The fit was exactly spot on. In person, I thought the dress seemed less blue/teal than in the photos. It's not my usual style, but I was so happy I took a leap! I'm 5'11", and most of my height is in my legs; this dress wasn't too short, which is always tough for me!

This dress is amazing!! So comfortable to wear; heavy, quality material; very flattering; and you can’t beat pockets! I did lots of dancing in this dress. I also love that it was forgiving in the tummy area, as I’m self conscious about my mommy tummy. The only odd thing is how the dress bends and sticks out when sitting down. I would definitely wear this again.

I have an unlimited membership and rent a ton of dresses but this was hands down my favorite! I rented it for a summer wedding and I felt amazing in it. The color is stunning, the material is light and comfortable, and the shape is probably flattering for every body type! I would highly recommend this dress!

I wore this dress for our engagement pictures and I couldn't be more happy with it! The dress was true to size, a bit snug for me but was still comfortable!

This dress was wonderful- it fit like a glove and while there was no stretch to the fabric I did not feel like it was overly constricting. I did not need to wear a bra. The bust was a little on the smaller side though and could be too revealing if you are bigger busted. I felt great in this - the length was OK even in high heels and being on the tall side. You will need a steamer/iron for this dress as the fabric is on the heavy side. But I think that's a good thing as the structure helps to hide and lumps and the cut was great for my body type. Despite the heavier fabric I was still able to wear for an outdoor wedding in July in 90 degree weather. The sizing was good for me I got a backup size 1 size up but did not need could have possibly gone a size down for backup.

Perfect cocktail dress. It was flattering on the chest without being too revealing. Material was very sturdy. Fun to dance in, too!

The fit was absolutely perfect for my body. I have a smaller ribcage and wider hips. Size 2 ribcage and between a 2 and 6 hips depending on designer. I felt beautiful in this dress and it is the perfect shade of green! I wore it to the opening day at the Del Mar racetrack with a white& black hat and nude heels. Had several compliments! I would rent again if it came in more colors! I'm 5'10, 137 lbs, typically size 2-6 depending on dress style

i rented this vibrant dress for an outdoor wedding in roche harbor and i couldn't have been happier with it! the color is gorgeous and the dress can be worn without a bra (bonus!). it was such a comfortable dress to wear yet sexy and the perfect length. i only wish it had pockets! i received many compliments and loved how much the dress stood out in photos. loved it so much!

I loved this dress and was amazed that I did not have to wear a bra. This is the ONLY time I have ever done that and it worked great! The dress is structured enough that you don't need extra support! It feels really high quality. It was longer on me than the model but I expected that since I'm short. The only downside was that by later in the evening it felt like it stretched out a bit but not to the point of causing any issues. Would rent again!

This dress fit like a glove and I love the color. Perfect for the summer! The material has no stretch, so I suggest sizing up with your back up. I did not wear a bra with this dress, but a strapless bra, or even a standard bra would be fine. The ;pockets are also a plus with this dress!

I went to the flagship store and my stylist picked this look for me. I was unsure about it because of the style and cut but it ended up being my favorite look I've gotten from RTR so far. 10 fit great and was comfortable. Pockets add a fun detail too.

Beautiful color! This dress is great for a party or formal occasion. You'll definitely stand out in this beautiful green! This runs true to size and we recommend sizing up for your backup. This works best for A to C cup sizes, since it is fitted in the chest. This is fitted at the natural waist, but there is comfortable room for hips! This should be worn with a strapless bra since there is a low cut back. The fabric has no stretch and this works best for athletic, pear, petite, and straight & narrow body types! Pair this with statement earrings!

The dress is fitted through the midsection and has a nice flowing skirt. The fabric doesn't have much give to it, so I recommend ordering a size up, just to make sure you're comfortable, especially while sitting down. Great quality!

I received this as a last-minute replacement for another dress I had ordered that was either damaged or didn't get back in time to be shipped out to me. In terms of the Rent the Runway approach, the dress was a gorgeous replacement, very close to what I originally ordered in both color and style, but-for the odd, extremely deep cut of the chest. I considered wearing a cami underneath it because it was for an educational fundraiser, but couldn't get the straps to match up and there was way too much hanging out for me to be comfortable speaking with donors. I would have rented possibly for a nice date night, but I felt like my girls were spilling out the top. There was no way to adjust the straps or pull the dress down in the back to shift the neckline up any higher. In terms of quality, it is a surprisingly heavy (HOT!), luxurious material, the vibrant color was gorgeous, and the structure was solid; I would not have needed a bra and I don't think I could have packed one in there! It was a bit longer than I expected, right at mid-knee, which was almost too conservative with the low cut. I would love to own this dress, but would have to shorten the straps and the hemline.

This dress had me channeling Joan from Mad Men. It fits well and I got a lot of compliments. There are pockets! The necklace is also Rent the Runway (Oscar de la Renta) and I wore leopard print heels and carried a small gold clutch. The color of the dress is gorgeous -- it's somewhere between a sea and emerald green. I didn't wear a bra because the dress has a supportive top and wearing a bra gave the dress too much bulk. However, I did wish for more coverage/support as I moved through the night so wouldn't rent this dress again -- especially with dancing and stuff, I was just too aware of my boobs. I had to keep checking to make sure we didn't have a nip slip situation. If you are smaller than me -- like maybe up to a C or D cup -- this dress would probably work without an issue. Also, a size note, I sized up to a 14 to accommodate my boobs (my body fit the size 12, which is what I normally wear). #storyofmylife

True to size, I like the material, but wrinkles very easily so be careful if you will be sitting down.

A little tight around my rib cage, I liked the 6 but it required a bra and I couldn't find one that didn't show so I went with the 4. A bit tight to own but renting was perfect. What a fun dress for a cocktail party!

I received many compliments on this dress. The color was great and the fit was nice. The material is a little on the thick side and it has two layers underneath, so for an outside wedding...it can be pretty hot! The best part of the dress is the pockets!! I wore a size 10, could've worn the backup size 12 but it had spots on the front of dress :-( ...but the 10 worked out.

Rented this for my law school graduation and it's my favorite color to wear with my red hair and my favorite type of cut for my hour glass figure! But the only problem (and the reason I only wore it for pictures and not the actual event) is that my boobs kept falling out of it. I have a 38 D and wore a push up bra so they could fill it in a little and they still continued to fall out at the top and I was constantly pulling it up and pushing my bra down... other than that, amazing dress!

This dress is more emerald in color than the picture shows and it's beautiful! I usually have to chose a size based on what fits my chest and the 0 still worked great. Didn't wear a bra with this dress but felt plenty supported. The pockets are a plus too!

I wore this dress to an outdoor wedding in Delaware in September. It was perfect for the weather and was extremely comfortable. The top area was a bit tight so I did not wear a bra, but the fabric is thick and structured enough that I did not need one. I loved this dress, I would rent it again!

I am 5'4" 34A, 130 and the 2 fit nicely. I did not wear a bra with it. It fit my chest nicely, but I have a very small chest. The material is thick. It has pockets. It is form fitting to accentuate your top half. I loved the color too. I would rent this one again.

If you have a bigger chest, it's best to size up. I'm a 34D and the 0 fit perfectly everywhere except the chest, where it was far too small. However, the 2 looked great as well (but was clearly much more visibly worn than the 0). The color is beautiful and the pockets are a huge plus.

Flattering neckline and silhouette. Comfortable fit and it has pockets! I ordered a 10 and 12. The 10 fit tight but comfortable, but the dress was obviously very worn. The 12 fit but was a little loose at the straps. I used some double sided tape to try and help it stay in place. The 12 was also a little longer in length so I felt more comfortable in that. Paired it with Slate & Willow Pearl Floral Earrings for a bit of bling. Overall great rentals!

I wore this dress to a wedding that started in the late afternoon outdoors and went to the late evening. The color was beautiful, and I loved the structure, cut, and weight of the dress. It was heavy fabric but comfortable even on a hot day, and didn't seem to wrinkle with travel or wear at all. I am 5'2 and the length and cut seemed to fit perfectly. I wore it with black flats which looked great, and I found that I didn't need to wear a bra with this dress. Also wore a gold necklace which worked well. Would rent again. Great first Rent The Runway experience!
