I was looking for a long dress that covered my cleavage and I got wear a regular bra with it. The slit made it so it was still sexy. Fabric has some stretch and was very comfortable.

True to size-no stretch but true to size. More grey than white in the ruffle. I am 5'8 and the R hit me perfectly.

Loved wearing this dress and received many compliments. It showed off my curves without being too tight. The ruffle added some flare, as did the slit. It fit me really well. Wearing heels the dress was almost at the floor, but when the heels eventually came off, I wasn't tripping over the extra fabric.

I squeezed into a size 12, almost didn't make it. I had my handy dandy under garments to help with that. I wanted a fitted look, but the dress didn't have any stretch. I loved how it fit and had this on my list to order for years. Glad I finally got the opportunity! Order in advance, it doesn't stay in stock long.

This is probably my favorite dress I've ever worn! Material was super comfortable, but slimming and extremely flattering. Loved the details and the unique look. Definitely want to rent this one again!

Beautifully structured, comfortable, nicely fitted with room to move and eat. The sleeve details stays propped up and is gorgeous.

The lengths were sent in reverse order than what I ordered. It ended up working as you can see, but it was a bit do concerning for future orders.

The dress was a bit long with the shoes I wore. I got lots of compliments on it.

Coming off a year of quarantine I had no idea what size I would be. I'm normally a 4 so I got the 4P and the 6R (the 6P wasn't available). The 4P fit, but was just a touch too snug. Honestly - there isn't much difference between sizes aside from the length. I wound up wearing the 6R as I'm busty and it fit a little better under the arms. It was a little too long, but with an average heel it wasn't so long that I was tripping while walking. (Dancing was a little trickier, but I just lifted the sides a little.) The slit is high, but I didn't mind. I was able to criss cross the straps of a regular bra and it never showed. I bought tummy tucking underwear but it caused funny lines under the fabric so I just wore a regular panty that was high cut in the back and it looked great. So many compliments! Wore this to a black tie optional wedding. Highly recommend!

I'm 5'2" and I got the 2R and the 4R. I ended up wearing the 4R with 3 inch heels and it fit perfectly. I love that you can wear a bra with this dress!

I wore this for a Mardi Gras ball and I received so many compliments it was on the conservative side so I jazzed it up with red accessories and glitter eye shadow. Great first experience with RTR.

I absolutely loved this dress! I wore it for a black tie optional wedding. It was very comfortable! I am usually between a size 10 and 12, I wore the 10R and it was a perfect fit! The dress material is great quality, hangs nicely! I felt the dress was very flattering and I received so many compliments all night! I would rent this dress 100 more times! The R was maybe a little long on me, but I only wore about 3 inch heels. Also- you can wear a regular bra, which who doesn't love that option.

It fit great! I usually get a size 8 dress, but the 10R fit perfect. I received a lot of compliments on this dress. It was so comfortable and I loved that I could wear a regular bra, and it didn't show. The length was perfect, it showed just enough thigh, and I wore 5" heels.

I usually wear a 4 or 6, but a 2 might have been better. Comfortable and fun but a little covered up.

This dress is super flattering with thicker, forgiving fabric that has just the right amount of stretch. I would suggest getting a long size if you are tall (I'm 5'10) if you plan to wear any sort of heel. The slit is beautiful when standing but comes up pretty high when sitting. The best part is that you can wear a normal, comfy bra with it!

I absolutely loved this dress. The material is thick and high quality, and the color black is dark and does not look cheap. I wanted something simple and elegant, but different. The slit up the dress was sexy and the ruffle was flattering for my arms. I wore two inch heels and the dress dragged a little, but I didn't want to trip if I wore higher heels. Even though the dress was a bit long, the dress flows nicely and moves with you. I got many compliments throughout the night from strangers, and was told my dress was to die for. I got an updo and wore drop earrings. The dress is very flattering and is comfortable. I do recommend as someone stated in another review to wear a strapless bra, as one of my straps had to be tucked in a few times that night. Incredible dress. Very happy with this rental and I really did feel like a movie star.

This dress was the perfect choice! It fit true to size, the length was perfect, I was able to wear normal undergarments and at the end of the night I didnt want to take it off!

The slit was great when standing, but a little high when sitting. I also was on couch not a chair. The back has ruffles, i'd recommend an updo. SUPER SUPER COMFY dress! Have to wear heels, no "long" needed.

Wore this to a formal affair for my husband's work and I just loved this dress! The fabric had just enough stretch to allow for movement, wasn't too thin or too thick, felt very comfortable, and actually kept me a little warmer in the Feb evening weather. Best part; I could wear my favorite, comfy (read: ugly/full coverage) bra underneath this dress! The fabric smoothed undergarment lines nicely without having to resort to Spanx or something similar. And I just LOVED the ruffle on the shoulder; it was such a perfect touch of flair to the otherwise more simple dress. One downside was that slit had been previously ripped; but I popped a safety pin on the backside to keep it from ripping further and it worked just fine. I wore about 3 inch heels and the Long size just barely stayed off the ground; tall gals, go for the long! Tons of compliments and this dress is definitely going in the "purchase later" list! Highly recommend. [Sorry about the poor image quality! We had low lighting and despite our photog's best attempts, the photo just didn't come out too well!]

This dress was amazing!! It fit well and so flattering! The ruffle was a great statement and the slit up the leg is so sexy! I am fairly broad-shouldered so it was true to size for me - especially in the upper body/bust area. I highly recommend renting this dress!

Usually I wear a 6, but the 4R in this style fit me like a glove. Not too tight, not too lose. Length for me was perfect with heels. The ruffle and slit are everything!!! Such a simple black dress but way amped up on the drama because of those two elements. Seriously got so many compliments all night and the dress made me feel like a million bucks all night long. Cannot day enough about this dress!

I am about 5'5 and the length with a small heel was perfect. I range form an 8-10 and the 10r fit perfectly! Not too tight and a kittle wiggle room.

This gown looks expensive and is clearly high quality. It is a gorgeous gown, but the shoulder flounce made me look top heavy and wider than I am, so I decided to wear a different gown. Also, length didn't work for me. Pros: high quality material, lined, sexy slit, runs to to size (to slightly large --> if you are in between sizes, you can likely order down), enough room for my C-cup chest; can be worn with regular bra. Cons: the shoulder flounce made me visually look wider and bulkier on top than I am used to; the long version of this dress is too long for me and the regular version is too short for me (for reference, I am 5'8" and wear 3" heels; the long version puddles on the floor by 1"; the regular version would fall 2" above the floor).

Usual size 4 or 6 for top and 6 or 8 for bottom. Size 4R fit me very well and the dress was very comfortable and elegant. Length was perfect for 5’ 5” wearing 2.5” heels. Highly recommend this dress for any formal occasions!

I wore this to a Ball and everyone loved it! Fit perfectly, I am just shy of 5'6'' and ended up ordering petite since I knew I wasn't going to be wearing 3-inch + heels all night. It was perfect, my shoes barely peeked out the bottom. The material is thick and stretchy. I loved that I could wear a normal bra with this dress! Would def order again and recommend to anyone!

Loved this. So much. The slit is a little high, but it wasn't uncomfortable. I felt incredible and got so many compliments. I can wear a 2 or 4 in a dress, and this was only available in 2 so I chose that. It was a little snug, but nothing that was terrible. I have a smaller top and waist and big ol hips. 100% would recommend if you want to feel beautiful! Side note- the sleeve color is grey... it was different that I expected based on the photo

The dress was a little big (length was long with moderate heels and bust was roomy but highly padded bra filled it out) but very comfortable (even when sitting a dancing). The ruffle definitely elevated this classic LBD!

The length was perfect (I'm 6' tall). I wore a regular bra, which made it so easy and comfortable for dancing all night, and I didn't feel like I had too much room in the bust. A total win.

Comfortable, flattering, absolutely loved wearing it. I added a belt to define my waist but the dress itself really didn't need it. The ruffles were not overwhelming, the dress is beautiful, pictures don't do it justice
