Loved it! The color was perfect for the holiday events I wore it to. The fabric is beautiful and thick, very well constructed. I rented the 6 & 8 and wore the six. Halston Heritage is consistently a six on me but I had read reviews that the waist was tight. It wasn't on me. I am short and the length was right where I expected it to be. Many compliments as usual with RTR dresses. Four of my most fashionable friends loved it. I can't say how great it is to be able to wear beautiful clothes on a budget. We have four children so most of our clothing budget is reserved for them but my husband and I love fashion also. He wants a RTR for men! If I had a tiny issue it is that the thread at the waist was picking throught the lining and I could feel it through the dress. I am sure some spanx or even thick tights pulled up high enough and it would not be uncomfortable.The color would be fabulous for Valentine's Day also!

Fit was perfect!

The dress is really fun and flattering. I unfortunately didn't get to wear it because it didn't come in time (more on that later) I still tried it on and wore in my apartment because I loved it. I'm normally between a 2 and 4 and definitely needed the 2. I have a narrow waist and basically no chest, so it ran large on me. If you have more of chest it probably is more true to size. The length was perfect, an inch or 2 above my knee. The color is more of a deep cranberry than the red it looks like on the model- very pretty. I wanted to wear it to a winter holiday party but you could easily wear it in warmer weather too. I was so sad not to get it in time because UPS didn't leave it and then it didn't arrive the next day with enough time before my event. This happened to me last time so I recommend for a Friday event, ordering it 2 days before. RTR customer service was great per usual and I am seriously considering ordering it again so I can actually wear it!

It is fitted around the waist, and a bit itchy, but bearable. The quality is good, and it holds its shape well. Great color!

The color of this dress is beautiful., it's like a rich cranberry. I wore this to a holiday party/charity event. And it's very comfortable. The neck cutouts make it modern yet simple. But it does flare out a bit and can make your hips look bigger than they are, if that is something you are concerned about. Otherwise the length is good. It comes about mid-thigh on me and I'm 5'5.5" The dress is well made and good quality.

Overall, I loved this dress! It was really easy to wear - it did not have any weird fit issues and the cutouts, cap sleeves, and silhouette were all flattering. The color is gorgeous! But my one big caution is that you must wear this dress with some sort of strapless full-body Spanx. There are little pieces throughout the dress that poke through the inner lining and prick you. It's not tolerable unless you are wearing something to cover your torso. Once I solved that, I was happy all night!

The dress is a magenta/cranberry, not red. It's a beautiful color, just not red as pictured. The inside seams are also a bit itchy, which isn't the best feeling when you're at a party. It's a lovely dress but there were a few surprises (as noted). Sharing my review so you won't be taken off guard!

Gorgeous dress. A ton of complements as soon as I walked out my door. Definitely a pink red(think cranberry) not a true red color but still worked great for a Holiday work party. Some of the seams had a rough edges and poked you a bit through the lining but wearing a slip underneath helped a lot. Long enough to wear with or without tights. Would absolutely rent again!

This dress is fun - and everything about it says so. The hot pink, the neckline is so unique, and the flirty length. Loved pairing it with grey tights and shoes. I'm 5'11 so it was short as seen which was fine but when I sat down it was so short I had to cover my lap with a napkin! Otherwise, love the brand and will rent a Halston again!

This dress was what RTR cusomter service ahipped me when my GALentines day dress didnt fit. It arrived on time so very thankful for that! I liked the top, hiwever, it was still not as fotted as i wouldve liked. The material was also a bit itchy. Wouldnt rent this again but was really happy with the customer service!

This dress was overnighted because my first option did not fit. The color is a beautiful magenta. I didn't wear either size because they were way to big. Should have sized down, this dress runs big. The cute out are a fun detail! It was a little scratchy but I would rent again and try the 4.

Very comfortable not heavy great for summer business meeting

I rented this as a back up dress for a holiday partybecause they only had one size in my original dress. The neck fit kind of funny where it suck out on the back part, this might be because my shoulders are pretty broad. The size bigger didnt do this, but wasn't as nicely fitting through the torso. Also, my bad on not reading carefully that this dress wasn't red. Overall i thought the dress was an attractive shape.

I was wearing this for a holiday party. This was my first RR attempt, and I was a little nervous. The dress had proportions that did not suit my body. I've never had issues with this before, but the dress's torso was much longer than mine. I had to fold it up at the waist to get it to fit, and then the zipper in the bag bumped in a weird way. I would try RR again, but after I dropped some lbs and had a more standard body shape.

This dress was cranberry / pink I was looking for. Red holiday dress. This was not it. The cut outs make it hard to wear a normal bra you will need to go staples or with out. The stitching inside was scratchy. All together not great.

The length is a bit short in the hem, but it was still cute.

The fabric is very itchy! I felt like I was trying not to scratch my stomach throughout the night.

Too big for me (i'm 5'0 tall, approx 98 pounds, 34A bra size). It may have fit better in a Petite size.
