Wore it for New Years with gold shoes. Received lots of compliments at a huge party where everyone looked great. I normally wear a 6 but went with a 4. There is a side zipper that added more shape than I had expected, but I thought it made the dress look even better. Loved it and would absolutely rent this dress again!

This dress was a hit at my roller disco birthday party! The fabric, cut, and movement were fantastic. I am naturally more curvy than the shown models, and I had just had a baby 2 months prior, and the cut was still very flattering. Getting 2 sizes delivered was an option that sold me on trying the Rent the Runway process in my situation, and I was so happy to have a beautiful option for my birthday.

The dress fit so well, and was extremely comfortable. I loved the fit of the dress and the material. I was complimented on the dress all night! It hangs a little low in the front, but you are still able to wear a bra with it. I Will def rent again!

The dress is more bronze and the belt can get in the way when you first put it on. But the dress was PERFECT! loved everything about it and received compliments all night long!

I rented this dress for my Studio 54 themed birthday party. It was perfect! The fabric was great, the gold color was just as expected from the photo. I wore it with the belt, but could easily be worn with your own too. I loved wearing this dress, and got compliments all night.

This dress was the perfect choice for my unique Cleopatra costume. What's great is that it's not costume-ey, but a sexy gold dress. It was drapey in all the right spots, and shows cleavage. Great for someone with some curves and a waist, as the tailored cinched waist is very flattering. Not too short, just right for how sexy the upper body is. It comes with a fabric belt, but it really did not need it. Definitely a great find and I would rent again for any other occasion that calls for a gold dress.

Got this dress as a backup and didn't end up wearing it. Fit fabulously, though. Material is see-through when held up to the light, but definitely not on the body. Just heavy enough at the same time to drape well. Belt was sort of thick and a little unwieldy, I couldn't tie it and make a nice looking knot to save my life. I didn't have an issue with there being too much cleavage with the neckline or anything either. Felt great on, very comfortable, hit at mid-thigh. Great to obscure a tummy or armpit wings, too.

I wore this for Halloween with 70s disco in mind. It is much darker than the photo and is thin. I had to wear a slip since it was basically see through. It was much shorter than expected too

I rented this dress for a trip to Vegas, and it was SPOT on. The color is definately bronze, not gold, and the fit is adorable. Loose on top, cinched at the waist and flows nicely over the hips. It was a tad on the short side, but otherwise an awesome, very comfortable dress!

This dress is well made and very flattering. You can expect that it will fit you similarly to how it looks in the picture, even if your body is nothing like the model's. I am short, busty, and round in the middle and it did not accentuate my mid section at all. I did not have any trouble getting in or out of it, even with a very large bust. I am very satisfied with my choice!

It's a little darker than the picture when you see it in person, but a beautiful dress overall! Fit beautifully--I ordered the 4 and the 6 and went with the six, but either size would have worked. I wore it for a Studio 54 party and it was a hit! I wouldn't recommend for women with broad shoulders though.

I loved this dress! I wore it for my bachelorette party. It looked great in photos and it was also great to pack. Not a wrinkle after being in my suitcase. I loved it, and felt great all night! The v-neck also hit at a perfect spot. My first rental ... and it certainly isn't my last.

The dress probably runs a tad small, but it's billowy and has a zipper, so I'd get your usual size. It fit like a dream and I felt gorgeous all night. I loved it. And it was very comfortable!

I rented the dress to wear out on vacation in Vegas. It fit perfecty (although a bit big in the bust) and was perfect for the occasion.

I choose this dress for a 70's era disco themed fundraising party. It was fabulous and just what I needed. I wore a size 2 even though I normally wear a size 4 is most things. The top part of the dress has drape and the size two fit best. This dress was comfortable as well and although I was worried my bra would end up showing as the top shifted- it never did. I got plenty of compliments, yet never felt as if I was wearing a costume. This was the best dress to fluff my hair really big with and dance until "Last Dance" was played.

The fabric was heavy and slipped forward on my shoulders often and I had to keep pulling it back. But it was a fun dress!

I rented this dress for a night of holiday partyhopping -- I picked it because one of the parties had a 70s theme and I thought it was just versatile enough to fly at the other ones, but it turned out to be AMAZING. It's a lot slinkier and less shiny/plastic-y looking in person, and paired with opaque black tights and black suede platform pumps, I got compliments all night on how great it looked. I was a little nervous because of the reviewer who said she wouldn't recommend it for broad-shouldered ladies, but I felt like it really accentuated the best parts of my shape and balanced out my broad shoulders and narrow hips in a really flattering way. Only downsides were that the belt does tend to slip down a little bit and the skirt is very sheer, so a half slip was necessary. The v in the front is also pretty deep, so I wouldn't recommend this dress for someone uncomfortable going braless.

I thought this dress was great. It ran a tad small, although it worked for me. I usually wear a 4 and the 4 is the one that worked for me. All in all, I would recommend the style.

I wore this dress to a wedding with a creative black tie theme. The neckline plunges just a bit so women with a larger bust should be aware that your cleavage will be on full display! The dress is fun and flirty but can look a bit like a candy wrapper in certain light - teetering on the edge of looking cheap. However, in the right light the dress was bright and super fun. I was in a wheelchair while I wore this dress so it was a bit shorter than expected since I was seated but was still a good choice overall.

The only complaint I have is that the belt kept slipping down. Other than that , it was great.

I'm with the reviewer 2 down, the dress was not at all flattering and was hard to get over my bust because of the waist. However, It was so comfortable and when someone spilled drinks on me (I wore it for New Year's Eve) they were completely unnoticeable. And it got a ton of compliments.

The dress looks a lot better on the model. I'm normally a size 6 and it was practically impossible to get on. The waist has no stretch no it took a lot of work to fit it over my full bust. Once on the dress fit perfectly, but was still unflattering. It fit me like a gold garbage bag.

Never arrived due to snow storm. Bummed. RTR was very generous afterward though to help out.
