Love this coat, very warm! The buttons come off easily, but it seems like RTR fixes those when the item is returned since several of the clasps were not originals. I rented in a large but easily could have work a medium. Plenty of room in that thing.

Texture, color, fix, size - all were exactly as I was expecting. Warm and love the big pockets, matches everything underneath so easily. Loved it!

I'm supper short 5'0, but this coat was beautiful! Runs a little bit big, I'm usually at large but wore a medium. I rented it for a weekend getaway to Chicago in December. Super cozy. Would rent again

This jacket was an absolute dream. It is extremely warm, but still had enough room for me to layer under it. I got multiple compliments on it. The pockets are open and there aren't any pockets on the inside which made carrying my phone securely was a little tougher, but that's small in comparison to how great this jacket it.

This coat made my trip to NYC comfortable and stylish. I used this coat to go over a fancy evening gown and then used it for a casual outfit to traverse the city the next day. I felt great in it and got so many compliments. It's cozy and HEAVY with great pockets. Even my husband mentioned how many people were looking at my coat.

I loved this coat so much! It is definitely great for winter (although I live in LA so the coldest it gets is only around 40-50) and looks so sleek with whatever you pair it with. Definitely cop for a chic look with jeans and black leather ankle boots.

Where to start? Perfect tan color goes with everything. Collar does not fight with my shirts/sweaters. Ordered a L because M not available & it still looks great, or even better. Meant to be over-sized (might not work if you are under 5'5") Light yet warm. Length just below knee on me at 5'8". Does not shed too much. Love. Just love. The lining, more of a t-shirt material not the usual silky stuff, was not an issue.

Loved the coat but it definitely needs explaining. I ordered the coat in a small and an XS . I received the same coat in 2 different colors (see pic). The small was the lighter camel color from the RTR pic but the XS was a darker rusty color. And they both fit me the same even though they were two different sizes which leads me to believe the darker one runs even bigger than the lighter one. The darker rusty color actually looked better with my coloring than the camel color so I only wore that one and I liked it so much I purchased it. Like another reviewer said, there's no way of knowing which color you are going to get when you order it but either way I would size down.

I rented this coat for a wedding weekend in NH. It was dressy enough to wear the night of the wedding, but casual enough to wear to breakfast the next day too. It was a little darker than pictured on the site but still worked with what I had planned. After reading the reviews I sized down to an XS which was perfect: I could still fit a sweater underneath but it still looked oversized, most importantly it kept me warm in 20 degree NH weather!

Great coat for the transition time when the temperatures still dip low in the spring -- it is very warm! I loved the buttons that sat down flat. I was surprised at the fabric texture when it arrived, it reminded me of a teddy bear -- but it was really cozy and grew on me from the first time I wore it!

Beautiful color, shaggy texture adds character, nice big pockets! Nice attention to detail with pinstripes on inside lining. Third button down doesn't quite snap close but i mostly wore it open so not too bothered by it. Dresses up whatever you're wearing...even made my pajamas look cool.

Big but still classy. Go a sz down if you prefer snug

The coat is roomy enough to layer if neccessary, the pockets are big enough to hold gloves and the snap buttons are convenient.

This does have a bulky fit but I think it still maintains a straight line thin appearance, I would not size up as there is plenty of room for sweaters underneath. The color goes with a wide variety of outfits and can be worn for work or play. Being from FL, this kept me very warm in the midst of NYC winter :)

This jacket was amazingly soft both inside and out. I wanted to cuddle up inside it. Had a great Carmel color, the cut was not super bulky and perfect is you're trying to stay warm and look sharp at the same time. Would definitely recommend this piece.

Fit perfect around the arms, although I don't think you could do too many layers under. I'm pretty short so it was long on me but I liked the coverage. It was fuzzier looking in person but I didn't even care considering how soft the fabric was and how surprisingly warm it was. I would definitely rent again.

I loved this coat! I was expecting a light beige color as pictured but it was a dark rust instead. Nothing like the picture RTR provide but nonetheless it was beautiful coat. Kept me warm all day + night in NYC 40 degree weather. Definitely oversized. I wear a S-M size and got a small in this coat and it was still a bit large. I suggest downsizing. Also, RTR, you should change the picture to reflect the coats true color!

Pros: fun yarn texture coat, my friends thought it was vintage and luxurious. Cons: runs large. There are two color variations - photo shows camel, but I (and other reviewers) received the burnt sienna. The coat runs large and loose. Note on warmth: it was fine for Chicago fall; but not very wind-resistant. Definitely layer if the temperature is hovering around the upper 40s.

This is a great jacket and super flexible to wear for work or weekend. Based on the photo and other members photos, I was expecting a khaki or beige and this was way off into the rust/pumpkin color family. I communicated with RTR that I must have received the wrong jacket because of the color and they told me it only comes in one color and I must be mistaken. I received one that was NWT so it looks like they got a new shipment of the coats in the "wrong" color.

I love wearing oversized materials, and this one is perfect for me. It reminds me when I used to ravage through my mom's closet. I love the medium-heavy material and layers that keeps you warm, but also allow you space to comfortably move around. The texture of the wool definitely feels and look much differently from the stock photo, but it ia still very chic and modern. I especially love the deep pockets. The buttons are easy to clip on and feels durable. Totally recommend anyone who wants something flexible to wear casually or even up at formal events, too.

I'm petite so it was a little big for me. It was not too heavy and provides enough warmth for 50C degree weather. I like the color and how versatile it is.

Loved that it was versatile and good quality, but I was just super disappointed about coloring. I was expecting something in the range of tan or khaki and it was more of a dark burnt orange.

Absolutely love the color. The coat is long and runs a bit big but it is supposed to look boxy. Perfect for work and evenings out. Warm for the fall or chilly spring days.

Loved this coat! I wore it for a weekend in Chicago when temps varied between 30 and 60 degrees and it worked for those temps. I got so many compliments. I loved the 'teddy bear' look. I ended up renting an extra small as my only options were XS and M and reviews said it ran large. The size still worked as it's oversized. I will rent again in the fall and tempted to buy!

I rented this for DC and wore it every day. I got so many compliments. Only flaw was the botton near my waist keep popping off. They are snap buttons and they all were secured except one keeping coming detached when I moved.

This jacket fit true to size. It is fairly heavy, so I stayed warm all night! The pockets are a great size and I love the hidden buttons.
