This dress was true to size and was very comfortable. I rented it for a gala for work and it was beautiful. The color was stunning. I did invest in a sticky bra.

This dress was the 3rd I have gotten from RTR for a formal event and they have pleased me yet again! I loved the color especially, and it was so comfortable to wear all night long! Really made me feel so beautiful and I got so many compliments all night long. It photographed really well too! Would definitely recommend this dress to anyone looking for something to wear for a formal night out! 10/10 would wear this again!

This dress was beautiful. I wore it for a friend's wedding at the NY botanical gardens. I am 5'3" and about 116 lbs, so i was worried that the dress would be too long, but the 0R fit great with 3" heels (might have been better if id been an inch taller, though). I am curvy, with a small waist and larger hips/bum and this dress somehow fit perfectly though as you can see, was a tiny bit gaping in the back of the waist (but i dont think anyone noticed while i was dancing and moving around!).

I have relied heavily on reading these reviews to make a choice on dresses I rent- for both this event and past ones. I hope this helps someone! I am 5'7, 130lbs and a 34A. I had rented this dress in a 2R and 4L. The 2R fit perfectly so I did not bother trying on the other size. I might have preferred it slightly longer, but for all purposes it worked just fine! The color is stunning and the back of the dress is fun! I got a ton of compliments. This is a fantastic choice for a wedding!

Dress fit me like a glove - could have maybe been a bit smaller. I'm 5'3" but it didn't hit the floor with a 3 inch heel. However, it was tough to find shapewear/sticky bras that worked with the slits and the back. Otherwise, got tons of compliments all night.

I wore this for my senior prom, and it was perfect! i'm 5'3, wore a 3" heel and the length was good.. would 100% recommend!!

I absolutely love Joe the dress looked from the front. I wished I would have chose this in a smaller size. My problem with this dress was the fabric gathering in the back (see picture). Either the straps needed to be smaller/tighter or the dress around my waist needed to be more form fitted. I’m 5’9” and the dress was able to touch the floor with me wearing heels.

I ordered this dress as an option for a gala, but ended up wearing my second option I liked even better. The blue is beautiful in person and I loved the neckline and double slit. It's also super comfortable. I didn't wear primarily because it runs large- I am normally a 4 and I found the 4 to be much roomier than I would have liked, so I recommend going a size down

Loved the color but it was 4 inches too long. The plainness of it also made me look like a choir singer or HS grad.

The material is nice and on the thicker side, so it’s very forgiving. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to wear a regular strapless bra! The lines in the back were just enough to cover the bra. I felt the dress has great support. Currently 3 months post baby so the TaTas are much bigger than I am used to. Felt the dress kept them in place! 36DD right now for regency and wore 8R. I am also about 10 pounds over my pre-baby weight so the 2 size option was fabulous. I went with the larger one & fit like a glove :)

The fit was great. Mostly the length was what surprised me the most. It was literally perfect. Very comfortable. Great color and style. So pleased with it!

Dress fit great! Got the 2L and 4L. I'm 5ft 8 and 125lbs. Lots of compliments and it's a very comfortable dress. The blue is gorgeous and the fit quite flattering. I loved the slits and design of the back.

I ordered this dress last minute as a back up and I'm so glad I did! It was perfect for a black tie wedding. After looking at reviews, I decided to get the long which was a great decision because with 3 inch heels, the dress just touched the floor and the regular would have been too short.

I felt so glamorous in this dress. I adored the color, the back was so unique and the two slits in the front made dancing a breeze. I wish I had invested in a sticky bra just to make me feel more secure, but I was ok without one as well.

This is a truly gorgeous dress. I wore this dress to my boyfriend's company holiday party and felt very confident and received so many compliments. The color is stunning, and the fit is extremely flattering! I especially love the slits, which provide a sexy touch and are great for showing off a nice pair of heels! The dress is quite comfortable, but it runs a little tight in the bust and hips, so I would recommend going up a size if you have wide hips and/or a large chest.

I'm a true size 6, and the straps were a little long for me, but it still looked great, just fit a little lower on the back than it does on the model. The material has weight and fell nicely, and between that and the cut it was super flattering. I loved wearing it and got a ton of compliments. It was easy to dance in and just all around a rock-star dress. Plus the color was super fun, but not wild or way out there. Just a bold, energetic blue. It looks much darker in my poor quality photo than it was. It's like the site shows.

This dress ran a little big so I was glad I got the 6L. If you're over 5'5 and going to wear heels I'd recommend the long. Received compliments all night and very comfortable.

I ended up not choosing this dress to wear. It is super cute and very flattering. Made of great material. It was too big on me in the back -- it kinda gapped open. That wasn't the reason i didn't choose to wear it. It is absolutely stunning but i also rented another dress that i liked more. Would recommend this but probably sizing down one size.

This may have been my favorite dress I've ever rented! The fit, color and material were gorgeous - I wish I could have gotten a picture of the slits up the leg. I did take an up close picture of the shoulder detail though. 10/10 would wear again! I ordered a 2R and 2L to account for wearing heels, but the Long was just past my shoes when I had them on and I didn't want to trip all night. So I went with the Regular size and did not regret it.

This was a last minute rental, but I'm so happy I got it. The dress was a gorgeous color and subtly sexy- it hugged the body perfectly and was so flattering. Loved it and would rent again!

I loved this dress. It fit really well and I was able to wear a strapless bra with it. I got tons of compliments all night. The slits up the sides were fine and not as high as I thought they might be. Do be sure to wear very smooth underwear underneath as they could show under the smooth fabric.

Beautiful dress! Loved the color and the cut outs. Really pretty when you walk because of the leg slits in the front. Form fitting but not too tight. I would've used dress tape under the zipper because it sticks out if you're curvy!

This dress was beautiful. I'm 5'7 and got the 6L and 8L - which I would suggest if your 5'6" or above. Ended up wearing the 8 since I'm a 34DD and it felt not as tight up top and didn't bubble in the back. The dress was perfect. The material was a little heavier so it made me feel like it smoothed me out rather than showing every indiscretion. My only complaint which was more my own insecurity is I'm convinced I have backfat and the cut out in the back would expose it every once in a while. Other than that. The dress was amazing and came quickly since it was an impromptu rental.

This dress runs large. I was going to wear the 2 but at the last minute decided on the four to have some additional room. The cut is great (especially the back) and the dress was formal but fun. Definitely recommend.

Loved the dress. Strapless bra was easy to wear under the dress without being seen. Two things I wish I had known/thought about: (maybe self-evident) but it's easy to see underwear lines in this dress and the slits were a little high up the thigh when sitting down - particularly for a southern church wedding. Would definitely wear this dress again.

A 4L was perfect length with 2" heels. The two slits in the front were awkward when you sat down, especially if you crossed your legs. The feeling of exposing too much. But none the less I got multiple compliments and felt beautiful myself!

This dress was amazing! The color is absolutely gorgeous in person; I got compliments all night long! I rented a 6L and 8L (I usually end up wearing the 8) and ended up rush ordering a size 4 so the dress runs a little big. I have broad shoulders and the fit was fine. I am 5'9 and with about 2 inch heels, it was perfect length. There are two slits in the front on both sides, so just watch when you sit down! Dress is decently thick material so I did not have to wear a bra, but it was not too thick for a July wedding. It is form fitting so I wore a tummy tamer just to be comfortable. My husband wanted me to buy it! Would definitely rent again :-)

True to size

I ordered an 8R... the 6R felt better. No bra needed. So many people complimented me on the color & slits... they allowed me to be classic & unique! Accesories can really stand out & make it really fun.

Fit snug but I felt confident. Loved this dress. I ordered a long but regular would've worked as well. A simple but beautiful dress. The back and the slits made the dress.
