This shirt fit great. Could be dressed up or down. Would definitely recommend for a classic casual look.

I had fun with this top coming into fall. My first plaid of the season but the short sleeves made it work for Sept in NC. The fringe detail is subtle but makes it special.

The shirt was a little short (I'm 5'2" with a short torso) but it looked really nice and was comfortable.

The review title basically sums up how I felt about this one! Wasn't bad, wasn't great... just ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. It's a thicker material, no stretch, with a high neckline, which makes it appropriate for typical office wear. Would probably look great with a high-waisted pencil skirt (which was my original intention) but you should probably size down in that case so the shirt wouldn't swallow your figure. If you're busty like me, it wouldn't be a good idea, because I think this shirt would feel too tight around the chest if you went smaller. So like I said... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

I wore this for Thanksgiving, and it was the perfect top to wear while chowing down on all the yummy food. It has a boxy fit, but it's cropped so didn't feel frumpy. I actually tucked it in with high waist jeans but it was cute untucked as well. Fabric isn't too heavy either.

I love this shirt. The fabric seems substantial and is very soft and comfortable. I love the frayed details, it does bunch up around the details when you sit but that's the only thing. That doesn't bother me. I will definitely rent again.

Color and pattern true to picture, shoulders are very big and puffy and the shirt is boxy. Wouldn't order again and may not wear

Great classic style top for work. Weight of material cool enough to wear in the warmer months. But would have been too hot if worn under a blazer.

The plaid is beautiful, flattering, and not too stuffy. As comfortable as a t-shirt but dressy enough for a business professional environment. I love the fringe. I might actually buy this shirt because I don't know if I can part with it!

This fit a little loose so I felt comfortable throughout the day but with tighter black pants and some black boots, it looked sharp overall. The loose fit was not at all a negative- if anything, it was just enough to make it interesting while still appearing fitted.

I loved this top. I usually have a problem with tops being too tight in the arms, but this one was perfect. I wore it to work with a black pencil skirt and then to a casual engagement party with skinny jeans. Love it.

Rented this and when I received it I immediately changed my outfit at work! RTR saving my day from being one of those where you just want to run home and change your outfit. It is cute and comfortable, each to match any necklace with. I wore with black cropped pants and flats. I am actually holding onto this one for Fall to wear with jeans.

This looks really cute with high waisted pants or a pencil skirt. It is conservative enough for the office but not at all frumpy. The sleeves were not too tight or too loose and it is a nice subtle print to add some color for those like me who wear a lot of black.

I can see why some users expressed concern of this top being right around their bust and riding up, but, being small-chested, this was not a problem for me, personally. I loved the unique fabric / color and the slightly boxy fit that exposed my neck area just a bit. I also love the frilly detail around the sleeves. My concern was that this would expose my tummy, but it does not. I don't normally purchase the RTR items, but if I did, I'd purchase this one. This top rivals some of the top-designer ones.

I'm in my second trimester and wore this to work paired with jeans. The pattern is great and the little details on the shoulders add some interest. It was a little more cropped than I intended, but the growing baby bump is probably a contributing factor :)

I ended up wearing the small instead of the medium, as it was more form fitting! I got 3 or 4 compliments on this top and wore it with navy dress pants. The only negative is that the green is darker than it appears on the model! Would rent again!

It feels nice on, looks cute, but gave 4 stars because it does bunch above my boobs if I raised my arms or shoulders at all. Not a fit issue really, just a structural issue that probably lends itself better to a smaller chest. Good rent but wouldn't buy it!

This is a very cute everyday top. Very nice color and details. Only drawback is it's a bit short.

This was a nice top but it was hard to wear with something over it. The sleeves bunched up whether I was wearing a jacket or a sweater (it's cold out so something else had to go over it!). Other than that it ran very true to size and was a nice fabric.

Nice fabric and neckline. But It is just an ok piece. it is fitted cut and the length falls at a strange place so the overall look/fit is not flattering on me.

I rented this in a S but would probably need a Medium. The fit was small such that my chest made it even shorter than it already was, so I'd suggest that bigger busts size up once for that alone. The material was a little stiff (though it was NWT). This would be cute for petite gals with a high waist skirt in the fall or winter.

The fit did not work for me - the chest darts made it look like things were in the wrong place, but the size otherwise was right for shoulders, length. Returning without wearing, though I still loved the colors and style.
