I love this dress! I actually own it in a dark grey, and it’s my favorite. This was my first time using Rent the Runway so I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. I was so excited when I saw my favorite dress in pink! I played it safe and knew I couldn't go wrong. I'm 5'0", 135 lbs, 36C, and wide hips. Even though this dress has pockets...YES pockets, they don't make your hips look bigger. It’s very forgiving and flattering. I got many compliments at the event. Rent this dress ladies!

This was my backup dress, but my sister ended up wearing it because it fit her better. At 5'3, I was a little too short for the shoulders to sit comfortably. But my sister is 5'8 and it fit her like a glove! We would both recommend this dress!

I have a larger chest, so it was a bit tight around the shoulders, otherwise the fit and color were amazing!

Fit around bodice, ample room in shoulders, overall a structured dress and not flowy, but still super comfortable and fun. I'm petite, but have an athletic build and the cap sleeves didn't feel tight. Received so many compliments on the dress!

Loved the cap sleeves, really provided a different look, along with the textured material and touch of blush for a spring evening. I paired with a scarf and later layered a lather jacket over because I was on a boat. But an absolutely beautiful dress that can transition from day to evening. Recommend for cocktail parties and/or a work function.

I wore this at my wedding shower. It was a cooler day, so I wore it with a jacket, but my favorite part is the sleeves. I received MANY compliments on the dress. I would definitely rent it again.

This was my second time renting the dress and I wore it for graduation. I received so many compliments. The dress is very unique and the shoulder sleeves are a great touch. Plus, the dress has pockets! I do have to comment on the size though because it seems a bit wonky. Initially I ordered a size 4 (my usual) and a size 6 (I am kind of in between a 4 and a 6 because of my bust) as per a stylist's recommendations. Both were too big and I ended up wearing the 4 but wishing I had gotten a size 2. The second time I rented the dress I went for size 2 immediately and it fit like a glove. I would definitely recommend sizing down one or even two sizes from your regular size for this dress.

YOU MUST RENT THIS DRESS! It is beautiful, the picture doesn't do it justice. The material looks much less "snakeskin" and more eyelet in person. Beautifully made, and the cut in the back makes it less frumpy, and more sophisticated. It was a great style and I received compliments all night! I am typically a 6, but I went with the 8 in this dress simply because I have a bigger chest. If it wasn't for that, the 6 would've fit like a glove.

This dress was another fav of mine. The fit was perfect. It was a little loose around my shoulders, but not much. I paired the dress with some nude heels and very little jewelry. This is a dress that screams "sophisticated". It is very classy and speaks a lot without you having to do much. You won't regret renting this dress. Did I mention I got tons of compliments?!!

The fit was on point and very flattering. I wore this as a pick-your-own bridesmaid dress, which seemed risky at first but turned out to be the BEST decision. We had to find a simple blush pink dress, and it worked perfectly. The length was great, the fabric was amazing quality and the sleeves and neckline made it unique. Got lots of compliments!

This dress was just gorgeous. I wish I could have kept it. It was so incredibly flattering and had details like the double capped sleeve that made it unique. I received so many compliments on it. I normally wear about a 6-8, but got a 4 in this. I still had room in the top. I'm pretty petite through the shoulders and have a small waist though. I'd definitely go at least one size down and then order the next size down too. Lots of room in hips as skirt is A line. Loved this dress! I may even buy it from the Halston Heritage website!

This dress was so beautiful and the fabric was durable and well-made. I loved wearing it! I would say the top would be a little baggy on someone who wasn't busty.

Loved this dress! The fit was true to size, maybe slightly large. Very flattering fit! Great for anyone like myself who's heavier on the bottom. The fabric was beautiful with a good weight to it. And of course love the pockets! I highly highly recommend this dress!

Runs true to size and you can wear a regular bra. I'm 5'8 and the length was perfect. The color is blush with gold tones, and the details are amazing!

Fit like a glove. Double capped sleeves were unique in the best way-- and didn't overly accentuate my already broad shoulders. My first thought upon opening my rtr box was yes!!... It's short! Even on my 5'7 height. Also, I must note the structured fabric was supportive but not to the point that I was overheating. At a California wedding, my main concern was getting too hot and the "reptilian" look of this piece. It was subtly reptilian just as I'd hoped. A very beautiful, perfect dress for a wedding in Cali. And the pockets!

I have been told by countless people at 2 events that my dress was stunning. The color is really flattering. The fit is structured enough to be sexy but the high neck and not too short skirt make for a respectable dress. Wore to a museum exhibit member's preview and got so many compliments especially because it was a fashion exhibit. Would rent again.

This dress fit comfortably and true to size, although the shoulders were a bit loose (I'm 5'0 so have a feeling it would have fit better if there was a petite size). Overall, it was a beautiful dress with most importantly, pockets!

The dress was perfect for the summer outdoor wedding I went to in Wisconsin. It was a little chilly so I was glad for the slightly heavier material. One major problem though: The dress ripped while I was wearing it. It only ripped on the side so it was hard to see, but the seams just looked a little worn before it ripped. Overall, great dress and perfect for a family wedding.

Such a comfortable dress! The shoulders were the only part that were a little big, but the rest fit perfectly. Wore this for my bridesmaid dress at a wedding in Mexico and felt very elegant. Would rent again.

This dress was perfect! I wore this dress to my brother's wedding and I loved it! I was a bit nervous at first because other reviews said that the dress ran large, but I found the size 2 to fit nicely. Th only concern I had was that it was a bit roomy in the bust area, which made the sleeves a bit large-but not unbearable.. (I'm a 34B). The back of the dress is great as well, it's just low enough to make a statement, but not so low that you need a backless bra. This dress was the perfect length on me also, I'm 5'2 and it hit about 2 inches above the knee. The pockets were a MAJOR plus! The imprint of the dress was amazing, and shows up nicely in photos! Great fabric also- was perfect for an evening wedding in Georgia.

I wasn't paying attention when I ordered, so I didn't realize the dress has a texture to it-- pleasant surprise when I opened it! The fit was as described, so I didn't bother with the backup size. The wide boatneck and scoop back made it hard to hide bra straps, but the scoop isn't so low that you can't wear a strapless bra. The puffy sleeves are very structured and beautiful, but I wouldn't count on being able to pull a jacket on over them.

It was more of a lace overlay than the shiny material it looks like here. Very true to size.

I ended up ordering a 4 since they were out of a size 2. The top is more fitting than the bottom, heads up for those who are fuller in the chest. It was a little loose on the bottom but wasn't too noticeable. I love how the fabric looks very nice, it is a pale pink and the pattern is not obvious but makes it more unique and I love how it photographs. The cap sleeves were very cute and adds an innocence to the dress. It also has pockets which is very convenient. I wore it to a wedding.

FIT: Does run slightly large, because I'm usually a 4 but the 2 fit best (4 would have been too large). Bust is roomy enough for larger chests (I'm 32D/DD). It was slightly snug in the bust but not uncomfortably so. Length was really good on me, but I'm short (5'2) so if you're taller be cognizant of that. I have muscular shoulders and arms, and the construction of the double cap sleeves gave me full range of motion instead of being too tight, which often happens. Wore a regular bra and had no problems with the strap showing in the back, even though the back of the dress is cut a little low. OTHER DETAILS: IT HAS POCKETS! The fabric was less "reptilian" in my opinion, as other reviewers have referred to it. Still a unique fabric that looked and photographed beautifully. OVERALL: 4/5 only due to it being a little snug in the bust. Got compliments from almost everyone at the bridal shower and my bride (I was MOH) even joked that I showed her up by looking so good. People even complimented me more than once. Clearly it was a huge hit and was very comfortable - I was able to decorate, dance, and run all over the place ensuring everything was going smoothly.

Fit perfectly, a little bit on the long side so I shortened it/ironed it up and taped it up. Stayed perfectly and you couldn't tell that I used double-sided tape (fashion tape). I have very wide shoulders and am in between a 10 & 12. To be safe I ordered the 12 and it fit perfectly! Sad to send it back, but I have the unlimited plan so can't wait to get my next order!

I didn't wear this because it was way too big in the shoulder area. I think the straps/sleeves would've fallen off if I'd worn it. I got my normal size (6) and wished I'd gotten a 4 as backup...I'm still not sure that I'd have worn it because I think I'm a little too short for these proportions (you'll notice the waist of the dress lies pretty low on me). I will say that the material and feel of this dress is so stunning!!! Wish it worked for me.

I was really expecting to have to wear the 2 because I've gained some weight but the 0 fit perfectly through the upper body so I would say it probably runs a bit big. Also the dress is extremely long I am 5'1 but I also tried to pin and tape the hem up which made it uncomfortable and it didn't look good(second picture). It didn't look at all like the model on me it went all the way to my knees and it was way to covered for the look I was going for. I loved the color though and the shape and design of the top and shoulders. I also really loved the fabric and I did get a lot of compliments. I would only rent again for a church event or maybe a tea or something very conservative.

I rented this for a vow renewal ceremony but unfortunately I did not get to wear it as my son became sick at the last minute. This dress fit perfectly and was so sweet and cute. From the pictures, I thought it was embossed but it has almost a lace look to it. Love the cap sleeves!

I rented this dress to potentially wear to my wedding rehearsal. It didn't make the final cut but I did really like it. I chose another dress because I thought the color too closely resembled my skin tone and lacked that "WOW" factor. However, the fit is flattering and it's very comfortable. In pictures, it appeared to have an almost faux leather look to it but it doesn't at all in reality (it's even cuter than the pics). It also has a slight shimmer to it that you can't really see in the pics.

I am usually a 2 but opted for a 4 because I have a larger chest (34DD). So it was a bit loose in the waist but definitely not unflattering. Got a million compliments and would definitely rent again!
