needed taller heels, the dress was long for a 5"4

I wore this dress for a black tie summer wedding in NYC and it was PERFECT. The fabric was flowy and so dreamy. Only thing is that it is pretty long. I'm about 5'6 and it just barely hovered over the ground so I wouldn't trip over it while walking. But walking up stairs was a little difficult. I also love how simple this dress was.. no crazy embellishments or tight waistline. I was so comfortable the entire night!

This is the most comfortable and forgiving dress! The double layer slims ur waist and the length is perfect. I'm 5'3" and wore with 4" heels. Danced all night in this dress without a glitch. You can wear comfortably w strapless. Would highly recommend for anyone. I would imagine great dress for those w baby bump too.

I am 5'2 and weigh about 100 lbs. This dress was slightly long and a little loose around the ribs, but I expected that...and it was not so loose that I deemed it unwearable. The best part about this experience was that I ended up needing a fancy dress last minute and was able to go into the store in Georgetown to try it on. The staff was so helpful and offered all of the assistance they could! I am definitely hooked and will be coming back in the future for weddings and other events.

i wore 2" dance shoes, so a taller person wearing high heels may prefer the longer size. We were on the disco dance floor all night long!

I'm in love with this dress!

Was so happy to have chosen a backup style in addition to a backup size for my first choice dress, which was too tight for my weirdly wide ribcage. This fit perfectly, although ran a little long - I am 5'7" and was wearing 3.5" heels and the bottom caught on my heel multiple times! The color was a nice alternative to black without being too bold for an indoor spring black tie gala. The material was thin but the dress fell loosely, so it didn't show lines or bumps; it did wrinkly fairly easily, though!

Unfortunately the dress arrived just hours after I left for my event. I didn't get a chance to wear it. After trying it on, I was sad because it would have been otherwise perfect. The 4R fit well - I'm 5'6, a size 26 waist and wear a 34DD/E. The color was more beautiful in person. There seemed to be either a snag in the fabric or a stain on the overlay, but I probably would have worn the piece anyway as it wasn't super noticeable. Seeing as this was my first experience with RTR, I'm not totally sold on the service. The late arrival and stain on the piece are my reason for 4 stars. It is a beautiful dress and fit well. I'd recommend ordering yours much earlier than I did.

The dress was elegant while still feeling comfortable. The airy fabric was great for a beach wedding. One note of caution is that even the slightest drop of liquid (think water droplet from condensation on a cocktail glass) shows up very easily on the dress. Several water stains later I dried my dress under he hand dryer in the bathroom and it was all better, but definitely frustrating. Overall still a beautiful dress, good length even for petites, and I received many compliments.

Rented this as a last resort dress for prom, but didn't end up wearing it. Still a great dress! I wanted to keep it for another event. Beautiful darker turquoise color that varies in shade depending on what light you're in. Flows beautifully and hides problem areas well, however a bit hard to zip up. Adjustable straps are very convenient and was grateful for the length- was able to wear about 3 inch heels with the skirt just meeting the ground. Overall, would make a pretty dress for a semi-formal warm weather event or a bridesmaid dress.

This dress was super comfortable, I didn't feel like I was adjusting, pulling, stuffing and fixing the dress all night. It just laid on my body so nicely. The color is stunning! Shimmery peacock, lots of fun to dance in very disco like. I'm 5'1 and it wasn't too long at all, it was a perfect length with 4' heels. The only con was the fabrics shows up any liquid dropped on it. On the way to the wedding I dribble some water down the front and you could see it all night on the dress....other than that it was perfect!

I am 5/2 and it was kind of long, but heels helped the height! Overall great fit and not uncomfortably tight.

The dress is a beautiful dark iridescent peacock blue, the full circle skirt flows beautifully when you walk. I twirled all night in this dress. I'd say the dress runs big and short. I'm 5'5 and found the dress too short to wear with a standard dress shoe of 3-4 inches. I ended up wearing really low heels, which made me feel frumpy and you could still see my feet :( The skirt got caught in my heels a few times walking up the stairs so be careful. If you don't mind showing your shoes and love the 70's disco vibe I'd say you won't be disappointed. I took flat measurement of the dress before returning it, I hope it's helpful to someone else. The size 6 bust measures 37 inches and the length is 42 inches from the waist to hem.

This dress fits true to size. The material and color are incredible. It is beautiful in the simplest of ways--you will definitely be constantly complimented!

Definitely fit true to size, but ran longer than I expected. I'm 5'5" and with 4 inch heels I still tripped a few times throughout the night! The hem itself is so beautiful and wavy. Seriously such a fun dress to wear, I didn't want to send it back!

This dress came with what looked like an oil stain on the side, but it was not noticeable in most lighting and I wore it anyway. It is EXTREMELY FLATTERING, SLIMMING, AND COMFORTABLE! Eat and dance away without worrying about a food baby bump or bunching. This was one of my favorite rentals.

Flattering fit, very easy and comfortable to wear. Fits comfortably around a larger bust without squishing your boobs up your throat. Skimmed the floor with 3 inch heels on a 5'4 person. Overall loved the dress.

I will post a pic while at my event but I could wait to say how beautiful this dress was. Vibrant, fluid and luxurious! Must wear!

I wore this to a black tie optional wedding, I ended up wearing it with gold sandals that only had about an inch heel and it worked out well. Really pretty blue!

as expected

Wore this dress to a amazing wedding in Greece and felt like a goddess. The blue is very deceptive, it looks darker on but photographs amazing. The circle cut skirt and construction is very slimming. Above all else - you can and will dance all night in this dress!

I really loved the color of this dress. It was a very flattering cut. A few things to be mindful of- the material stains easily or shows water marks (sweating, spills, etc.) I wore flats with this dress and it got caught under my feet a few times- heels would have eliminated this problem. Overall really beautiful and flowy- still flattering!

Fits well, comfortable, good choice for a fun, flowy dress!
