The only cons were the belt and the tight top. The belt looks completely different than in the picture but I think it looks better without it anyways. The top was very tight and I recommend those with large chests/ribs to size up. Other than that the dress was absolutely stunning and perfect for my junior prom. Everyone (including me) fell in love with it and I wish I could've kept it!

The dress was true to size. It is snug on top, if you have large breasts it might not fit well. Loved how the dress flowed on the bottom,

This dress was amazing! It fit perfectly in the top and was gorgeous dancing. I would recommend women with larger busts to go up because there is not much room in the top because it is so form fitting. Overall, it was perfect!

I have been eyeing this dress ever since it went on our site, and I am in love! The pattern on the skirt is gorgeous and so unique! The dress has a little bit of stretch on top, but those with bigger busts should size up. I would wear a 4 or a 6 in this dress, either would fit fine with the cut of the dress. This dress looks great with or without the belt! It's perfect for a black tie event!

This is a great dress - very unique and special. Fun to wear to a black tie event for something a bit different. Lots of fun to dance in as the skirt is great for twirling. The patter on the skirt is beautiful and very luxe feeling. The only downsides were the arm hole was a bit tight and the belt was a bit big so I needed to use some fashion tape to hold it into place.

I wore this stunning gown to a black tie wedding in Napa. I received compliments all night long, which continued via Facebook after uploading photos of the evening. I fit in effortlessly amongst the other couture gowns of the evening, and I felt beautiful. The best part is how comfortable the dress is, so dancing wasn't a problem. My one complaint is that a size 10 belt was sent with the size 2 dress, so some ingenuity was involved in making it work. All in all, I'd easily rent this gown again.

Fits a little snug on the waist but I could still breath in it, dress was flowy and comfortable and I got so many compliments.

I rented this dress for a black tie wedding that was outside in the mountains last weekend (June 2016). The length was perfect with about 3" heels (I'm about 5'7" tall), and the material was lightweight - perfect for summer. The only complaint I had was that the arm holes were small, so I found myself pulling at them all night. I still LOVED the dress and got tons of compliments on it. The colors on the skirt if it were beautiful!! I loved the one shoulder look as well because it was different from anything I have. I'd recommend!

Didn't end up wearing because the top was too big, bunched on the side. Gorgeous dress though. Didn't come with the belt.

This dress was perfect for a formal wedding. The overall look was beautiful and flowy. The top fit very well, but it was a bit tight around the waistline. If you are wider in the torso, you might want to go up a size. The skirt itself was very long. I'm 5'8 and had to wear 4 inch heels, and I still to be careful not to trip the whole night. I'd probably hesitate to rent this dress again, just because the length was a bit of a hassle, but for all of you taller ladies, then it would be an awesome choice!

I am 5'10" and the regular length was plenty long. The colors are not as vibrant in person as on the model. The top fits small and you cannot wear a bra, both because it's so small and the side near zipper is sheer, so the bra would show. They forgot the belt, so I added a black belt instead.

This gown is a beautiful statement piece. I liked it better sitting down. I have a very hourglass shape and the skirt added bulk to an already bulky area of mine. That being said I felt spectacular in this very special dress.

The bodice runs very small. If you have large breasts this may not work

It was a teensy bit tight in the top, so I probably should have gone with a size 2, but the 0 worked out just fine. It's also super fun to dance in!

This dress fits like a glove! I love how classy and elegant this dress is. It is perfect for a black tie affair or wedding.

I received many, many compliments on this dress at a business school class reunion recently. The colors are very vibrant and the fit/cut will compliment any body type. I rented a 2L and 4R. While the 2L fit, the 4R was the perfect length for me (5'6" in 1.5" opened toed heels). I recommend getting your true size and regular length if you are 5' 6 or shorter. A few things to note: the one-shoulder section of the dress is a mesh material which is on-trend right now. There is a belt that comes with the dress - I didn't wear it because I liked the dress better without it. The pattern on the bottom of the dress is a bit different dress-to-dress. However, the colors are very vibrant and you will get many compliments!

Gorgeous fabric and loved the fit. I typically wear a size 0 or 2. I had ordered the 0 before and it was too small around my ribcage. I would recommend ordering one size up!

This dress fit fine in the waist and elsewhere except for the arms. I'm not a huge muscle gal, but I do work out and I'm fit. This pinched under the arm and all around the arm area, looking very unsightly. Bummed it didn't work out. Had it been a rental and not unlimited, I would have been very disappointed.

Top is rather snug, but stretchy enough that you can zip.

I rented the 2L because I am 5'8 and was planning on wearing 4-inch heels (the description says to rent "long" if you're over 5'7). I was swimming in the dress, even with heels. I had no business wearing the long; you need to be 6' and wearing heels to wear the long. I should have rented the 2R. Not sure if the "long" also makes the shoulder/ torso longer, but it was slightly too long up top (the mesh barely covered my nipples, and i couldn't wear my nubra. I don't know if the 2R would have rectified this, or if I needed the 0R (although I would be worried that the 0R might punch my arms too much). That being said - absolutely GORGEOUS dress and I am sorely disappointed that I wasn't able to wear it. I rented this for a black tie wedding and it would have been perfect. As a few other reviewers experienced, my 2L was shipped without a belt. The belt wasn't 100% necessary (there were no visible belt loops), but it would have added extra pizzazz.

I never would've rented this gown normally ($$$$) but was able to because the dress I had originally wanted had come back with problems so RTR let me have my choice and this was available. So beyond breathtaking...I got endless compliments all night. I am 5'6 and wore heels and this dress was LONGGGGG. DO not recommend the long unless you are truly very tall!!! Also, if you have a large chest or larger in the torso be aware that this dress runs small in that area. Loved it....my favorite rental thus far on RTR!

This dress looked great in photos, and was really comfortable to wear. It's all really light materials - the top is a spandex and mesh combo, and the bottom is a water-colored pleated and lined silk chiffon situation. Good news for all concerned about a one-shoulder dress is that this is fairly short / petite on the top. I have sort of muscular shoulders, and it was pretty tight around the one shoulder, but that meant it didn't slip or budge all night. I usually wear a 0, and it would have been preferable in this dress but wasn't available - so I would say order your true size. There's a good amount of stretch as well, since it zippers up the spandex top part. Overall a great style for the outdoor wedding I attended, and on a surprisingly cold May day I was pretty comfortable, unlike other wedding guests in shorter dresses (but super light / breathable, I would wear this into June).

The dress itself is gorgeous. The style of the top is beautiful and unique and the contrast in the colors is awesome! I didn't wear this because I didn't like the fanning style of the skirt, it was a tad too long and the arm hole was so tiny and constricting. I wish I could have worn it because it is genuinely stunning.

Though this might not be the most flattering dress ever, it is interesting, different, sort of sexy and so great for dancing. The top is obviously the only part you have to fit - i'm usually a 6.. and i wore a 6. It was more of a 6-8 than a 4-6, if that makes sense. Wouldn't re-rent, but had a great time and you should go for it.

The belt was pretty critical - so there's that. But the color is stunning and the design/cut make for a unique option. I sized up for the bust based on the other reviews and glad I did. Had some miscommunication with Customer Service but ultimately they comp'd another rental and I received it in time for the wedding weekend.
