The dress fit very true to size. It was so comfortable and easy to wear. I love that the fabric is on the heavy side. I would definitely rent this dress again! Highly recommend!

What a FUN dress! Wore this for a Semi-formal Party. The pockets gave it that hint of casualness. It only has two neck height options so if you have a short torso, it will be low cut.

I loved this dress for the wedding I went to in New York City. The fit was great and I had a fun time dancing in it. I was able to go braless, which was great because I didn't know how I would manage the low-cut front with a bra. The color was unique and I got a lot of compliments on it. The fabric was heavier than I expected it would be, but that didn't turn me off and I would rent it again.

I was a slim 132lbs when I wore this to a holiday party pre-baby. Both the 4 and 6 fit great but I went with the 6 to dance and be comfy. This cut is super flattering for smaller chests and also gives you a waist if, like me, you're less curvy in that area. The skirt was a nice length on me and the fabric is AWESOME. It's like thick scuba fabric that holds you nicely.

I wore this to a holiday party and it was a total hit. I was a little worried because I am small chested and hate backless bras, but the halter was adjustable and able to hold the bra in place when the stickies failed. It is snug around the midsection but not uncomfortable, and because of the waistline it flattered my body in all the right places. The dress itself is a heavy material and very well made. And pockets! I loved everything about this dress.

This dress is AMAZING! The zipper was a little tricky but still workable. I ordered the 2 and the 4 and went with the 2. No bra needed and I felt secure and held in even while dancing. Such a fun color and the skirt and open back were the perfect combination. Order this!!

The dress had a perfect fit and I love how it gave me the look of having hips since mine are pretty narrow. The color was perfect for an evening rehearsal dinner and it was super comfortable. I loved the thick and heavy dress which kept me comfortable in the cool evening. May get pretty hot in the summer. I loved having the pockets!

I was slightly nervous when ordering about which size to get. I'm 5'6" and 125lbs. I'm pretty straight and athletic as far as curves goes. 34b in the chest. I am typically a 4, but always in between small and medium. And I've noticed with RTR that often a size 2 is a better fit for me. Decided to go with the 2 after comparing to previous reviews. This dress fit like a glove! Like a glove! No bra was needed. The material is thick and makes the dress feel like incredible quality. Dress has pockets which is awesome! Overall, I LOVED this dress! Wish I could keep it :)

The dress fit like a glove, I ordered the 10 as my size up, but I never took it out of the garment bag because the 8 fit perfectly. I didn't carry an evening bag because the dress had pockets. The pocket was big enough to fit my cell phone in one pocket and my lipstick and some money in the other. I had many compliments on this stress I even had three different strangers come up to me during the night to say how much they loved my dress. The quality of this dress was impeccable. The whole process was so easy, I am beyond happy. I will definitely rent again.

The dress is very form fitting, made of sturdy and high quality fabric. It's almost as if you're fitting into a perfect corset type dress (although its not this way). Loved it! That being said the dress runs true to size, so if you run on the higher end of a size I would suggest sizing up depending on how snuggy you like to fit in a dress.

This dress fit me perfectly and I felt beautiful in it! Great thick material that doesn't lose it shapes despite dancing and sitting all night. I'm between a 34D and 34DD, wore size 8, and didn't have to wear a bra. I paired the dress with nude pumps and oval shaped diamond earrings. I received compliments from so many people at the wedding and on social media. Best of all, my boyfriend said I look stunning. :) Highly recommend!

Pros: Great fit Indescribably beautiful color Great shape Extremely flattering on curvy women: emphasizes the bust and small of waist and hides stomach. Good length and the dress was heavy enough it never blew up or had any issues at all, but it didn’t feel heavy on. There’s 2 sets of buttons on the strap for optimal fit. Cons: on my dress a teeny portion of the boning stuck out at the waist but the dress was dark and the wire was black so it wasn’t an issue and it didn’t poke me. Even received a 25% refund because of it!! Wow!!

I ordered a size 2 and 4. I ended up wearing the 2. It was a tiny bit loose on top but very comfortable. The material is thick and nice which was perfect for an October wedding. And a bonus: This dress has pockets!

This dress runs true to size for this designer, Halston Heritage. Overall though Halston Heritage does run a tad large and would recommend sizing down if you are between sizes. For those with smaller chests the top is a bit bigger than a usual 0 but this was easily fixed with some fashion tape. The skirt is great in that it flares out without making you look bulky. Heavier fabric also is a big plus for this dress adding to it's rich look.

This was my first Rent the Runway experience! it was perfect. The dress arrived in a dress carrying bag with hangers and a back up size. Perfect for traveling to the wedding venue. It fit perfect, did run a little large on the waist. No bra was needed but managed to keep the girlfriends looking ok! Twirled nicely on the dance floor at night and truly made me feel so fancy! I loved it and received SO a many compliments. It's a must rent for a wedding!

This dress fit true to size, and was great for my small to medium build chest. It also sits really well at my waist for a tall girl! It was so comfortable to move around in, and especially sitting was a breeze. Loved the color and made me feel much more tan than I actually am. Definitely recommend especially for the price!

First getting the dress felt heavy but it's just because it's a nice material that's thick but actually wears very nice. The fit was on point, I had gotten a 6 just in case but the 8 fit perfectly. I'm 5'2 and it hit just above my knees so not too much leg which I loved since I'd rather not show my thick thighs. Lol got many compliments on the dress even from the bride. Would definitely recommend!

The dress was very comfortable and it is made with very think material so a bra is optional. I am 5'5 and I weigh 130 pounds and my bra size is a 34 DD. I recommend getting your true size and then a size smaller because I feel that it ran a little big. I was worried that I would have to pull up the back all night but this was not the case. I definitely recommend renting this dress :)

I loved this dress! The 4 was a little loose on my chest and ribs but the 2 fit perfectly- and I didn't have to wear a bra. The shape is gorgeous, and I got a ton of compliments on the classic but sexy look. The only problem I had is the that the fabric had bubbled slightly some places on the front.

I loved this dress! It fit snug in all the right places to give me a defined waist and I felt like the halter top was a good length as well. The material is of that sort of scuba fabric which might seem strange but actually worked great for making this dress feel thick and retain its shape. Perfect for my Christmas Party!

I ordered a size 2 but I wish I'd ordered a 4 as it was a little tricky zipping it up. I normally wear a 4-6 but ordered down based on other reviews. It still worked fine. I'm 5'4" and it hit me right above the knee. Perfect. Love the pockets and the flare of the skirt. I would definitely rent this dress again!

This was a great dress to wear for a Holiday event. It's heavy weight material makes it so a bra is not necessary, which is great for the halter and open back look. I got so many compliments and I would definitely rent again.

First time using RTR, and believe me I will definitely use them again! I ordered the 6 and the 8, after the style notes said to size down. The 8 fit perfect, so I wore that one. I received SO many compliments at the wedding I wore the dress to--even a compliment from the bride! I felt wonderful and confident all night. I wore a backless bra for the dress, but the material was thick enough I could have gone bra-less. If you do get a backless bra, make sure to get a plunge one as the V is quite deep. Oh and the dress had pockets-even better!

The material is very nice and not too heavy. It was a little tight on the bust, but overall I loved wearing it.

I loved the fit of this dress. It is definitely one of the most flattering dressed I have rented from RTR. The deep V halter neckline shows off cleavage (but not too much) and the fitted bodice with full skirt accentuates your waistline. The color was a rich dark teal and the fabric was pretty heavy. And of course, there were pockets! One of my favorite RTR rentals!

Rented this for a wedding in NH and it was perfect. I received many compliments and it was super comfortable! The material is thick, but comfortable and it has pockets (that's always a win!)
