was fitted in all the right places. There are two pieces to this dress, there is a slip. The dress is short, even for me but the fitted slip made me feel comfortable raising my hands on the dance floor. I got compliments all night on the dress. Would totally rent this dress again

Loved this dress but it is SHORT - the proportions are honestly difficult for anyone even my height (5'6"). This would not have really been able to be worn without tights, it just didn't look right. If you are petite, I think it would be great. The volume and tailoring are really beautiful, it's a lightweight cotton (I think) voile and not a satin or shiny material as it sort of looks in the model pic. The color is also nice, I don't always love navy but it's kind of a rich jewel-tone and not too dull. It's not really fitted or tight anywhere except the shoulders (a little restrictive when removing the garment).

I really loved this dress. It was well made and very stylish. While the material was lighter than expected it was perfect with tights and short boots. I did take it on a business trip and not ideal fabric for packing but a little steam in the shower did the trick. Even kept it an extra week to wear it again.

I struggled whether or not I should wear this and ultimately decided to send it back. I thought this was going to be a heavier, shinier fabric but it is a thin cotton. It also looks indecently short on the model (I intended to wear it as a tunic with leggings) but as you can see it falls just a few inches above the knee on my 5'6" frame. It was cute and flattering in certain poses but the line of the dress made me look thicker than I cared for from head on and behind. I usually wear between a 12/14 and have wide shoulders but fit was good. No stretch at all but due to the cut you shouldn't need any. Comes up a bit when I lift my arms but has a slip that keeps it modest. Since I liked it but didn't love it and have unlimited, I sent it back.

This dress wasn't the most flattering, but it was so light and soft that I didn't even care. The sleeves were super weird in the way they were cut.

I had to wear this as a tunic because it was too short at the back on my height. Love the fabric, color and unique sleeves.

I wore this to a casual wedding. A lot of reviewers complained of it being short, but I thought it was fine. I just had to be careful with lifting my arms and putting on my coat. It is a little tight through the shoulders, because of the way the seams are. I paired it with tights and sock booties.

It fit perfectly and I wore it with a pair of booties.. loved it!!! Will rent it again...

This was a great dress, especially for the tummy conscious. I'll rent again and probably buy!

This was my first RTR. Ordered it for an exhibition opening (work-related) for a Japanese artist - I thought the simple yet structured design would be a compliment to the artwork as well. I ended up wearing the Medium, only because the shoulders felt a little tight in the Small. This is going to sound strange... but the best thing about this dress is the slip. Why, right? Well, I was confused at first because the slip felt redundant... the dress is already double layered everywhere except the sleeves so it's not like anyone was seeing through it. Then I realized... due to the length and volume of the dress, lifting your arms up severely brought the hemline up... and with the loose volume, a stiff breeze could blow the whole thing up. That slip can save you from one hell of an embarrassing moment! Some astute designer made their salary back on that one. To be totally honest, this dress is FABULOUS. Don't be deceived by the simplicity. I also wore it with a long, white, "Y" necklace to bring attention down the center instead of around. I was being complimented all night! This dress WORKS because of the mini length. With long sleeves and volume, it could have easily swallowed up any frame without the mini length. So if you're a girl like me, who's sensitive about almost every area of her body except her legs, this dress should be on you! (So sorry for no pic - I'm an IRL girl!)

I love love love this dress. I was a little concerned about the length, but I'm 5' so it hit me mid-thigh and was just fine. I still wore the slip for extra security. The deep blue is gorgeous and saturated and the fabric light and breezy. The only complaint is that it's a little tight under the arms (and I'm small busted). Otherwise, I wish this dress was in my own closet!

Was looking for a flowy stop. The sleeves are very cute. Looks great with jeans and booties or i also paired with work pants and a longer light gray blazer.

Dress was to big but was able to make it work for the night and absolutly loved it.

The dress is perfect - I ordered a size XL because I wanted it to be extra comfy and as long as possible (it looked super short in the pictures). The fabric was super light - not what I was expecting - but it has been unseasonably warm in Houston so it was perfect. The sleeves are super fun and I loved the neckline. But, the color is what is really special. The inky blue is PERFECT!! I highly recommend this dress if you are looking for something easy and comfy, but that has some real visual interest (sleeves) and that is cut well and doesn't wear like a sack or a mumu.

This dress comes with a slip, but I didn't find it necessary to wear. I wore it for a hot Thanksgiving lunch, so it was perfect for feasting and the lightweight material kept it breezy. It's pretty short, and I wore it with super high wedges so it was all legs, but it's a fun one!

It was a little long on me but really fun. Wore with thigh high suede boots.

Stylish and comfy. Can dress up or down. Runs a little large because it is a baggy dress but short so for tall girls I would consider sizing up. Since it is short it doesn't look grumpy at all but super sexy

Be prepared that this will wrinkle, but it doesn't matter. It's easy to wear, with a wonderful little detail on the sleeves. I paired it with over the knee gray boots. So many people commented about this one. I hesitate to share how much I loved it because I just know it will be hard for me to rent next time I want it.

Really cute and shows off your legs, it is linen and SUPER hot, my only qualm since I rented in July in S.C. but it is really cute and great for cooler months!

It was a cute babydoll dress. But, proceed with caution, it's short. There will be no bending in this or even getting into a car that requires you to step up to enter. I dressed it waaay down and wore sneakers. This probably would've been a no go in heels. Received a couple of compliments. But, if you're busty it could give you some maternity vibes (as a word of caution).

But very very short! I'm only 5'3" and I couldn't wear it as a dress. But it was still very cute as a top over white jeans!

read reviews, but didn't realize how thin this is! there isn't much structure to the dress, but photographs well. i'm usually a 4, but went with the XS because of the shape and was glad i did because it is large. it's rather short, but it wasn't an issue for me because i'm short. the sleeves didn't bother me. it actually photographs better than it looks in person. overall, just ok

I liked the material and even the sleeves because they had such an interesting design. I'm usually a fan of flowy/baggy dresses but this one was such an odd shape and so tent-like I couldn't make it work from any angle.

it looks like a shirt and was too voluminous for me. I also didn't like the fabric.
