The material is thin brushed flannel -- really nice to transition from hot to cooler weather. Super comfortable and ruffles are flattering. No stretch but fits TTS.

Please don't do as I did and try to suck in everything and fight to get this dress on. There is a zipper on the side that I didn't discover until it was on which would have made getting into the dress much easier since there is no stretch! Ha! Once I got it on, it is so adorable and sassy! I love it!

I do agree with other reviews that it tends to run small, however, I did NOT size up. If you like a fitted look AND you have a small waist and/or hourglass figure, you can wear your traditional size. If your waist is bit wider than traditional hourglass, you'll want to size up as the waist on this dress is very fitted. I wore this to work but this dress is much too fun to waste at work. Material is like a fine flannel- thats why it reminds other reviewers of that country/cowboy look.

I LOVED this dress! Wore it with a leather jacket and leather booties to balance out the frills. I wear a size 6 pants, medium top & the 8 fit just right. Arms were a tiny bit tight but nothing too bad. The cut was flattering on my figure. The pattern, ruffles & hemline were cute & flirty. I felt great and confident in this dress! Would definitely rent again.

Loved this dress. Lightweight, soft, breathable material. Fit like a glove and got lots of compliments. Someone said I looked like a headmaster at a school - I dig it!

Rented this dress to attend an awards show where there were plenty of people who looked flashier, but I felt like the winner in this dress. Extremely comfortable, great flow, gives in the right places. I was in Vegas so it wasn't cool by any means, but I never felt like I was overheating in the dress. Absolutely loved it.

This modest style was work appropriate but the ruffles added a good touch of fun. I felt so cute in this dress. Would rent again

I really loved the fit of this dress. It was very flattering and flowed beautifully when I walked. My only complaint is that at least 2 buttons need to be undone to get it over your head, and they are a challenge!

I wore this outfit twice - once to a concert and once to the museum. It fits beautifully, even for a very curvy figure and it's quite flattering. The only downside is that it has a pretty high neck which makes my bust look even bigger. But the cinched waist gives makes it forgiving. It can be dressed up or down, as I was equally at home in it with white sneakers as well as black platform heels. Would definitely rent again!

This was a super comfy dress to run around town in. My girlfriend did ask me if we were going to milk cows when I first put it on.

I rented this in hopes of wearing to a friend's cocktail bday parry, BUT this dress was way too casual for that. The dress I received was shopworn and rather droopy. I ended up just wearing it for an informal lunch and a day of running around town. It was too hot here to wear with boots/booties, but that would have made it look much better, it would also be cute with cowboy boots for an informal western wedding, BBQ, etc...also for a beach vacation, summer brunch in the city, or a day of lazy saturday antiquing As for fit, I wear a 6/8, this was an 8 and was a bit too tight up top, I wore a cami to smoosh the girls down ... recommend going up a size!

Fits well all around. Used this for work, running around town, dinner. And I love anything that looks great with my usual combat boots.

This is a playful, uber-ruffled, dress that I cannot commit to in the long term. The dress meets all my gingham needs, but it feels like a farm vamp costume. Also, the dress is not kind to the busty.

Too small in the bust and hips. The measurements for the 14 are more like a 12. So sad because the dress was really unique and beautiful, and I loved the fabric.

I wore it and liked it but it looked kinda silly it was too short for me. I'm 5'9.

The fit on this was maybe more suited for someone with a different shape, but it was just plain awkward looking on me. Technically it fit, but the drape was super funky (draped some places and not at all in others) and looked almost like it was sewn together incorrectly when I put it on. Ended up not wearing it, sadly. I was so hopeful!

This dress runs really small. I expected the material to be better quality.

Great dress. Perfect for work, after-work, parties & more! Great for those weddings with unclear dress styles like "country casual" "mountain chic" etc. Love it with red/black earrings for a party or cowgirl boots for the weekend.

I loved it and wanted to wear it SO badly, but I couldn't. It was too small in the chest. I have a 38 DD but it would not stay closed. Super disappointed but the rest of the dress fit perfect . I always wear a 14 and it was just right everywhere else. In addition to very flattering, it's lite weight and perfect for a Saturday afternoon house warming party!
