Fit to a "T" ~~ Like it was custom made for me. I truly felt like a ballerina in it. The color "blush" was so soft yet it spoke volumes. I wore it for a mid day luncheon and it was a huge hit. I hated to take if off that evening and hated returning it even more.

I am typically a four, and if I could have gotten it to zip two more inches, I think the four would have fit better, as the 6 straps kept falling off my shoulders and was very big in the chest area, especially if I was sitting down. I give it 5 stars because I do not think I have ever had so many people ask me where I got my dress, and how beautiful it looked. If it were a perfect fit, I would buy it! I suggest sizing up due to the zipper being tricky. Overall, great dress for a wedding or a shower!

I'm 5'5 and weigh 125lbs. I could have fit in the sz 4, but it wouldn't zip around my chest, so I went with the sz 6. It was gorgeous!

I normally wear an 8 and I'm glad I ordered a second size of a 10 as the top was fitted. The color was great for the wedding I attended. It was nice that I could wear a normal bra as well. The skirt of the dress is amazing. It has a type of internal seam supports that allows it to keep its shape. I chose gold accents and rented the earrings, bracelet and purse from rent the runway. I wore the dress for hours and danced all night and was super comfortable.

Oh man, I wanted to keep this dress! It fit as if I'd had it tailored for me. I loved the silk faille - it was heavy (in a good way) and a beautiful pink. The skirt arrived mostly pressed, but it still required a steamer and it was difficult to get all the tiny wrinkles completely out of the skirt, due to the shape and fabric. The skirt is also slightly different than it looked in the photos - more of a bell shape than the average cupcake style.

Fit is great and flattering though fitted at the waist so size up if unsure

I loved wearing this dress so much! My boyfriend, the bride and strangers alike all made a point to tel me how great it was. It ran true to size. The bottom is more like a tulip than the one pictured with the model. But I had seen this on other reviews and was actually why I decided on this outfit. Didn't want to send it back! I will definitely recommend this site and can't wait to have another even to rent for.

Such a cute dress. It's really good for busty women because it's sexy but still very supportive up top. This was my first RTR experience and I loved it.

I adored this dress. My pic doesn't do it justice. I was named best-dressed at the wedding I wore it to (be prepared to upstage the bride) and people stopped me to compliment it constantly. The beautiful blush pink was perfect for the spring wedding I attended. The material is thick and the dress is very structured. The fabric does not give at all so I recommend sizing up. I actually tried this dress on at a Halston Heritage store before I rented it and the salesperson there said that all of her customers had to go up at least one size with this dress. I have a wide back and somewhat of a bust (C cup) so it was much more snug on top than in the waist. I usually wear a 6 or an 8 but ordered an 8 and a 10. The 10 fit a little more comfortably but I'm glad I went with the 8 because the snug fit gave me a nice shape. I wore a Nu Bra underneath but probably could have gone without because of the thick, form-fitting material. Not all reviewers here seemed to love the tulip skirt but I adored it. There is a kind of light wiring that runs throughout the skirt to give it its usual shape. It puckers in places and I believe that's what it's supposed to do (that's how it was at the Halston Heritage store) so don't expect it to look quite like the official RTR photo. Overall, this dress is a dream. Highly recommend.

My first rental and it was perfect. Wore to my sex and the city themed bridal shower and it was a perfect fit. Came well packaged, clean, and in bran new condition. I was very happy with this dress.

Color was a gorgeous light pink/blush. Fit for my 5'7" DD boobs and waist was an ideal fit. I received tons of compliments on the flirty and sexy look of dress. Awesome choice!

The side zipper kills it but overall loveddddd this dress. It is very, and I mean VERY fitted along waist. I did not wear a bra and it was still tight. The bottom of dress is so fun. Needed heels. Wore with camp jacket for extreme dress down.

Loved the dress. I wore this dress to my boyfriend's spring formal, got so many compliments on it. Im usually a size 2. The dress is true to size. It was nicely tight on top and it gave my body a nice shape (no need to use a bra.) the skirt is nice and puffy. The dress is very well made. Would definitely recommend this dress.

I rented this dress for my bridal shower! I LOVED IT! My sister n law to be said I looked like Baby from dirty dancing! Such a fun party dress! It is a tight fit on the top but I was able to wear a bra under it. If your a hippy lady this is a great choice because of the flair to the skirt! Thank you rent the runway for such a beautiful rental!

There are no cons to tell you about. This dress is simple and elegant yet stands out in a crowd. I have never received so many compliments from women that I didn't know. Even my 13 year old daughter loved it although she did add the skirt looked like a mushroom. But that was part of what made it stand out. Love, love, love and I could eat and was comfortable!

I loved this dress! I wore it to an evening summer wedding that was held at a country club and it was a perfect choice. I agree the it was a little tight in the ribs but I went with the 4 anyways because the straps were a little too big in the 6 and I would have been pulling them up all night. One thing I recommend is to take this dress to the cleaners to be pressed before your event. When I received the dress it wasn't wrinkled necessarily but the pleats were not defined and they had a scrunched up look to them. I took the dress to the dry cleaners with a picture of how the pleats were supposed to look and it came out perfectly! The material is heavy but it did not make me feel overly hot either. I wore a nude Nine West heel and the Kendra Scott Kate Style earrings in Rose color. Overall great first experience with RTR and will use again!

I wore this for my bachelorette party and absolutely loved it! So many compliments! The size 0 was too small in the chest/rib cage area and I wasn't able to zip it so I ended up wearing my backup size 2. I'm small in the chest so the size 2 was a little bit. Also the straps were loose. Luckily it was still wearable, I just had to keep pulling the dress up.

I rented this dress for the Belmont Stakes and it was perfect. Paired it with a white fascinator and some nude pumps and it was a simple but beautiful outfit. The dress is so flattering and I didn't have any issues with the skirt. It wasn't at all crumpled upon delivery and all I had to do was hang it in the wardrobe over night to make sure it hung well. It was also so comfortable considering I was wearing it all day long. I normally wear a zero, and this zero would have fit for the glove but for my bust size - it just wouldn't close over 32C, but did fit everywhere else - so if you're like me and are a zero above a B cup, go for the 2!

It fit me everywhere good besides the chest, it was baggy. Also when i got the dress there were two very faint stains. otherwise it was great!

At first when I tried the dress on I was I disappointed because the bottom of the dress didn't have the same shape as in the picture. Part of the pleats in the skirt fold in and out and create an odd shape. I wore the dress anyway and loved the way it fit. The material is thick and keeps you tucked in all night long! The color was also beautiful. Great dress, would definitely recommend!

The dress fit perfectly for my athletic/lower curves body type. It was nice not to have to wear a bra since the material is so thick. It was also sufficiently long, which is really hard to find with my long torso. The bell portion was a little stiff but over all I got many compliments and it went very well with the bridal shower theme I hosted.

The dress was very simple with the flare at the bottom. I had to steam it to make the "tulip" form better. Definitely a classic piece for any wedding guest. Loved the pink color!

This dress was lovely! Wore it for my graduation party on a roof deck at sunset. The zipper is tricky. I had my sister in law and my mother help me get to up and closed, but once it was zipped up: amazing waistline. The fabric was soft, I did have to iron before I wore it. Lovely dress!

I really liked the dress as I had no choice to wear since I did not have the time to shop. However, The zipper is a bit stubborn. It's my second rental and I had plenty of compliments and looked like a ballerina as people said:) I am a small size bust, and suggest that women with larger bust take a size up. The zipper is really tough, but the dress is super pretty overall. It does not look like the model, though. The skirt is a bubble skirt. When you get the dress you need to spend quite some time ironing it.

Love this dress, I wore it to my sorority's spring formal. I was expecting the dress to be made of a more formal material but I was able to dress it up with shoes and jewelry. This would be a perfect party dress. The skirt was a little tricky however and looked heavy toward the end of the night as the pleats fell. Overall the dress runs true to size, I usually fall between a size 6 and an 8, the 6 fit perfectly and looked great but was a little hard to breathe in so I ended up going with the 8. The 8 was a little baggy around the chest but was much more comfortable. Overall I would recommend this dress.

The hem line is slightly different than the photo: it's a modified bubble skirt. It looks more "piecey" and angular in the photo on the site. The color is beautiful. Super feminine and fun/easy to dance in. I received tons of compliments, really enjoyed this one!

The dress does fit small, especially around the rib cage area! I chose to wear the bigger of the two sizes I received (mostly so I could breathe and eat!) but the straps were slightly too big. I also preferred the length of the smaller size better, but I knew the bigger size looked better around my torso area. However, I received a ton of compliments on the dress and it was exactly what I was looking for - something formal but fun!

I rented this dress for a spring wedding. It was appropriate for a church ceremony and outside reception. When the dress arrive I was skeptical about it working because of the pleats. They fell a bit odd but I think that's what makes it unique. The dress was well made, heavier than I thought. The fabric on the outside is cotton but the dress doesn't appear overly casual. I forgot to order a second size so I was stuck with the size ordered. It fit but I could have gone a size smaller and the bust would have fit perfectly. I got so many compliments on the dress...even from the bride. My husband said I looked like a pretty ballerina!!!

Beautiful color!! Didn't fit me like it did the model from the picture. I'm unfamiliar with pleats, so when I put this on and there was so much body and curve to the skirt I immediately didn't like it.

This dress was one of the first items I got with Rent the Runway and, I was so impressed. The dress quality is very nice and thick. I wore this press to a wedding in Austin. Texas where the weather is very warm. This dress was lovely with no sleeves but, not too warm, with the thick material. It is a DREAM to dance in!

I wore this to a fundraiser that I organized after I realized just three days before the event that I never went out and bought a dress! This was comfortable and allowed me to entertain and scurry around a night without fear of a wardrobe malfunction. Back up size was not available so I gambled and it fit perfectly. I usually wear size 12. (My bust is 34DDD) This dress was the perfect amount of support and I went braless with no worries for the first time in forever! Compliments all night! Worn with nude shoes and simple large earrings and one large cocktail ring:-)
