This dress fit like a glove and I love that its black because I can have fun with my purse and shoes. Perfect for the summer! The material has no stretch, so I suggest sizing up with your back up. I wore a standard bra with this dress. The pockets are also a plus with this dress!

After 2 other RTR dresses came and I didn't like, the wedding I was attending just so happened to be in Arlington, minutes away from their Georgetown location. I was ushered right in and invited to look around at what they had in stock. I tried on a few dresses, but then my stylist brought in this one and it was a hit! It had pockets, a great length, and a thick, expensive material. The girls were a little more exposed than I'm used to, but it was a winner for sure.

Great fitting Dress. Extremely low cut with straps on the longish side. Very flattering to your waist. I wore this for a designer charity event and it worked well. I would wear this again. Also, if you do a bra make sure it is low cut in the front so it doesn't show.

Classic and comfortable! This dress is great for a party or formal occasion. This runs true to size and we recommend sizing up for your backup. This works best for A to C cup sizes, since it is fitted in the chest. This is fitted at the natural waist, but there is comfortable room for hips! This should be worn with a strapless bra since there is a low cut back. The fabric has no stretch and this works best for athletic, pear, petite, and straight & narrow body types! Pair this with statement earrings!

Very simple piece that can easily be dressed up / accessorized. I'm 5'2 so the dress length was a longer than I anticipated (it comes to mid-thigh on the model but came just above my knees) but that's probably a good thing because the bust on this dress was very, VERY low on me. I couldn't wear a bra with it (nor did I need to, but it felt a bit foreign for me since I have such a large bust). However, I was extremely secure in the dress and danced all night without any wardrobe malfunctions. The torso of the dress for me was tight but not intolerable. Also, the pockets are a fun little accent to this piece. I would recommend this dress but would caution those with a larger chest to perhaps size up and / or be open to not wearing a bra with it.

I needed a dress for my boyfriends formal dinner for his rugby team. I found this dress after the first dress I ordered didn't fit how I wanted it to. I was skeptical at first since the dress looks a little loose on the model and I like to have dresses squeeze me in a little bit, but so glad I went with this dress. I felt like a million bucks and I got compliments from not only girls, but from my boyfriends teammates all night. I have more of an athletic/curvy build with a large ribcage and while I found the top to be very fitted I didn't mind it. I actually think it did a great job of holding in my waist and the skirt flowed nicely over my hips. I am shorter and I worry about fuller skirts overwhelming my figure, but this dress was great. I prefer to wear dresses like this without a bra, but you can get away with wearing one if it is low-cut. I would totally wear this dress again anytime!!

I rented this for my birthday party - unfortunately, it was scheduled for Sept in Florida and IRMA decided to ruin it. My party was cancelled but not before my dresses got here. I did try them on before hastily sending them back. I definitely would have rocked this one! Fits as pictured. Perfect Audrey!

If you have a large bust, it will show the girls off, it's tough to wear a bra with the dress and it is a very deep V

It fits very true to size and has no stretch. The fit is great for an hourglass or pear shaped figure as the bottom flares out beautifully. I am typically an 8 or 10 on top and a 12 on the bottom, so in wearing a 12 the top gapped a little bit on my chest and I wear a 36DD. RtR did not have a size 10 for me to order, so I couldn't try that size out.

This is such a cute dress. A little black dress with an extra something special...the pleats in the front and back are elegant and make this dress stand out. It looks expensive. The neckline and fit and flare silhouette are extremely flattering. Plus, you can wear a bra with it! Always a bonus. The only thing that kept this dress from being a perfect 10 is the material. It's a heavy cotton (?) that feels more like sundress material than a cocktail dress. And because it's black, when it's ironed at the seams it takes on that silvery/shiny effect. (Anyone know what I'm talking about?) in any event you couldn't really tell once it was on and I got compliments all night, so we will call it a win. Would rent again.

Very cute dress but ran small in the bust and I felt like I was falling out, too revealing. The size 6 was too big.
