The dress fit true to size, however it is very long. I ended up holding the long part for most of the night while dancing. It was fun, almost like a prop. Be careful though, people were stepping on it when i let it down.

Loved the ways this dress stood out from all the other long dresses at a formal event. Material is thin and flowy and was note restrictive.

I loved the color and the fact that it was a high-low dress, as I don't always like the look of a maxi dress on my body type, so this was perfect. The fit was great, I wore heels but I did end up carrying the back from time to time, especially on the dance floor.

I'm 5'9" and wore the 12L. With flats it barely grazed the floor, which I thought was perfect. Very comfortable dress that worked perfectly with my strapless Spanx.

Loved this dress. The top was great -- I wore a strapless and had no issue with a bra whatsoever -- and the bottom/slit was amazing. It was slightly looser around the middle and hips when I first tried it on, leading to some weird puckering, but it was very minor and seemed to adjust itself after a short time. Felt very glamorous and comfortable!

If you're tall, DEFINITELY got the long! With 3" heels this dress was the perfect length! The picture isn't the greatest but shows how easy it is to maneuver in it. I've never been told so many times in a night how gorgeous I looked. Could've worn a 10 but wouldn't have been able to wear a strapless bra so I chose to go up a size to accommodate a bra.

I loved the fun neckline, and the cut on the bottom. I wasn't sure how formal the wedding was going to be and couldn't decide between a long and short cocktail dress so this was the best of both worlds! It was perfect as a wedding guest, and easy to dance in too. I picked between a 10R and 12R and went with the 12R because it flowed off my {large} hips better than the 10R.

The dress fit perfectly. I loved the unique hemline and vibrant color. It was perfect for dancing all evening with my husband and children. Complements all night.

This dress fit pretty much how others have described. Very flattering on my very curvy hourglass figure and the color is awesome. I normally wear size 4-6 but decided to order 6&8 and actually wound up wearing the 8 because it allowed for more space in the bust. Otherwise, the 2 sizes fit almost identically. Great experience all around and lots of complements all night :)

Wore this to a formal event and loved it. Very light and comfortable fabric. Runs true to size - I found that it was a bit tighter around the midsection than I was expecting. I'm 5'2" and the length was great with tall heels.

The fit was very forgiving, I'm surprised this smaller size fit me so well. I ordered a 4R as well and didn't need it thankfully! Usually I wear a 4-6 in most things. I am 5'3 and I wore about 3 in heels and the bottom of the dress was only a tiny bit long (about an inch) but no tripping incidents. Very comfortable!

This is by far my favorite dress I've ordered..I want to buy it! The dress is beautiful-the back and the flared side train give it such personality and I felt amazing in the color. True to size and was able to go braless. Worn to a wedding rehearsal dinner and received endless compliments. The color, the cut, the unique train....to die for.

This dress was super comfortable to dance in all night at the wedding I attended. It wasn't too tight and I thought was loose/forgiving around the hips. I recommend this one.

Absolutely loved this dress. the shape of the top allows you to wear a normal bra. Length was perfect with 3'' heels. I loved the way the skirt moved when I walked. SO MANY COMPLIMENTS!

This dress fit so beautifully. The halter style is cut deep under the arms so wearing a strapless even proved a little challenging. The dress was a little long on my 5'2 frame but I didn't trip or anything so it worked fine! I am very busty and had no issues at all. This dress is a lot thinner than I anticipated but didn't show undergarments. The color is rich and beautiful.

The color was beautiful, material was comfortable. I wish my order would have arrived on schedule, I would have exchanged for the regular as it was a little long but it worked out. No one stepped on the train while walking or dancing. Wore with silver sandals. Bangles didn't arrive so it was replaced with a cuff

The color of this dress is amazing! I wore the 4L, but I thought it was the 6L, and it was a little snug. I was happy to find out later that it was actually the 4L I was wearing :) I am 5'7", and the long was perfect for me since I love to wear tall heels (4"). My fiance' loved the dress on me as well! Overall I would rent this dress again, or at least my mother told me I should! Haha :) Happy Shopping ladies!

Comfortable and fun dress to wear at a work formal function last night. I needed shape wear. Size 12R fit my 5'4", 156lb frame. Length was not a problem with 3" heels.

Love, love, LOVE this dress. I wish it was in my closet! I rented this for a semi-formal wedding in San Fran and it was a hit. The A-line cut with a small train along the left side was absolutely fabulous. I fit into both the 4 and 6 long but opted with the 4L. The length was identical (I am 5'9"), I just found that the slightly smaller size hugged my hips and flattered the start of the A-line a bit better. I was able to wear a strapless bra comfortably. I worse 3.5" pumps and the long side still grazed the ground. HIGHLY recommend! It's a fun dress to mix it up with!

This dress was phenomenal. Everyone loved the color on me, which I'm always worried about with red hair. I am usually between a 10 and 12 so it was just right. It didn't completely lay flat to my stomach and I had some room to breathe so it was very flattering. It was a little big under my arms though. The asymmetrical cut was also perfect for a non-black tie wedding. I felt so happy and pretty in this dress!

I ended up using the larger of my two sizes because I didn't want it to be super tight around my bust. Love the fabric and the cut. So many compliments!

I received many compliments on this dress. The cut is fun and different and the blue color is great. I ordered the long size, and I'm 5 ft 9. Probably could have ordered the regular length, that would be the only change for this RTR order.

I absolutely loved this dress!! It is a lot more out-there than most dresses I wear to weddings, and I felt super stylish and sexy all night. I received tons of compliments, and it photographs well. The fit was nearly perfect- the top part of the back had a little extra material because it was meant for someone a few inches taller, but expected at 4'10". The 2P wasnt available so I went with the 2R. The long side is intended to gently graze the ground I think- I had a full on train. This is a serious trip hazard, but it was actually pretty fun to hold the train in my hand while dancing. Walking (without a lot of people too close) is super fun with the trail dragging along! The dress was actually extremely comfortable- not tight, easy to dance in. The material is kind of weird, almost cheaper looking, but it doesn't take away from the dress. It arrived very wrinkly and with some deodorant marks and dirt on the trail, but I didnt have time to dry clean it. I was afraid to iron it given the material but it ended up being fine. Overall the best decision I have made with wedding guest dresses, and I wish I owned it!!

This dress was gorgeous. The color is very rich and the material was high end. The "low" part of the dress may be tricky if you're super petite. I wore about 4 inch wedges and I'm 5'3". The low/long part of the dress almost dragged on the ground

LOVED this dress. Could've gone braless but I opted for stick on bra for a little more fullness. I got this dress as a replacement from the RTR store in Georgetown. Probably would've gone with an 8 if they had it so it would be a little less snug but I still got in it with no trouble. The color is outstanding and I danced all night long. Received numerous compliments. The bride even told me "you have to give me that dress for my honeymoon" I wish I owned it so I could lend it to her

Runs a little small, would suggest going up a size or spanx.

I rented both the 6R and 4R and went with 4R. The dress fit perfectly, I didn't feel like I was suffocating after appetizers, dinner, and cake. I'm 5'0 so the long part of the dress felt like a train which was beautiful for photos but difficult when it came to walking and dancing; I was constantly holding the "train." Overall I would rent it again. It was perfect for a summer wedding and the electric blue color made me feel like I stood out!

This was a last minute swap after my original pick was unavailable. I'm very happy about the change! The color was very flattering for a spring wedding. I had to get the long length instead of regular, and I realized if I had the option the regular length would be best. I'd forewarn you that if you plan to be on the dance floor all night (guilty!) it's probably safest to just hold the "tail" of the dress in one hand so no one trips/steps on it.
